當日YOHO行街,經過望到就入黎試【我係非常鍾意食拉麵既人】入到去叫左個黑蒜油豬骨拉麵一黎到,望到個色就覺得唔對路我係叫黑蒜油唔係叫墨汁啵,師傅,唔係整個蒜油加PAT墨汁就叫黑蒜油喎而且湯底完全就係豬骨濃縮湯膽開出黎味道淡,而且超水麵係完全掛唔到湯我食拉麵係必定飲哂D湯,我覺得係對拉麵師傅既尊重但呢度 SORRY我飲唔落,你都冇對食客對拉麵尊重,我點解要尊重你?有D拉麵店,味道可能未如理想,但一個湯底一飲落就知有冇落過心機,就算味道一般,但,係唔係煲出黎,落咩材料一飲便知,我同樣尊重跟住另外叫左個炸雞面頭個醬︰墨汁溝蛋沙律😶師傅你係唔係玩我呀?墨汁玩上癮?成餐唯獨食得既只係餃子餃子叫貨返黎,餃子汁叫貨返黎🤷♂️

今次呢間拉麵店開張唔算好耐,位置比較開陽入到去係用手機掃QR code落單,上菜時間唔算好耐,食物價錢嚟講都唔算好平,而且唔跟飲品今次試咗佢哋嘅黑蒜油豬骨拉麵,裏面有一舊厚切叉燒同一嚿厚切豬肉,叉燒瘦肉比較多,豬肉就會有肥豬肉同瘦嘅部份,叉燒雖然厚身但食落幾淋,特別鍾意佢個厚切豬肉好入味,應該係類似用醬油醃過,味道好濃郁黑蒜油湯底就一般,湯底質地比較水,同埋飲落偏鹹,味精比較重,雖然都有豬骨味,但覺得可以再濃啲麵條就比較軟身都算幾掛湯

第一次入元朗食拉麵,去咗位於YOHO嘅武骨相傳,拉麵沾麵淡而無味,沾麵碗湯好似水咁,同服務員講,佢拎完入去成碗湯深色左,咸到食唔到,直頭落左豉油落去咁嘅味,完全冇豬骨湯嘅味,再同服務員講,一係淡到無味,一係咸到食唔到,服務員就咁溝啲水俾我,佢地個湯底應該係無骨唔係武骨,非常之差嘅用餐體驗,最後食都冇食埋單走人,咁就賺左3百幾兩碗拉麵。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

肉質唔ok, 唔軟,唔鮮,好彩仲入到口咁啦,不過應該冇下次,俾貴啲,佢食其他嘢好過,見佢新新地想試吓,明知佢都唔平,不過近,俾次機會佢囉,可惜味道同埋份量都唔爭氣,佢嘅存在對我已經開始冇意義,見到碗麵只係好想去日本食真正嘅拉麵

沾麵味道麻麻,份量偏小,質量差,叉燒僅限一塊,湯底偏鹹,味精重;服務質素也有待改善,無侍應去到門口接待處主動帶位,見到客人嚟仍扮見唔到,態度冷淡,笑容欠奉,主動性低;環境也有點擠迫,整體用餐體驗很一般。等級:D
