To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日喺牛奶冰室買隻鹽焗雞外賣,以前都未嘗試過喺佢嗰度買外賣,以後真係怕怕, 大個標題叫人外賣,點知等咗半小時,叫咗兩次都係要等,呢間牛奶冰室以往假日堂食,食物都要等等等,點知外賣都係咁,以後都好難再去.另外要一隻鹽焗雞居然分咗兩盒,咁比客戶都冇信心,會唔會將半隻加埋一隻分兩盒,明明係要一隻,打開個盒,分明就係兩隻雞變成一隻,另外雞嘅肉質顏色好黃,隻雞仲好細隻,可能係春雞,我睇佢真係要檢討吓服務同質素,下次都唔會再幫襯。

牛奶冰室-杏花新城對面有一間意樂,都知道係同一集團,但未食牛奶冰室,所以試吓。淨係份量都足夠,食到好飽。香煎牛扒早餐🍳 💰47(+$6 配火腿絲濃湯通粉)香煎牛扒中規中矩,易切唔硬,配左蒜蓉汁。可以揀選項目: 炒蛋及餐肉正常水準,蛋仲有蛋汁,唔食炒蛋可以揀煎蛋,餐肉普通煎過吓。其他固定配菜:配粟米,丹麥酥包粟米切咗做3細份,乾身,落咗啲孜然粉幾好食。火腿絲濃湯通粉 套餐本來冇包通粉,想早餐豐富啲,加咗火腿絲濃湯通粉。個湯底好淡味,要自己落多少少鹽。牛奶冰室每個湯麵都有落菜心頭菜心葉,感覺同火腿絲通粉格格不入。見到隔籬枱食蕃茄湯底好似會好啲,唔建議加$6。(凍)新鮮冷壓檸檬茶 💰凍飲加$3好似呢個集團嘅凍檸茶全部變晒沖劑,其實味道還好,有啲似維他檸檬茶嘅味道。

昨晚order了一份肉醬意粉,上桌時已發現好乾,食落要吐出來,好好好硬,攪到成個口都係膠粒咁,超差。跟住叫個侍應换左一份焗飯,點知等左超過20分鐘,個番茄汁重要好酸,超難食,以後不会再去食。

用 QR code 點餐,常餐裡面的炒蛋可以改為 1. 糖心蛋 2. 熟蛋,我哋唔清楚糖心蛋係咪代表太陽蛋,剛好唯一一個男侍應係隔離執枱,我哋就問糖心蛋代表d咩?係咪太陽蛋?點知呢位男侍應話糖心蛋咪就係糖心蛋,糖心蛋即係糖心蛋 (連講2次),之後又話你哋唔換咪得囉,我究竟聽咗d乜?跟住個男侍應走咗去問另一個女侍應,女侍應又話糖心蛋咪即係糖心蛋囉,點解問得咁好笑?之後另一位女侍應終於係正常回答,糖心蛋即係太陽蛋,真係唔該晒,終於有個係正常態度回覆,講真唔好成日問點解香港飲食業會步入寒冬,劉德華十幾年前都話今時今日咁嘅服務態度係唔夠,我都唔係要求要有咩服務啦,只係想問清楚去選擇想食嘅,點知得到嘅係咁嘅態度,講真我哋當然即刻離開,唔通仲比機會你哋加料咩,永遠唔會再幫襯
