布丁包呢排好hit而咁岩比我係美心烘焙所見到新鮮出爐,加上其他包點都好吸引,所以一次過買哂幾款!布丁包既布丁味好濃郁而且飽滿又唔會太漏,我地再用氣炸鍋180度焗多2分鐘,布丁有半溶既狀態而且麵包好脆,基本上同新鮮出爐冇咩分別,以後想食都唔一定要去油麻地啦!!!蛋撻係牛油皮既,食落酥脆而且牛油味好突出,蛋味都香濃,幾高質!另外仲有沙翁,新鮮即炸而且好香酥皮味,氣炸鍋整返熱好惹味又唔會太油!最後就係梳乎里,面頭焦糖夠脆又唔會太甜,口感整體層次感十足! continue reading

難得放假冇約會, 今日去坑口探丫公丫婆, 係厚德商場兜下睇買咩比佢食。見到美心烘焙所有法式布甸麵包賣, 順便再買多幾個甜品撻比佢地試試。店內仲有數款麵包類, 仲有港式懷舊嘅沙翁。法式布甸麵包:Size有拳頭般大, 買嘅時候唔係新爐出爐, 已經灘凍咗; 如果想熱食就要回家返熱, 唔想煩, 一返到去即食, 包面有dd韌, 布甸很滑溜, 甜甜地, 唔會過甜, 老人家都岩食。軟心芝士撻: 芝士撻表面火灸過, 脤得高高的, 芝士很creamy, 味道偏鹹, 跟牛油撻底食, 稍為平衡到鹹度。紫薯西米布甸杯: 布甸杯混入了林嘅西米, 有蛋香味又有層次, 底部仲有少少紫薯蓉, 正!沙翁: 表面平均沾上砂糖, 入裡係空氣感麵包, 整體入口, 質感微微鬆脆, 甜甜地。另外買咗個吞拿魚包, 質地厚實, 岩哂做早餐, 夠飽肚。  continue reading

今日行東港城,經過呢間新開嘅美心烘焙所,比佢新出嘅法式布甸麵包吸引咗。除咗呢個新推出嘅產品,原來烘焙所仲有咁多新派甜品,例如芝士撻、焦糖疏乎厘、西米布甸,仲有兩款味,兩款都係而家香港大熱嘅紫薯同埋香芋。除此之外部份麵包款都款都好吸引,例如朱古力麻薯波,同埋沙翁!《法式麵包布甸》$15/1呢度嘅麵包布甸新鮮出爐,見到有師傅喺入面即場整😍標榜用法國淡忌廉 ,布甸入口奶味同埋蛋香都好濃郁,口感嫩滑綿密,而出面嘅法包鬆軟得來帶少少煙韌感,好好味!適合雪凍或者微波爐叮熱食,兩種唔同嘅感覺,而我就鍾意凍食多啲,因為布甸個口感會比較幼滑。《沙翁》$12沙翁都係新登場嘅產品,見到好多人買所以我都想試一試。味道唔錯,入面好濕潤同埋鬆軟,唔算非常甜,如果擺入氣炸鍋焗一焗口感應該更加好!《焦糖脆脆疏乎厘》$23呢個超出預期好味!食落有啲似芝士蛋糕嘅口感,綿密,焦糖味同埋奶味都好出!同時又有空氣咁,性價比幾高。《紫薯西米布甸&香芋西米布甸》$15/1呢個個面有啲煙韌,食到底紫薯同香芋嘅份量都幾多,重奶香味,同埋布甸好滑,整體都好唔錯。《朱古力菠蘿麻薯包》$11/1呢個係麻薯波波嘅進階版,出面有菠蘿酥皮,所以口感外脆內軟,而且仲有真麻糬,好味! continue reading

🌕Hello我係Moon🌕而家嘅麵包店除咗款式多又追求新鮮之外連款式都開始千變萬化,😜而且仲將麵包店升華到另外一個層次變成一個烘焙店,😝因為烘焙就唔淨只係麵包咁簡單而係一啲有特色嘅麵包類, 🤓美心西餅亦都進化咗為美心烘焙所,帶嚟更多特色更多受歡迎嘅產品😗布丁麵包🍮而家全香港都唔多烘焙店有買呢一款人氣爆燈嘅布甸麵包,😂吸引程度更係包裏之最,🤣喺一個豬仔包開一個窿,然之後倒入濃郁嘅蛋液,😆所以做到真正嘅外脆內軟,😌新鮮出爐嗰陣時當然係最正嘅味道,😍鬆脆嘅豬仔包再加上半流心嘅布甸,😝就算凍食都可保持皮薄酥脆,😙同時帶點煙韌口感,😛中間布甸香滑Creamy,吉士嘅狀態真係愛不釋手😝沙翁😇呢一款相信就係夠晒復古味道,😎配料亦都非常簡單,🤩就係用雞蛋、油及麵粉混合麵團炸起後再外加糖而成,🥳所以亦都係要追求鬆脆嘅口感,😙同樣亦都要係新鮮出爐咁樣食係最佳享受方法,😏當然本身炸得夠時間所以微微涼都仍然保持到個結構🤗芝士撻🤩又係一款曾幾何時都紅到爆燈嘅撻類,😂講求嘅當然就係芝士留心嘅濃郁程度,😎另外用嘅芝士當然亦都係要呈現濃郁嘅狀態,☺️可以見到每一個芝士撻到包上又高又微焦嘅芝士餡料,🤣第一啖就已經係濃濃嘅芝士再加上牛油香嘅撻皮,☺️價錢亦都非常之親民同埋性價比亦都非常高😏香芋西米布甸😋喺呢一度都可以搵到甜品嘅蹤影,😎香芋本身已經帶有厚實嘅顆粒感,😏令到每粒西米都充滿左芋香,😋最後當然亦都係蛋香十足嘅布甸,😜呢一個絕對要趁熱食,😗因為蛋液係呢一個時候就係最軟熟嘅狀態😌吞拿魚包😎呢個就係買來聽日做早餐食嘅😂夾嘅時候都已經感覺到入邊係厚實,作為早餐真係啱啱好😉🌕最後MoonMoon都幾滿意依間烘焙店,佢嘅價錢唔算好貴但係啲嘢食都有返咁上下嘅份量,而且佢嘅選擇都幾多,下次可以食埋其他🌕美心烘焙所 (將軍澳)將軍澳常寧路厚德邨TKO Gateway東翼1樓E172號舖 continue reading
