Protein day but no time to cook? That’s why I visited this Kwun Tong food place and got my dinner. 慢煮花雕醉雞卷takes me 5 mins to boil (not cook). Also truffle Penne, corns and broccoli...... yummy and healthy. simple dinner. Easy.

First time trying these kinds of healthy / super food restaurants as I am a meat lover. Surprisingly, the food tastes excellent. The kale and broccoli was a bit too dry for my liking, but the caesar sauce with cheese taste makes up for everything. Will definitely try again.

我工作的地方就在Mela餐廳附近，每一個星期，總會有一兩天會和同事們叫這餐廳外賣。還記得第一次接觸這餐廳時，只是被那$58豬扒吸引，不抱太大期望，但是外賣送到之時，發現它是質量並重!這個厚切豬比外面餐廳或自家買的還要厚，目測厚度至少有2cm，配有少量蔬菜！豬扒雖然厚，但是一點也不乾，肉汁還很豐富，份量真的頗大一位成年女士吃到一半已經飽了！除了厚切豬外，我更喜愛的是自選健康組合。上班時多於街外用餐，蔬菜選擇很少，但是叫這外賣可以自組健康午餐所以我和同事們也很愛這家的外賣呀

見到佢寫住16安士厚切豬扒咁吸引，$58 連野飲好似都不錯咁，就一於落order 試下。個豬扒送到黎感覺真係好大塊同好厚，但個表面仲好白，未煎到香口，塊豬扒切落去唔韌，但冇咩汁，食落都幾乾，同埋雪味都幾重，比較唔鐘意佢啲乾香草嘅味，隻味好似係為左加而加，同塊扒唔多夾，建議可以高溫啲煎塊扒同埋醃嘅時候加啲蒜粉或者芥辣。旁邊啲西蘭花，栗米嗰啲都正常，個水果茶都幾好飲。總括黎講雖然有改進空間，但呢個價錢咁大塊都算係咁。
