這個秋冬，一直有吃此店的法國栗子杏仁薄脆蛋糕，金栗蓉芬芳馥郁。此星期換試春日的鮮果，想是同一法國杏仁薄脆系列，質素應相近。每人嚐了一口，均覺不妙。蛋糕乾涸，味道很假。翻開來看（上圖），內層不是傳統的白色雜果蛋糕餡餅，是有草莓味的粉紅色乾散蛋糕。雖然上層花狀芒果等生果合格，並有針筒形的芒果汁附上，但是仍是失敗之作。餡料中不包括生果，只有啫喱。 continue reading
