因母親都喜歡食日本食物如:冷麪,所以今年决定不去酒樓去吃日本串燒。一早訂好位連蟹腳都訂了,記住呢樣一定要訂我們點了最拿手的盬燒雞翼,日本蕃薯,牛舌這些必食的串燒外,更試了大,炸什錦天婦羅,由於一上枱到記得影相時,炸蝦已吃光,不太油的唔錯。冷麪~母親選了喬麥麪,很爽加埋醬油很好食,味道唔錯。本人最喜歡的盬燒雞翼,雞軟骨及羊架亦唔錯,水準亦保持到,因曾幫襯過,好食再來嘛,况且只要訂位就包有位。

今日朋友放假過左黎搵我同貓爸食飯我地就去左港樂亭一試叫左2份牛脷串燒($23/串, 每串得3粒1cmx1cm咁大既牛脷)1串鹽燒雞皮($12/串點知係炸到脆既!!)2串豬頸肉($18/串, 一般)1串牛仔骨($18/串, 好重千年雪味)一客南瓜忌廉漢堡扒飯($58, 份量細小, 汁尚可, 不過塊漢堡就唔得喇, 似係惠康買個d, 仲要食到佢係用微波爐叮到乾晒既個種口感, d邊度乾到硬晒!!)一客稻亭烏冬($58, 不烏冬好似河份咁, 唔彈牙, 而且仲有個結未解, 好明顯佢就咁煮左就算, 不過我足足等左成個鐘先出到碗野俾我食)一客橋麥麵 ($48, 都係等左成粒鐘... 無味...唔得!!)總括而言, 最終都明白點解一開張咁多人, 但我去個日得兩三台...!!食左咁少野, 份量真係好少, 都成三百幾蚊...好唔抵食!!我地3個人都唔係好飽但咁既質素都唔想叫落去...

綜觀各項,包括環境、價錢、食物等,都尚算不錯。三個人吃八樣菜,約$200元,而且不設加一,蠻值得推介的。鴨胸讚歧烏冬:烏冬幼幼的,很好吃。鴨胸不算很肥,也不「柴」,好吃。炸雞皮:脆脆的,不油膩,不怕肥的人會比較愛吃,值得一讚。燒牛舌:一般該是用鹽燒的,但這次選用燒汁。雖然是燒汁,但吃得出肉質不錯。最少它能輕易地咬開。而且外形相當可愛,是四方形一顆顆的。喜歡牛舌的人一定要試。燒香魚:燒得很好〝,聞起來相當香,外形相當漂亮,外皮脆脆的,但吃起來卻很一般,算不上好吃。不知是不是因為日本人跟香港人口味不同呢﹖雞軟骨:香口燒魷魚鬚:配合的汁好吃,而且不太焦。可以吃的就一定要吃。燒蕃薯:細細粒,好可愛的。吃起來甜甜的,可以當甜品。天婦羅炸蝦:很難形容,總之相當好吃。跟街外普通吃的很不同。反正是一定要試的菜色。

所以如果要吃拉麵, 我還是推介黃埔花園的888拉麵或Domon拉麵

燒牛根是用一種特別的汁料淹製的
味帶甜, 口感和一般到牛腩麵店吃到的'爽根'或'軟根'不同
煙煙韌韌, 十分特別
白燒鰻魚是以鹽燒來製作的
有別一般蒲汁鰻魚, 是我的至愛

另一個我會推介給大家的原因是其親切的服務態度
我本身在紅磡居住了十七年
同區不乏好店
但食物質素退步的有, 服務態度變差的有, 出名了瘋狂加價的亦有
港樂亭串燒屋到現在一直態度親切
店長是個不多言的人, 不是板前老闆那種'生意人''世界仔'
他會微笑地用心燒串燒
店員雖然'鈍鈍地', 但都十分友善

港樂亭最適合飯後夜, 或非一般'飲野'

I was looking forword to eating roated food coz it's my favorite! I tried to order some items but they turned me down due to lack of inventory!! Ok!! Maybe the foods ware good and being sold out, I thought!!! But it's not, i'm wrong!! The roasted food i ordered was bad. The meat wasn't fresh enough and the portion size was too small.

The roasted food wasn't that bad already when it compared with the "Japanese Noodles" . It's terrible!! I've never tried this such bad Japanese Noodles!!! It's lack of flavor~~~~~

Overall experience, not good! Hope it will have improvement soon!

十一月十七‧晴 罛所周知,吃串燒總不會便宜,就算是本地師傅燒回港式串燒,也是收幾十元一串的價錢。上次來吃午餐,見串燒的價錢實在相宜,如我也很久沒吃過8蚊一串串燒這麼便宜了,就趁一個要「涉」時間的晚上,來吃了幾串。 要了燒雞翼、銀鱈魚、燒牛舌及燒青椒。都燒得幾快手,很快便有得吃。十來塊的一串串燒,水準當然不能苛求,如燒得不會太乾身香口,就以銀鰨魚而言,不夠熱度去燒,放上檯便會濕漉漉的,不停滲油之故。肉質也不會是什麼好貨色,如燒牛舌是細細粒的,吃起來韌韌的。不過就以價錢而言,都可以收貨的了,如一味燒雞翼,也板平了才燒的,交足功課。 埋單一百元有找而已,已吃了好幾串串燒,多吃幾串也吃不窮人。

罛所周知,吃串燒總不會便宜,就算是本地師傅燒回港式串燒,也是收幾十元一串的價錢。上次來吃午餐,見串燒的價錢實在相宜,如我也很久沒吃過8蚊一串串燒這麼便宜了,就趁一個要「涉」時間的晚上,來吃了幾串。

要了燒雞翼、銀鱈魚、燒牛舌及燒青椒。都燒得幾快手,很快便有得吃。十來塊的一串串燒,水準當然不能苛求,如燒得不會太乾身香口,就以銀鰨魚而言,不夠熱度去燒,放上檯便會濕漉漉的,不停滲油之故。肉質也不會是什麼好貨色,如燒牛舌是細細粒的,吃起來韌韌的。不過就以價錢而言,都可以收貨的了,如一味燒雞翼,也板平了才燒的,交足功課。

埋單一百元有找而已,已吃了好幾串串燒,多吃幾串也吃不窮人。

個炸蟹鉗都好好食,好熱好新鮮~
冬菇,茄子,牛柳,牛肉,豬頸肉,雞翼,帆立貝,鱈魚,和菓子都不錯~
燒木魚飯團真係好香,好味~一meet開就已經出曬煙~木魚o既香味入曬飯同空氣之中~雖然好味,但係都幾飽肚~
而且d waiter/waitress都好friendly+helpful~收o野加水都好快手~
雖然覺得上菜係慢o左d,但係食得出全部都係即叫即整,所以都值得~
就好似日本咁,o係串燒店吹水,慢慢食,慢慢吹~
都幾值得一試,再試~

昨日同家姐&媽,去試附近的新開的呢間日本野,7點左右到未又人,所以上野都幾快,食左: 燒牛舌(勁正) 燒蕃薯(勁正) 燒茄子(ok) 鹽燒雞中翼(good) 燒雞軟骨(ok) 天婦羅(good) 燒飯糰(正) 豬肉烏冬要改菩因為原來用豬腩肉,我唔食o既,應該要係餐牌注明,後尾阿媽話佢食,所以無叫佢地換過 我就叫左咖哩豬扒飯呢個勁正,下次再叫過推薦燒牛舌,燒蕃薯叫原再覆卓,好味

if they want to make a restaurant that feels like you are actually dining in japan, cant just count the renovation. Sometimes i feel annoyed by the japanese words the waiters mumble when we walk into a japanese restaurant. But this at least shows they are trying to give the customers a feeling of eating in japan. If they could shout those japanese words when customers enter the restaurant, it might feel even better esp. when the restaurant is renovated in a japanese style.

Let's talk about the food. My mom and I ordered 1."chicken kidney" - 2." chicken soft bone" - 3."pork roll with asparagus" - 4." bbq grilled rice".

1. the chicken kidney was quite dry but the taste is still acceptable
2. not very special. ordinary chicken soft bone.
3. if the pork is not that overcooked... and less fat... it would be much better.
4. is it possible to use japanese rice and also flatten it pls.

Overall, it needs some improvements. Usually, in japan, when we go to the "bbq" shops, they will serve you fresh cabbage with their home made vinegar to go with it. And as the food are ready to serve, they'll just put it on ur salad dish. But, they didn't even serve anything similar. Only had tea and something i like is the "wo kuo gee" they offered as a dessert when we asked for the bill.

I hope to see improvements in the near fture.

2008年12月13日 天氣晴 夜晚7點及 經朋友介紹 同及個同事收工一齊落到黎紅磡一間開佐就黎兩個及月日式料理店 叫做《港樂亭》個鋪名叫起上黎都叫順口 咁入到去哇 差D要等位 可能因為今日星期6噶 基本個場暴佐啦 咁我地就開始坐低啦 整個環境都算唔錯 就係出面太吵啦.如果可以靜多就少少就好啦!話曬日本也 環境一定要靜,門口裝翻個趟門,應該就舒服好多啦,PS:個人意見純屬參考(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……。。。。。。。。。咁我地準備開始點菜,留意有塊黑板上面有廚師推介有個叫咩雞皮五合醋,聽個名都覺的好新鮮,又有個三魚皮,我本人都比較中意食三文魚,咁我地就點做個雞皮五合醋同埋三文魚皮試下味羅.咁我陸陸續續點做好多菜.大約等等佐20分鐘到就開始有菜上啦 先上菜有燒冬菇 燒豆腐 燒茄子 都係D素食為主個食品,咁E度有個叫菜醬 點素食味道一流.一個字正啊,咁開始又有其他燒物上,總體黎講E度食物都算滿意啦?如果料理方面多D也就好了.可以考慮加D定食,小食等等,因為串燒唔係人人都中意食,加多D其他噶新元素,配搭多D菜式,可能會比較好-.-今日總算黎講大致滿意啦
