To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚喺銅鑼灣逛完街,嚟到「牛奶冰室」食晚餐。呢間餐廳主打懷舊風格,餐牌設計走港式冰室路線。今次叫咗紅燒豆腐時菜魚柳飯,再加配三條香脆牛奶卷,飲品選咗熱檸檬茶,總共 $83,價錢合理。主菜方面,魚柳外皮炸得金黃酥脆,內裡魚肉滑嫩,配上紅燒豆腐同時菜,非常下飯,醬汁鹹香惹味不會過濃。配菜蔬菜份量適中,令整體感覺平衡健康。牛奶卷外脆內軟,香甜中帶點奶香,屬意想不到的小驚喜。熱檸檬茶夠香夠濃,檸檬味自然,唔會太甜,啱晒配飯解膩。整體食物質素對得住價錢,環境企理,適合放工後一個人輕鬆醫肚。

4月4日清明節我哋要返工lunch hour去食牛奶冰室11:42am落單 當時店鋪仲有好多空位到12點開始坐滿人而遲過我哋嚟嘅客人都有嘢食我哋就問女部長 跟進一下兩份酸菜魚女部長: 今日紅日呀 等20分鐘算少啦what?!?!?!!!!咁我哋打工仔放飯得1個鐘又點計?係咪奉旨要等你咁耐?如果要我哋等係咪可以態度好少少?最後12:09pm先影到呢張食物相🔻酸菜魚配飯 $69其實一直都鍾意食佢嘅酸菜魚但今日遇到咁樣嘅服務態度 以後不了🙃

放假在銅鑼灣逛街,逛完要來個下午茶,牛奶冰室抵食又美味,好多附近上班族和遊客都會過來。因為是店舖不大,人多要排隊等位呢!等十分鐘左右便可入座,客流量超快。點了爽口魚片角麻酸辣米線,配黑糖牛乳紅豆冰$38,這個下午茶餐超值。湯底酸辣度適中,很易入口。有炸黃豆和辣菜脯,爽口香脆,每次來都想多吃菜脯。米線滑嘟嘟,魚片角爽口有彈性,口感豐富,又能吸收湯味。黑糖牛乳紅豆冰,平時加配飲品都要十元八塊,這個餐是配有紅豆冰,超值!而且黑糖味道配牛奶,就像平時手調飲品一樣有特色,糖浸紅豆香甜軟滑,是這裏的美味特飲啊!這裏的招牌食物:醬爆拉絲菠蘿包$20,菠蘿包是港式麵包,在這裏加了新元素,中間釀入奶黃和芝士,加熱變成流心,切開每一口都可以有芝士拉絲感覺,香甜美味!雖然要等位排隊,這裏仍然人氣旺盛,可想而知,這裏很受遊客和附近上班族歡迎,食物性價比高,值得一再光顧的。
