呢間網上劣評如潮,就等我去試下先。個飯外觀幾靚,冇焗燶到。先講個汁,汁多微酸,唔甜唔咸,少少蕃茄味,偏淡,啱唔鍾意酸既人食。豬扒醃過炸過,肉嫩唔乾有汁,十分好味。蛋炒飯底乾食有少少蛋味。鋼兜上,份量可以,都幾好食既。呢個價錢仲有好多選擇。至在打卡。 continue reading

食物質素一般,點了脆皮雞扒配薯條餐,配牛油多士。薯條正常,但雞扒有浸鹼水味(?),熱奶茶正常,奶味較重,但沒什麼茶味,而且不夠熱。$68一個餐配飲品的話,連鎖茶餐廳可能比較好食。其他食物普通都要$80 $90,焗飯都要百幾,茶記來講完全是天價。對比食物質素態度同埋裝修,我寧願去銅鑼灣喜喜。同朋友影幾張相,影自己唔係影佢舖頭。食咗30分鐘就開始趕人,仲拎個牌過嚟話唔俾影相,我哋以為佢係唔俾我哋影佢舖頭,影自己同影食物都唔得,咁應該一早截停我哋。仲還有其他客人等緊卡位,叫我哋快啲埋單。態度極差,仲叫個客人喺我哋枱邊等,話佢哋就快走㗎啦。真心黑人問號,啱啱飲完杯奶茶咋喎,非繁忙時間明明仲有好多空位。間舖頭主要sell情懷,但現時坊間都有好多類似裝修的冰室同茶記。你要做到咁趕好似澳牛,咁你都要有澳牛嘅質素,整體來講完全唔推薦。 continue reading

✨紅荳蓮子冰一睇賣相都知伏淡到好似奶水 味道有少少似豆奶紅豆 份量少 細粒 冇味 蓮子 偏硬 冇味咁嘅質數要45蚊 真心伏✨焗茄汁豬扒飯螢光茄汁 汁偏稀 味道懷舊豬扒 份量少肉質都算鬆化但邊位略乾炒飯底 乾身 味道正常整體味道正常份量偏少 以呢個價錢完全唔值食物質素都幾差下 尤其係嗰杯紅豆蓮子冰 難飲到極環境懷舊 尚算坐得舒服服務正常 見我地兩個人都有比定碗仔我哋價錢貴 太進取 完全唔值其實貴唔緊要 但要比番應有嘅質素呢度無論味道份量同個價錢都唔配呢個價錢如果純粹為影相都可以去一次否則一次都嫌多 continue reading

大食妹近排好沉迷香港嘅懷舊風味, 咁啱喺九龍上完堂, 特登行咗去廟街外賣美都餐室嘅焗豬扒飯如果唔係有urgent野做, 大食妹一定會堂食<焗茄汁豬扒飯>焗茄汁豬扒飯外賣份量唔多, 只有普通焗豬扒飯嘅三分之一左右茄汁量極多, 完美浸住晒啲豬扒豬扒雖然咬落啖啖肉, 但係係冰鮮豬扒, 味道同口感始終比唔上新鮮豬扒美都餐室嘅焗茄汁豬扒飯飯底係炒飯, 雖然無咩蛋香, 但米飯粒粒分明, 口感乾爽唔油膩但係要注意嘅係份量好細, 但價錢要成六十蚊, 值唔值得就見仁見智啦如果大家去食, 大食妹會建議堂食, 可以順便打埋卡 continue reading

“又再記起, 回憶中夢寐….” 一去美都吃飯, 就會想起這首歌, 而這首歌的電視劇就是以美都為中心. 美都作為港式西餐的代表, 七十多年的歷史, 以及由開業至今不變的裝橫, 絕對切合香港本土舊情憶的懷古風格, 應該可以成為文青至愛, 比起大南街的那些扮文靜青咖啡室, 應該更有吸引力.說到其最經典的菜式應該是焗飯, 但不少食客對其質素嗤之以鼻, 點了一個焗豬扒飯, 外表看起來還可以, 夠熱夠燙, 醬汁和豬扒鋪滿飯面, 問題是醬汁蕃茄味有點怪, 酸和甜不是主軸, 反而帶點死鹹, 喼汁味也過濃. 豬扒預先以切塊, 不夠厚也不夠肉汁, 幸好肉質也不太乾涸. 炒飯底乾身, 飯粒層次分明, 而且雞蛋也算平均沾在身上, 是較可取的地方.員工禮貌問題嘛? 我覺得還好, 沒有粗口也算是熱心, 隨飯送上例湯, 是青紅蘿蔔煲豬骨, 就是基本的味道. 要是五六十多我會收貨, 但連凍飲要接近一百多, 也許只能說, 大部份也是消費在餐廳的歷史身上. continue reading
