午餐點了檳城福建麵98蚊雞肉沙嗲18蚊送zero可樂同埋香蘭雞蛋布丁復古花磚混工業風格裝修,樓底高,冷氣足。人手只有三人,一位年輕人樓面廚房兩面走,廚房有位叔叔,裡面還有一位姨姨。年輕人熱情,細心,叫餐時會微彎腰傾聽,食物來到時又有塊紙巾有兩個夾,給食客掛在衣服上以免弄污糟衣服,我覺得頗受重視:)題外話,衛生幾好,廚房乾淨,行出行入噴酒精,客人黎到都會即場噴一次酒精先俾您坐。檳城福建麵是蝦湯面,湯底濃稠有蝦香味,另外放的辣醬像是參巴醬。2粒白魚蛋味道同平時食個d 潮州白魚蛋唔同🤔我不喜歡食肥肉,他的叉燒好岩我食,瘦但係唔鞋,好軟,很熟悉的味道但一時想不出是甚麼,類似淡淡的汾酒味?(有沒有人下次食完告訴味道),反正醃得很入味,我很喜歡😂米粉和油麵很好食,他剪成了一箸一口但絕又不是碎濕濕,而且非常非常掛湯🤩小豆卜新鮮有厚實口感,但炸魚蛋魚片蝦都一般般。雞肉沙嗲的沙嗲醬是甜的,有濃厚的香料味,我覺得在這店中必食,哈哈。最後是香蘭雞蛋布丁,由於太小一口😂,沒有食清楚味道,隱約不甜,有一點點的班蘭還是椰子香味。整體而言,各方面都很好,聽說已開了5年,希望能一直做落去:)

叫完野食每人比左件小食,迷你春卷,香脆惹味蝦麵,湯夠濃得黎一啲都唔咸,不過就無特別炒貴刁,好似炒粿條咁,呢個炒得好好食,不過以呢個價錢黎講份量偏少最後會有個小甜點,呢個我覺得係全餐最好食嘅野,唔會好甜,有少少斑蘭味,好味到我問佢地有無得散買,原來有! 真係太好

上環一到食飯時間就人頭湧湧,好多餐廳都迫滿晒附近上班一族,見呢間位置偏僻少少嘅星馬菜餐廳無乜人就入去試下佢嘅lunch set,可以揀唔同款式嘅飯/麵,都係星馬菜常見嘅款式。炒粿條屬於濕炒嘅質感,粿條食落煙煙靱靱又幾過癮,鹹鹹香香,加上臘腸、蝦仁、芽菜、韭菜等配料,味道都唔錯👌🏻馬來叉燒乾撈麵叉燒份量都唔少,每件大大件,肉質唔柴,麵條屬於幼身款式,食到甜甜嘅醬油味,仲有好明顯嘅鹼水味,我自己就唔係好prefer有鹼水味。另外仲有大量嘅通菜同芽菜,不過草青味濃,比較一般。海南雞飯 呢款就唔係咁正宗亦都唔推薦,皆因個飯見到白色已經知道唔係雞油飯,雞肉上面有好多啫喱睇落好pro咁,不過雞肉幾乎無味咁滯,只食到雪藏味,應該只係急凍雞卷,唔掂喎😶😶🙈🙈香蘭蛋布丁聽聞呢個布丁係呢度嘅招牌,質感便實淨,偏向吉士布甸嘅質地,面頭嘅焦糖同下面嘅班蘭布甸味道唔多夾,有啲奇怪🤔不過分開食就好好多,下面嘅布丁班蘭味香濃,整走啲焦糖食嘅話就唔錯😂人均消費:$110推介指數(10分為滿分):6分

Unbelievably bad. I ordered the Hainanese chicken rice. The rice was tasteless (as opposed to the usual one with the scent of lemongrass/chicken oil) and the chicken wasn’t fresh. Worse, the dish (inc the chicken) was cold. Trash food. Try your best to avoid this place. 海南雞唔係用一般切雞,係用啲急凍雞卷,上枱時候冰凍,飯都係接近室溫,而且完全冇味。
