好友Oli去完旅行回來我們又乘機約飯聚,在座也是吃辣之人一於去吃京川菜,由甜魔媽媽選了面譜京川料理這集團的餐廳對我來說是信心保證,皆因之前去吃過的Thaya Modern Thai & Eatery泰菜和King Ludwig Beerhall德國菜也吃得很舒心! 位於尖東站旁的面譜地點方便到不行,在J出口一上不消一分鐘便到達, 門前那張極具霸氣的 Banner很吸睛喔! 怎料店內懸掛半空一系列的面譜更具吸引力,每個也代表不同的人物性格,好明顯我應該係綠色的代表,想知點解Click入來自有分解! 甫坐下看見這兒的餐具很有自家特色,一個喜歡烹飪的師奶總是對餐具十分著眼。 餐前的小吃有香口的豆皮絲和麻辣甜花生,一款香口一款刺激兩樣都好吸引喎! 力拔山兮氣蓋世、時不利兮騅不逝,騅不逝兮可奈何!虞兮虞兮奈若何!虞姬:漢兵已略地,四方楚歌聲。大王意氣盡,賤妾何聊生!為何想起項羽虞姬二人,皆因我點了一杯名叫虞姬的特飲,究竟這杯虞姬是否跟西楚霸王喜歡的女人一樣令人心亂如麻!答案確實是美人胚子,香甜美味令人陶醉。 頭盤先來蒜泥雲片白肉卷$98,用薄片的腩肉片包裹著爽脆的青瓜片,點上蒜泥汁吃口感跟平常分開吃來得更有口感,而且汁醬味道調配得不俗整體也十分好吃。 面譜口水雞$96 這兒的口水雞味道只帶微辣感覺有點溫吞,如雞肉亦可再嫩滑多些這樣應該會更合我口味! 接下來這一份清酒芥末鮮鴨掌$88鮮掌質感滑脆帶上幽幽的芥末味,另外青瓜更加爽脆可口,我十分喜歡這份頭盤前菜呢! 這一份樟茶鴨$188鴨肉質地夠油潤十分不錯,煙燻味可以再著重多一點就更佳,不過要讚讚 仲吃的荷葉包,甜甜的味道配上鹹香的鴨肉會得出很不錯的化學作用。 去食川菜個個都食水煮魚、唔通真係個個都叫水煮魚咩!確實我不得不承認我哋一定要食水煮魚囉!這兒的水煮魚$198份量十分足秤,滿滿的魚片滑溜又完整,加上香氣撲鼻的汁料成件事都十分對版。 不過唔好意思今晚大家的目光也落在這一客水煮臭豆腐$158中,皆因那臭豆腐中的香氣確令人神往,鼻子跟嘴巴同時享受著,喜歡吃臭豆腐的您會懂的! 而且每道水煮菜式也十分慷慨有海量的薯粉墊底,我們是頭一次不需額外加薯粉呢!所以大家都食得好滿足好滿意哦! 接下來這一客石頭窩黑椒腸粉$118又是令人開心的澱粉質,熱騰騰的石鍋內放滿豬腸粉,光是賣上都已經好令人期待! 內裏附有不少滑捋捋的腸粉,配上那香而不辣的黑椒汁好易吃不停口㗎!! 這份火爆香窩海中蝦上檯時由侍應放下香氣撲鼻的玫瑰露,跟熊熊烈火融為一體後的中蝦散發出迷人的香氣! 確實充滿酒香的中蝦吃下很惹味又彈牙,帶上玫瑰露香氣很吸引但我會建議下小一點點更為恰當,而且辣度比期望低(餐牌表示三隻辣椒),大家也別忘記墊底的雜菇菌,吸盡所有香氣絕對不是配角那麼簡單喔! 蔬菜方面我們點了香口的干煸肉末法邊豆$128,平常餐廳用四季豆這兒換上矜貴的法邊豆,質感更加嫩口而且份量亦不少呢! 去到最尾點了客巨石五豐飯$118,從來喜歡吃白米飯的車媽媽本來對記沒有興趣!不過好友吃完紛紛大讚美味,戀吃的我當然要一試吧!原來都真的好有口感而且滿有飯焦的香氣,果然好迷人呀!! 大家也吃到十分滿足了這時候點了兩款甜品來回一回魂,第一款是芝麻煎堆拌雪糕。 將炸得香脆不油膩的芝麻煎堆打開後放入椰子味雪糕,冷熱交融的感覺從來是最美妙的!而且放了雪糕那一面的煎堆吃下去會更加香脆,廚子的心思絕對可加!! 最後的一份甜品是拔絲蕃薯由十分具臂力的侍應即場炮製,首先將炸番薯放入冰凍的忌廉中 洗禮一番! 再由侍應用熟練的手藝把糖拉絲而成可Click入欣賞,賣相美不勝收充滿藝術感自甜品。 拔絲蕃薯用上紫番薯來炮製,咬下去質感實在內裏軟綿味道香甜可口,這個甜品真係聲色藝俱全呀!吃飽飽之後我們呢一班瘋狂的人還打算再去食甜品留待下一篇再談! continue reading

繼續辣局分享:上週三與好友先 面譜京川料理 開心聚餐,之後再到K11 拜訪百味堂,非常盡興! 先講面譜京川料理,這店有些朋友吃過,我只幫襯過隔壁 King Ludwig 德國餐廳,而且是很多很多年前的事了!所以一入到掛滿不同面譜的店內,感覺都幾新奇的~ 根據官網分享,原來紅色代表「忠勇、剛直」,黑色代表「鐵面無私」,綠色代表「頑強、暴躁」,白色代表「邪惡、凶詐」;細心一看面譜的表情,又似乎幾有道理! 欣賞完特色裝飾及中色風情的佈置,是時間大快朵頤了!先來前菜小吃,有麻口刺激的甜辣脆花生,以及香口豆皮絲,兩款都成功討我們歡心~ 以圓肉、杞子的熱飲滋潤一下,開始涼菜環節了:首先是 面譜口水雞 Chilled Chicken in Chilli Peppercorn Sauce with Peanuts ($96),辣味較為輕柔,辣友們當然不夠喉了! 很久沒吃燈影牛肉,這晚來了一份 面譜燈影牛肉 Spicy Crispy Beef ($88),那辣中帶微甜的調味相當誘人,唯牛肉可以再薄身一點~ 接著是 清酒芥末鮮鴨掌 Boneless Duck Web with Sake Wasabi Sauce ($88),已去骨的鴨掌很方便食用,不過芥末都幾嗆,刺激度不輸真正的辛辣菜式呢! 最後一款涼菜是 蒜泥雲片白肉卷 Sliced Pork Rolled in Garlic Chili Sauce ($98),那紅醬又是甜多於辣,未夠刺激,不過吃完當真胃口大開,急不及待要召喚主菜上來! 主菜很快來到,首先是 樟茶鴨 Smoked Duck with Tea Leaves and Five Spice ($188),滿有茶香、皮香肉嫩的鴨件,淨食已經很誘人,配上荷葉包則會多份鬆軟甜味,任君選擇! 每次辣聚都少不得水煮魚,這次也不例外;這裡的 水煮魚片 Simmered Fish Fillet with Hot Chilli Broth ($198) 份量足、辣度勁,加上大量粗苕粉,十分吸引,可風頭卻被下一項搶去... 因為,這裡的 水煮臭豆腐 Simmered Fermented Bean Curd with Hot Chili Broth ($158) 更加讚!臭豆腐不算很濃烈,像我這等初哥也接受的來,幽幽香氣加上紅湯的刺激,很推介的~ 冬天特別需要澱粉質,接下來這 石頭窩黑椒腸粉 Stir-fried Rice Rolls with Black Pepper Sauce in Hot Stone Pot ($118) 香口微辛、滑溜入味、相當美味,我也忍不住吃了好多條! 宮保雞丁 "Kung Po" Chicken with Peanuts (Spicy) ($148) 是劉總至愛之一,老友口味互相影響,我也越來越喜歡這甜酸辣香交錯的菜式,越吃越想吃! 四季豆吃的多了,這晚嘗試 干煸肉末法邊豆 Braised French Bean with Minced Pork ($128),鮮嫩度比四季豆更高,非常好吃有水準呢!也是值得選點的~ 其實還有些點心,但當賣相誘人、香氣又霸道的 火爆香窩海中蝦 Wok Fried Prawns with Chili Spices and Chinese wine 一上場,就完全顧不得它們了! 引起烘烘烈火的是玫瑰露,酒香非常迷人,不過蝦卻不是最入味的(雖然蝦頭的膏實在好吃),而是底下的菇菌啊!又香又辣,我一邊怕辣又忍不住一邊吞下很多很多... 最後的 巨石五豐飯 Great Harvest ($118) 看似平平無奇,一吃就會被其豐富口感及清鮮口味所迷倒,明閒很飽了也要添飯! 拔絲蘋果/香蕉吃得多,知道這裡有 拔絲蕃薯,而且是用上紫薯製作,當然不能錯過。別看侍者年紀輕輕,只見她三扒兩撥,就拉出大量糖絲;慢慢又捲成藝術作,十分吸晴! 雖然有點不忍心,但拍照後一定要趁熱吃;這裡外皮不會太硬,中間的紫薯又更香口美味! 最後還貪心加點一份 芝麻煎堆拌雪糕,香脆不膩的熱暖空心煎堆,剛好可以配搭冰凍雪糕(荔枝/椰子),帶來曼妙冰火口感,又是超好吃啊~ 雖然很飽,但我們還留了少許甜胃納,準備去大掃甜品!下篇再繼續了~ continue reading

The food was ok. A liitle too sweet and not spicey enough eventhough it is descibed in the menu as hot.  Service was fine. However the place was so noisey that I couldn’t even hear my friend sitting directly opposite me. Happy birthday was broadcast at ear shattering levels  and so was the music afterwards. General noise levels was equally unbearable. The owners must have concerns over electticity costs as it was so dark we had to turn on the touch light on ourphones to read the menu. Overall not a nice experience. continue reading

Came here with a friend and our mothers in a Friday night. No reservation made, but they were able to get us in within 30 minutes. Despite being totally packed, all the food arrived at a steady pace. We had a lot of vegetarian dishes that were great, as well as noodles, beef ribs, and appetizers that were delicious, hot, and beautifully presented. Jasmine tea came in individual ceramic pots. Ambiance - a little too noisy for motherly conversation, but vibrant! Decorations with huge hanging Chinese opera masks were amazing - too busy chatting and eating yummy food to take a photo! continue reading
