本身有朋友介紹我識呢間鐵板燒Minato,當我研究呢間餐廳嘅時候發覺原來除咗鐵板燒之外,佢地剛剛週末及假日推出左限定早午餐「謎の三重奏便當」,而暑假仲啱啱出咗一個新形象嘅「三重奏便當(夏祭)」。每天限量供應20份,外觀獨特,以吸晴流線型的圓球造型華麗登場,先至發覺原來前嗰排IG勁多人打卡見過,嗰陣時仲未知係乜嘢,原來又好食又好打卡。食完沙律後,我點的「三重奏便當——梨」的上層有和牛他他,頂級A5宮崎和牛搭配口感爽脆的南水梨,加上日本長崎太陽蛋,撈一撈好refreshing ,中層係時令的刺身丼飯,入面選材有深海池魚、碎蔥金槍魚腩及三文魚子,而最底層就有加上了秘製醬汁的日本冷豆腐,仲喺京都食嘅豆腐料理冇乜分別。朋友選的「三重奏便當——梅」的上層則係矜貴嘅磯煮鮑魚,;中層同樣係好精彩的刺身丼,不過下層就係有「梅子冷素麵」,選用來自愛媛縣的手延素麵,加上夏天的季節蔬果同溫泉蛋,好適合夏天食嘅一個選擇。當日餐廳高朋滿座,原來都幾多人喺呢度食鐵板燒,試完呢個謎の三重奏便當,對呢間餐廳更加有信心,下次mark低搵朋友試下先。Read More
