建議:#低調高手 實在太多人,記得要落單買左先🤣 可以邊等邊掃其他舖係2月尾既時候去開#筲箕灣 ,見有啲時間就順便去埋#東大街 覓食。為左節省等候時間,就先去低調高手買定底雞蛋仔先❤️ 因為之前睇#雞蛋仔關注組 話有機會要等1️⃣個鐘😳 落單時老闆會講定大概要等3️⃣0️⃣分鐘左右,比完錢拎左飛就可以安心去掃其他舖先🤤 係東大街兜左個圈再掃埋幾間舖,點知4️⃣0️⃣分鐘後再番去都仲未有🤣 等既人仲多左。最後大概5️⃣0️⃣分鐘後,終於熱辣辣拎到手👍 今次試左:▫️黃金雞蛋仔 (HK$32)新鮮熱辣真係最正,每粒雞蛋仔都有少少咸蛋粒,咸香度好夠。而且每粒都好薄脆❤️好食既野係真係值得等待。🥚雞蛋仔/格仔餅有齊:甜(原味)酸(蘋果)苦(朱古力)咸(咸蛋) 辣(辣肉腸+黑胡椒,格仔餅會加埋黃芥末) 食完一底好想再Encore 格仔餅,不過實在太多人,下次再黎試🤤 continue reading

When it comes to comfort food, egg puffs (雞蛋仔) is always my pick. 低調高手 undoubtedly has one of the best egg puffs in town. Their egg puffs are always crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Most importantly, the puff is really rich in butter and egg with a balanced amount of sweetness. 🧈🥚🤤I came by on weekend evening this time and it only took a 15 minutes wait but given their quality and price, I think it worths a longer wait🤣 continue reading

低調高手久仰咗好耐,直到最近去開嗰頭做嘢,終於有機會一試。試完之後,我可以話,佢嘅鹹蛋黃雞蛋仔(黃金雞蛋仔)係現時香港最高質素嘅,鹹蛋黃味好濃好搶,仲隱約食到鹹蛋黃嗰種起沙嘅質感,超正,好食到唔停得口🤤。除此以外,雞蛋仔本身水準都好高,外面微脆,入面仲保留住熱辣辣軟綿綿嘅雞蛋仔心,真心好食,唔似得而家嗰啲雞蛋仔,冇內涵,成餅嘢都係得個脆字。 continue reading
