To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午,我專程嚟咗牛奶冰室嘆下午茶。呢間冰室人氣極高,環境懷舊又有親切嘅香港味道,真係啱晒放鬆心情。我叫咗 *生滾牛肉湯即食伊麵* ,湯底熱辣鮮甜,牛肉滑嫩啱啱好,麵條軟硬適中,食落去暖晒個心。另一款大愛係 *牛乳炒滑蛋配丹麥酥包* ,滑蛋奶香濃郁,炒得嫩滑無比,加埋酥脆香口嘅丹麥包,一啖就知係師傅嘅功力。飲品方面,我嘗咗 *熱齋啡* ,咖啡濃郁得嚟帶少少奶香,好啱暖住個胃。同時,我仲叫咗 *黑松露滑蛋三文治* ,黑松露嘅香氣同滑蛋完美結合,口感豐富,食得好滿足。最後,配埋杯 *新鮮冷壓檸檬茶* ,酸酸甜甜,清新解膩,為整餐畫上咗清爽句號。整體嚟講,牛奶冰室嘅食物真係高質又平民化,服務快手有禮,感覺好窩心。呢個下午茶唔單止係味蕾嘅享受,仲係對日常生活一種簡單而滿足嘅慰藉,絕對會再嚟!#牛奶冰室 #香港下午茶推介

唔知係趕時間定冇心做好,亂包個外賣,將有汁的蒸魚放最頂,下面窄上面濶,上面一紥個結已經變晒型,成個魚盒變晒型翻側晒都照出街,來到時盒魚冇晒汁,成個袋入面全是魚汁,三文治變魚汁三文治,個袋入面笠痴痴,一放低個外賣已經係咁要抹,最後個魚乾晒,完全冇食慾,我成盒掉左,垃圾過垃圾,等左9個字,搞到咁,以後唔會再幫襯,仲要杯飲品都來錯左

今日食得好飽,夜晚都唔知食啲乜嘢?發現屋企附近有間牛奶冰室,於是諗下去買個下午茶。見到啲下午茶好抵食,我買咗一個雪菜肉絲炆米,又有杯熱檸茶,雪菜肉絲炆米唔鹹又有雪菜味,又唔油膩,所以食落去十分舒服。另外有一杯熱檸茶,熱檸茶係無檸檬嘅,但係都好好飲,同有檸檬的檸茶一樣。今晚食咁多都夠飽喇,聽日再嚟食過。

第一次光顧店務員態度比較不主動,問嘢時很敷衍,第二次再光顧,職員都是同樣的態度差,食物質素一般、叫的是雞扒撈麵等待時間都差不多15分鐘到,食的時候不夠熱,非常失望,不會再幫襯這間餐廳。

沙爹牛肉麵真係好正!牛肉煮得剛剛好,軟嫩入味,配上香濃的沙爹醬,味道超級香!麵條滑滑的,吸收了湯底的精華,每一口都好滿足。再來杯凍奶茶,冰冰涼涼,奶香味十足,甜度剛好,真係解渴又開心!一碗牛肉麵加一杯凍奶茶,簡直係完美組合
