實在是有一段時間沒有出來吃晚飯,若不是受到朋友極力推介,我是不會出來吃飯的,因為我正直減肥週。幸好是晚的晚飯我非常滿意,雖然吃得有罪惡感,但依然非常滿足。我們選擇一個二人餐和一隻辣子雞一起品嚐,二人餐分量十足,基本上把我一星期的限額用完了。頭盤有三樣,分別是面譜囗水雞,涼拌土豆絲,怪味拌鴨舌。三者中我最愛涼拌土豆絲和怪味鴨舌,土豆絲囗感不過生,有點粉粉的感覺。鴨舌配青瓜,異常開胃。石窩乾爆雞服務員放上臺的時候,不小心被嗆到了,然後因為石鍋太熱,熱氣沖天,我們也被嗆到,情況有點搞笑和混亂。幸好經理迅速把它拿走,然後等熱氣過後才呈上。乾爆雞沒有想像中辣,反而味重而不嗆喉,不能吃辣者,不防等熱氣過後才進食。川味酸辣湯看到這菜式的名字,有想過到底是什麼湯?辣湯,酸湯,還是什麼湯?原來是像碗仔翅的湯品,質感黏稠,帶點酸味。辣子雞$158非常大的第一盤辣子雞,辣子雞沒有想像中辣,雖然有很多辣椒,洋蔥等等,但只是惹味,非常適合初辣者。面譜小籠包$68川菜館也有上海菜的小籠包,小籠包較為厚皮,內裏肉餡肉汁很豐富,一咬爆汁,是多道菜中不辣的一道。 continue reading

位於尖沙咀的Mask,是一間别有風味的川菜館。餐廳以面譜為主題,各處勻設面譜裝飾,風格豪邁,非常特別哦。多年前曾跟媽媽吃過一次,是日跟朋友們光顧,水準依舊哦。二人套餐$420/2位原來Mask已經十三週年,推出的全新二人套餐,非常掋食阿。包括: 三種頭盤,湯品,四個主食,超滿足阿。面譜囗水雞,涼拌土豆絲,怪味拌鴨舌。大學生時期,曾吃過一次囗水雞,一食愛上,這裡的囗水雞辣度剛剛好,雞件沉辣油,撒上黑白芝麻,份外惹味。川味酸辣湯酸辣湯較像碗仔翅,用料超級豐富。面層淋上辣油,拌勻後川味更甚,內有冬菇絲,蝦仁等配料,頗飽足呢。香辣大蝦一碟四隻大蝦子,具氣派且美味。大蝦佈滿調味的醬汁配料,伴以大量辣椒青蔥,微辣刺激,蝦肉厚實,不錯呢。拍蒜炒油墨菜 油墨菜份量頗多,雖菜名沒寫辣椒,但作為川菜館,也有加入少量辣椒調味哦。青泡椒海鮮石窩炒飯 不管吃多少的肉和菜,最後還是要有米飯,才會有飽足感。石鍋超級熱辣辣,不小心用手撞到,即時起水泡,好痛阿。米飯呈金黃色,雖沒加入雞蛋翻炒,但有蝦仁和魷魚等海鮮伴味,清爽美味,米飯乾爽,粒粒分明,若放久一點才吃的話,米飯水份被抽乾,變成米通的囗感哦。拔絲香蕉 $98每逢到中菜館最愛的甜品,就是鍋貼,湯圓和拔絲水果。經理推介我們吃拔絲香蕉,我們當然要一試。沒想到這裏的拔絲香蕉是用忌廉梳打造成,非常有趣,服務員經過三分鐘嘅製作,在我們面前把拔絲,弄得漂漂亮亮,值得大大加分。焦糖脆皮脆而不硬,甜而不漏,香蕉軟糯無比,非常好吃哦。 continue reading

今日同咗一個好耐冇見嘅朋友約會,佢好少見我架,因為佢非常繁忙,難得佢叫到我,今日幾忙都要出嚟見一見佢啦。平時佢淨係鍾意食日本菜,估唔到佢今次都約我嘅,竟然係去食川菜,真係有啲估佢唔到。到咗餐廳先知道點解佢會叫我嚟,原來係面嗰13週年,好多碟頭盤都係13蚊,13蚊小碟實在令人非常驚訝,我哋當然亦都試咗唔少。清酒芥末蓮藕粒$13其實前菜已經有蓮藕粒,不過我真係幾鍾意食蓮藕,而且見到係有芥末,有啲日本感覺,當然要試試佢。蓮藕好爽,用左清酒同芥末,少少攻鼻,感覺好清爽。椒麻一囗豆腐$13雖然今次冇飲酒,但係其實,$13小碟嘅菜好適合送酒架,一口豆腐炸到好乾身,口感好脆,配埋啲椒麻,配飯都一流。白灼豬爽肉$13呢道菜係經理推介嘅,豬爽肉果然好爽喎,下面仲有啲芽菜,浸住辣汁,辣辣地又幾開胃。小蔥翁$58個名幾得意嘅小蔥翁,其實係一個用好多層皮夾住香蔥既小點心,聽上台嗰陣時,好大陣蔥香,雖然油份好高,但我覺得幾好食,佢同面時既蔥,有啲唔同,好特別架。面譜小籠包$68好耐冇食小籠包,就叫返個食下啦,呢度嘅小籠包接位幾多,入面好多汁架,可惜就厚左少少,不過都幾好食。 continue reading

網上見裝修不錯,相約朋友食飯 ,地方寬闊,燈光暗暗地,吹水好地方 水煮魚- 味道剛剛好,只係份量少d😅,薯粉好滑,魚片都好滑,如果魚片同芽菜再多d會更好 醉雞- 唔夠入味, 雞不夠滑,有点失色 麻辣海蜇頭- 好味,味道搞得好好,份量少d 麻婆豆腐- 送飯一流,斤味又係做得好好石頭鍋啫啫A菜 - 上菜時已經好香秋葵- 嫩口整體上,麻辣味道真係做得好好,出面好多地方都做得麻麻,一係偏鹹 ,一係偏辣,但依度做得好適中,地方好坐 ,不會太嘈,價錢合理,值得再去 continue reading

同朋友O係尖沙咀hea住等朋友, 想搵間就腳D既餐廳,面譜真係個好選擇, 尖東站J出口一出行少少就會見到.入面D燈光好有情調餐廳入面有好多唔同既面譜, 餐具上面都印有面譜圖案, 好match with theme~野食好多選擇, 真係唔知點order~(錯重點, 本menu好型仔!)仲有素食menu, 食素既朋友又多D選擇喇! 加分加分!埋到位會有D前菜, 醃製小食同花生.花生都有名堂, 叫怪味花生, 甜甜地少少辣, 好得意!面譜小籠包, 皮薄餡靚, 好多湯汁香煎辣椒薄餅, 好香口. 一開始食唔覺得辣, 之後先滲D辣味出黎口水雞脾菇, 個口水汁好正! 推介推介!!素脆鱔, 炸得幾香脆, 同埋個口感好似真係食緊鱔咁.個醬甜甜地, 好食!香煎素鴨片跟烤餅有個簿皮包住食, 加埋D配菜, 口感好豐富.拔絲蕃薯又黎到甜品時間, 呢個真係功夫菜. 餐廳既staff會O係我地面前即席拉絲, O係D燈光下望D糖絲, 係識發光咁, 拉得好纖細.Menu仲有拔絲香蕉同拔絲蘋果可選.虞姬呢杯drinks係有熱情果漿+紅莓汁+橙汁+soda water,  好fresh!呢度D drinks既名都好中國風好有詩意!仲有cocktail tim~唔覺唔覺原來大部分野食都係素食. 雖然唔係green monday, 但間唔時go green下都好既, 難得呢度有素食menu, 而且選擇仲好多, 值得一試! continue reading
