To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛奶冰室,好多地方都有分店,但今次就去左位於秀荗坪嘅分店🤭我估大家都可能聽得多黎呢度食早餐,但晚市小炒你又試過未呢?👻我地三個人,叫左一個二人餐+一個晚市套餐😈抵食又飽肚🤡蜜桃咕嚕肉😆 外皮脆卜卜,淋上酸酸甜甜嘅蜜桃醬,配有三色椒🫑🤭酸酸甜甜撈返碗飯🍚簡直一流👻西蘭花炒牛肉🥦牛肉滑嫩有咬口😛 西蘭花翠綠爽口😌唔會好硬😗用蒜頭炒完之後超香😻霸王雞🐔嫩滑彈牙😼蔥味好香👅 雞汁撈埋白飯食又係絕配🙌🏻雪梨燉湯😻 一望就知湯色清潤啦🫶🏻雪梨鮮甜生津😼入口即潤喉,、枇杷、川貝呢d配料😽聽到都覺得係滋補嘅恩物呀🩵

見到牛奶冰室周圍都有咁就試吓佢個下午茶嗌咗兩個茶餐蔥油豬扒公仔麵🍜睇落去色水水唔係好夠,但係食落去都夠味豬扒份量,雖然係下午茶都夠多黑糖雪糕西多士🥞雪糕好大舊,好有誠意同埋黑糖夾落去會唔會太膩因為黑糖本身有少少焦焦地開頭以為西多入邊會冇花生醬,點知都有好彩都冇後悔原本係想是芝士流沙菠蘿包再加多左份雞翼,三隻炸雞翼好食唯一係講到上唔到網,就比較麻煩

經過老地方順便午餐,原來 味皇 咁好生意都走左,變了一間 牛奶冰室,先講環境: 好似光鮮左, 多左座位筷子, 匙, 乾淨整潔.但每個位就窄好多,隔離食客咳咳下, 都有d 怕怕.食物又如何:午餐都是雞扒豬扒, 沒有以前那麼多選擇.有d 特別的, 就見這個叫“犀飛利銀芽肉絲脆麵”芽菜肥美的,麵也很脆但肉絲只得幾條,有d 失望.食的時候有d難搞,要將汁放回麵上, 才可以汁料和麵一整食.怎樣食, 才可以好d?總結: 不防一試
