位於尖沙咀的面譜,已經不知說過多少次要去,最後竟然是朋友提議約這裡才記起。這裡每個角落都是面譜,環境也算寬敞舒適。餐具的圖案也很精緻呢。前菜 $20/碟是花生和豆乾,味道還不錯。面譜小籠包 $68小籠包算大件,皮是比較厚的那種,但肉汁不少,肉餡也好吃。麻辣香螺水晶粉皮 $88沒想到是那麼大碟,螺肉碎亦很多,粉皮較粗厚,口感味道都比較像寬粉,煙煙韌韌有彈性,加上香麻微辣,惹味醒胃。柚子骨 $128有點像咕嚕肉,但很重柚子香,味道甜甜蜜蜜的,外層脆口,內裡的肉好咬。酸辣豆花拌米線 $88配料除了豆花,還有肉末、酸菜、花生和蔥,聞起來已經很香,而且頗大碟。很像曾經很流行的豆腐撈米線,不過比較有咬口,豆腐很滑,香辣濃味而不太鹹。糯米竹筒飯 $38純粹因爲有趣而點,糯米很香,味道微甜,口感煙韌黏糯。拔絲蘋果 $98我沒有想過在這裡點拔絲系列,會是即場在客人面前拔的,單是看這個已經值回票價。整體食物質素不錯,份量也算大份,環境也舒適,很適合和朋友聚會呢。 continue reading

泰國來的表弟明天回國了來了香港差不多10天 已嚐不同菜式了突然想到還有川菜未試就帶他來到這裡試試中國的辣跟泰國有何分別😊 而這裏的裝飾跟名字一樣都是掛滿了面譜非常有特色坐低後侍應遞上了餐牌還向我們推介最近推出了雲南菜部份食材是由雲南空運到港的所以我們都點了來試試石榴花炒雞柳成個送嘅味道有少少似宮保雞丁嘅感覺石榴就吃得多了,但石榴花就真係第一次佢既口感係爽口,而中間的部份是甜的整個感覺非常特別而食石榴花可以抑壓黑色素、延緩皺紋有美容功效吃一個餸可以、醫肚又有美顏作用又好味超讚食雲南嘢點可以唔食米線酸辣豆花拌米線入邊有豆花 肉碎 酸菜 花生等等嘅配料應該加左陳醋 將所有嘢撈埋一齊米線酸酸地 好開胃水煮魚整個都好麻辣魚的質感好柔嫩入邊仲有好多紅薯粉紅薯粉吸晒湯底嘅精華每一啖都好刺激蘋果拔絲點左呢個甜品之後侍應就拎咗一罐忌廉同一碗冰過嚟我哋仲喺度諗其實有啲咩用途原來佢哋會直接喺我哋面前拉絲蘋果首先會沾上炸粉拎去炸之後就會放喺加咗冰嘅忌廉中我就好好奇問點解需要用忌廉佢哋就同我解釋返原來用忌廉會令到拔絲更加香以及唔會沖淡佢本身嘅甜整個程序都好好睇完成品好精美好似藝術品咁樣溫馨提示雲南菜原來只推廣到五月尾如果有興趣試試真正雲南佢嘅朋友就需要係呢段時間去了 continue reading

是日無咩特別節目,隨便出尖沙咀行陣就去搵野食.諗起尖東站嗰邊有間川菜一直都無試過,於是去試下. 入到去,餐廳嘅裝潢好有氣派,有高級酒店嘅感覺,氣氛唔錯,卡位好啱情侶拍拖嚟食.講返菜式,今次Order咗麻辣水煮魚,加左牛肉同其他配菜,另一樣係炒窩荀. 先黎炒窩荀,好鮮嫩同清甜,無炒過火.水煮魚方面,魚肉味道新鮮,麻辣口感配搭得好好,無太麻或者太辣嘅口感,會啱想食辣又唔食得辣嘅朋友黎食. 見到有其他嘅客人order片皮鴨好香.下次約多幾個朋友嚟試下 continue reading

今日好想食辣野,周圍搵川菜食,但係原本想去心水嘅餐聽去唔到,之後行過到去中間道附近諗起一間川菜,之前食過幾好食,因為停車場冇咗所以好耐都冇去過, 正好去附近,好想再去試試,坐低諗都唔使諗,叫咗一個水煮魚,之後店員介紹有一個自選水煮會抵啲,就一於叫一個自選再加牛肉加蓮藕,一上枱盤水煮好靚,冇平時見開嘅水煮菜食咁多油,香辣味道香噴噴仲有份量一啲都唔少,初時以為份量會少啲,原來同平常嘅份量一樣非常之足夠,應該叫多一個清炒萵筍就足夠兩個人食, continue reading
