To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

港式早餐不外乎都係一個麵配腸仔/餐肉/火腿/蛋再加個包,個包一般都係多士或者餐包,又或者近年大熱嘅丹麥多士,菠蘿油通常都係獨立存在,好少跟餐會有。 黎到明珠冰室,今次叫左沙爹牛肉麵,麵底係福麵(比較少見,可能我見識少),牛肉唔會用好多粉去醃。火腿太陽蛋,太陽蛋最緊要有燶邊,蛋白唔會太生,蛋黃完整無爛。重點係跟餐迷你菠蘿油,真係比較少地方有。 環境方面係懷舊裝修,整體上都乾淨企理。懷舊冰室買少見少,近年好多都係新派扮懷舊,做唔出嗰種感覺。 continue reading

晏起身又想食早餐,鍾意明珠冰室早餐到12點都仲有得叫。其實過咗早餐時段,都有常餐全日供應嘅,午餐唔想食得咁勁就啱晒。楔喺枱同玻璃之間嘅餐牌,望落簡單唔係話好多款式,有啲係頹飯feel,但唔同嘅配搭都足夠俾你選擇,另外仲有每日更新嘅午餐牌。簡約舊式冰室裝修,環境乾淨企理,座位唔多,好多街坊都經常幫襯,平日都要等一陣位,假日直頭好多人排隊,所以我通常平日先去食。#港式早餐 $38叫咗C港式早餐,有唔同配搭可以選擇,沙嗲牛肉大塊,沙嗲汁濃郁,份量唔少,個麵係用福麵,麵質煮得剛好,湯底夠多。炒蛋炒得好滑,就咁望都見到有蛋汁,火腿有煎過,配咗迷你菠蘿包。#西式早餐 $45另外叫咗D西式早餐,即煎豬扒熱辣辣,醃得入味唔乾身,豬扒邊位同骨位都煎得幾焦香,餐肉煙肉煎得香,茄汁豆我本來就一般,但係佢個茄汁豆有啲唔同,可能佢係有煮過,其他地方嘅茄汁豆係凍嘅。有牛油多士同炸薯餅揀,梗係揀炸薯餅啦。同埋鍾意佢個凍飲夠大杯,舊時啲冰室通常用透明細膠杯,有啲唔夠飲。總括嚟講係用心製作,有heart去煮嘅,食客一定feel到。#明珠冰室地址:粉嶺聯和墟聯安街27號地下 continue reading

傳統冰室模樣,一碗一筷都係嗰隻feel, 店員多係後生仔,感覺懷舊得嚟有活力啲。食過兩次,第一次都係人地推介。嚟第二次,出面等候嘅人已經比等一次多好多,睇嚟已做到口碑。試過後果真不錯。同區茶餐廳大把,同呢度同feel嘅少有。食物——配嘅面包竟然係菠蘿油!正呀,抵食!個蛋覺得好足呀,又滑,出面有啲好似得半塊蛋皮咁咖🥲福面,好蝦人煮,但呢到都煮得岩岩好,唔會放到淋哂。衛生方面,餐廳唔係開好多年嗰種,so far 2次去都好是正。服務就無乜,勝在快靚正,落單無覆單但係無漏無錯嘅,classic 冰室style。餐廳係細,但座位枱面夠闊,坐得舒服嘅。👍🏻 continue reading

本身係因為外賣平台而認識明珠冰室,常餐周圍都有得食,但配迷你菠蘿油真係少見,特別外賣可以有呢個質素真係好好。點知最近冇得再係外賣平台叫,惟有親身去到聯和墟食,冰室環境設計懷舊,門口有傳統雪櫃再配玻璃樽汽水,充滿童年回憶,而室內燈光充足又乾淨,冇咗一般茶餐廳嗰種昏暗同污糟嘅感覺。一如以往叫常餐,除咗欣賞菠蘿油,亦都欣賞個炒蛋,每次都做到滑蛋嘅水準,沙嗲牛肉嘅牛肉都好厚身,好足料。臨走問店員點解冇得再嗌外賣,原來因為平台縮短咗送餐距離,睇嚟以後要再食都要親自去啦! continue reading
