To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一個人出完街返到青衣長發商場唔知食咩好行來行去就決定去美心食個炒小茶就算, 因為平嘛, 而且之前食過幾次呢間都算保持到水準, 咁就食佢啦. 18:30左右到場, 都幾多人排隊, 排都排咗10分鐘, 就係叫咗<芥蘭炒牛肉>, 好彩一個人都易搵到位, 再等多10分鐘就可以拎餐喇, 睇到賣相就真係唔多吸引喇, 個芡太穊, 有啲啲開始變啫喱, 牛肉有啲老, 係個芡令到牛內肉滑...不過味道係OK嘅, 牛肉都算多, 芥蘭都係老, 飯就夠哂大碗, 咁嘅價錢係過到關, 一個人食唔多要求啦
