8年前我還是讀書的時候,常常到新蒲崗球場去灌籃,當時陳師傅才剛剛開業,曾經去過一次,印象不是太深刻,那時的新蒲崗還有很多工廠大廈,8年過後大不同,多了很多價錢很貴的私會住房,最近跟朋友經過那裡,看到門前面有不少人排隊等候,就想應該再嚐嚐唄。究竟陳師傅每天?天未光起床做的點心有沒有變呢?「東北棗皇糕」依然很好吃,乾身彈牙,紅棗味豐富,不愧是老闆娘親自選的紅棗材料,太skr。「精製蝦餃皇」這個都是沒變呗,大大顆的蝦,爽口彈牙,蝦餃皮煙韌可口,建議大家來到一定要試試看。「薑蔥牛柏葉」牛柏葉肉厚非常,不會幼幼得未口感。「流沙黃金煎堆仔」這個在8年前是沒有的,外面的煎堆香脆,裡面的流沙奶黃很容易就流出來了,口感獨特。「北海道綿花雞」兩個份量,我們很滿足,配料都不錯,好吃。「咸魚肉餅飯」咸魚很香,份量足有誠意,肉餅爽滑,飯粒有水份不會太乾。「炸蜆蚧鯪魚球」新鮮即製熱燙燙的,外面炸的金黃,裡面嫩嫩的,口感彈牙,旁邊的蜆蚧惹味。服務仍是沒變,一切都由老闆娘打點,招待下單送菜收錢,都由她一個人做,太強大了,建議大家大大力幫襯下。 continue reading

下午茶時間,本來想住落樓下去飲杯珍珠奶茶,不過,行過見咁多人食間点心就去八卦一下。見咁多人在外面等,廢事等就買外賣。未試過有咁好味的蝦餃燒賣,一啖落去就知道是新鮮材料。叉燒腸是啖啖肉,其他酒樓一條叉燒腸有兩舊叉燒已經偷笑。lee間成條腸都是叉燒,起碼有8舊叉燒。一件桂花糕有4粒龍眼肉,其他酒樓的桂花糕有杞子就偷笑la。叉燒包一啖就咬到叉燒,叉燒仲多過包。好味足料抵食唔怪之得咁多人排隊啦!店入面有好多上了年紀的點心姐姐,辛苦老人家了。感謝願意顧用 continue reading
