To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日想食蒸魚午餐,但由油麻地行到佐敦都搵吾到茶記有供應,行到路口記得開左牛奶冰室,咪馬上去涼瓜牛肉飯($64)4分- 分量夠,亦夠熱,吾算油- 涼瓜吾苦,幾爽- 牛肉好入味,好”林”- 鼓汁蒸鯇魚($65)3.5分- 茶記蒸魚通常都比較老,哩度都算吾錯。- 牛奶餐廳試過幾間,鼓汁系做得吾錯,娃娃菜($18)4分- 哩個價錢有咁分量咁質數,非常OK檸檬水(多檸檬汁)3分- 系其他分店試過正常檸檬汁系好吾掂,今次可以合格。下次可以繼續

今日開會開到太晏,錯過咗lunch time,惟有喺公司附近搵個地方食下午茶頂肚。嚟到牛奶冰室,冇乜頭緒食咩,最後點咗一份西多士。西多士一上枱,第一個感覺就係——好厚!外層炸得金黃香脆,中間一層層夾住花生醬,上面再放塊牛油,配埋糖漿,一咬落去夠晒邪惡,鹹甜交錯,甜味中滲出淡淡花生香味,好正!不過,真係好大份,一向雀仔胃嘅我,食到一半已經頂唔順,建議下次兩個人share會啱啱好。整體嚟講,作為下午茶救急之選幾唔錯,夠飽夠甜,開完會嚟一份,補充好體力,再返公司搏殺,啱晒。

難得有時間去食下午茶,想食餐蛋三文治,經過呢間餐廳,見下午茶時間唔多人,可能係平日日子,入去諗住睇下餐牌再考慮入唔入去,點知竟然發現有滋味三文治餐,「鹹牛肉滑蛋三文治+黑糖牛乳紅豆冰」$25.9黑糖牛乳紅豆冰,稍甜,額外加左啲水,又幾好飲喎!鹹牛肉滑蛋三文治,三片包,有埋烘烤,滿滿既蛋,蛋滑,有牛油香味食完都好飽,有機會或者都會去食多次!

今日平台見無得落單就打電話去問,職員話可以電話落單就落咗,畀錢至發現貴過平時嘅,再睇單,熱鮮奶要收錢?“係吖,鮮奶係特飲。”“但我平時落都唔使加錢喎。”“唔會,特飲要加錢嘅”又趕住返工,唯有畀錢走人,加6蚊飲杯同平時一樣嘅特飲。。唯有差價當畀tips囉

天氣太冷,午餐一定要吃飽才夠暖。在佐敦附近上班,就在地鐵站旁邊見到有牛奶冰室,不用等位立刻入座。焗黑松露汁一口雞球飯$64,雞球外酥內嫩,保留肉汁。飯粒粒分明,有炒底特別香。黑松露汁味道較淡,反而白汁芝士未更濃。搭配的新鮮蔬菜,爽口又清新,讓整道菜不會過於油膩。加$18配上湯浸娃娃菜。娃娃菜鮮嫩爽口很甜,有杞子在上湯煮,味道更清甜,連湯都喝光,喝完整個人暖呼呼的。埋單$82,吃得又飽又暖,味道也不錯,性價比高,怪不得食客絡繹不絕,也成為了我近期至愛的餐廳。
