年廿九周圍都好多人，最終選了哩間冇咩人嘅餐廳係，上次冬至已經冇咩人，今次亦都唔例外，點了以下食物：1. 栗子滑雞煲配白飯 & 熱咖啡：好彩點火冇幾耐打開黎睇下，原來入面好少汁，差啲未食就煲燶底，栗子與雞的份量差唔多各半，雞唔係特別滑，相比之下會喜歡上次食香辣牛腩煲。2. 豉汁蒸鎗魚配白飯：即叫即蒸，魚肉有點老，時間過左少少火，條魚大細&質素唔差過一般酒樓，整體都唔錯。服務都幾好，幾有禮貌，上菜速度都快，讚讚讚!!! continue reading

星期日到沙田第一城敏華食早歺，廚房炒蛋多士及煎魚柳雞扒等食物做唔切，等了半個鐘頭以上，個個客都要追單，亂作一團，大家沒有時間耐心等的話，千祈唔好入去。有些客人甚至等到火滾，中途離場。如果歺廳知道食物等待時間較長，應該喺門口通知啲客人要等候食物時間。在門口排完隊，入到裏面又要等，真是一肚火，而且食物價錢比一般茶餐廳貴，咁嘅服務質素，實在冇下次囉！食物質素也只是一般，管理層應正視這問題，如果唔係之前買了coupon, 也不會光顧😔 continue reading
