同一個鍾意relax嘅老細開會佢一定會揀一個有outdoor 嘅地方今次佢就帶咗我去尖沙咀呢一間喺鐵路站附近嘅川菜店試一試啦店員好體貼知道我哋坐出邊會熱所以專登拎左把風扇過嚟俾我哋吹將我哋嘅熱到減到最低令我地越坐越舒服呢度嘅餐具都富有中國色彩飲品好多都用中國特別嘅名稱去改嘅 口水雞嘅份量大大份但我覺得佢嘅醬汁唔夠惹味並緊啲麻 及差緊啲啦但雞健嘅肉質尚算滑溜涼拌土豆絲非常爽口酸辣湯我最喜歡嘅款未到啱啱好酸及辣嘅味道平均可以好清楚咁食出兩者嘅味道超讚而呢個炒肉絲都幾特別我覺得有少少甜甜地在包埋個蛋餅一齊食就另有風味呢一間川菜譜雖然裝修得中國味道濃厚但感覺好時尚成間野都好靚如果唔理食飯都可以來飲番杯happy hour都得一個非常舒適嘅地方值得再嚟 continue reading

呢一間餐廳位於尖東,外面好獨特,好有京川風味。裏面嘅裝修亦都好別緻,有好多面譜掛咗係天花板,感覺好有特色。另外都坐得好舒服。不過呢度嘅食物我就覺得好一般,食評之前話一碟燈影牛肉好味,所以我就試吓。燈影牛肉原來係一塊好似牛肉乾既野加左好想超多超多嘅蜜糖,太痴牙,我唔鍾意。另外都叫咗麻婆豆腐,呢個味道幾好,有京川味,有花椒八角嘅香味。另外都叫咗黑醋松子魚,聽講係京川菜嘅招牌,味道ok. 魚都炸得香脆,不過真係好甜。食完之後就發現原來京川菜注重甜味多過辣味。 continue reading

話說星期五流流,同男朋友仔想撐枱腳,見citi card有優惠,就諗到book尖沙咀面譜川京料理餐廳度試下。先講講我哋食咗啲乜。。。我哋一坐低,就有兩碟餐前小食,個味道都唔差嘅。我哋當晚點左燈影牛肉、蒜泥白肉、小籠包、老干媽魷魚圈、怪味雞、小蔥翁、炸雪糕、同埋拔絲番薯,其實依兩個人嘅份量,簡直見得非常多。不過見到花旗銀行有優惠,又唔小心叫多咗嚟食。大家記住唔好代入呢啲圈套。個人應為當晚嘅highlight係個怪味雞,個雞炸得好香,不過同豪X X冇得比的,你們懂的😏 continue reading

今晚本身唔係諗住食依間ge,係無心插柳之下揀左依間川菜館食,入到去個環境好有格調,完全唔似川菜中式餐館,坐得幾舒服,同埋好近西鐵站跟住,一坐底服務員好有禮貌咁同你打招呼,加上有小食附送(當然係服務費包埋啦)🤣餐具都幾靚之後,我地3個人叫左3款食物,分別係生菜包(走辣)、小籠包同瑤柱絲蝦仁炒飯,生菜包第一下食落唔錯ge,同埋d菜好完整,不過朋友就覺得偏咸,小籠包就覺得不過不失,唔會話好特別,炒飯會覺得飯身比較硬,但都過得去ge食緊途中,都聽到兩次生日歌,餐廳都係會幫忙出蛋糕,亦見到d職員會拍灑手一齊唱下歌仔咁,感覺都幾開心 continue reading

面譜既意思可能係面具,餐廳入邊嘅裝修連餐具都充滿京川嘅味道。所以吸引好多外籍人士特別唔少南亞睿。餐廳天花掛住唔少嘅大型京劇面具,增加左好多中國嘅色彩。其實依間餐廳其存在一早已經知道,佢嘅隔離就係一間同集團嘅德國餐廳。雖然都係集團式經營嘅餐廳但係佢嘅菜式比起一般京川菜式比較特別。今次兩人份量叫咗一個水煮臭豆腐,烤羊小腿。飲品: Margarita, John Jameson雖然係一間中式的餐廳,佢嘅酒精飲品都沖得有水準。水煮臭豆腐係我一個從來未見過嘅菜式,平時見到臭豆腐從來都唔會主動要求去嘗試,一個半抗拒嘅食品配上鍾情嘅煮法。一上菜聞到嘅只有辣味,以為臭豆腐只係一個配角,當咬開豆腐後專屬臭豆腐嘅味道終於感覺到。就算食到一半臭豆腐嘅皮都冇因為浸得太耐而變淋。 佢最令我欣賞嘅係水煮煮分唔會有過分多既油,而且辣味⋯係非一般嘅辣。水煮入邊起碼超過一半嘅材料都係辣椒,辣嘅感覺係由喉嚨慢慢Sun返出嘴唇,好耐冇食辣有嘴唇震辣既感覺啦。水煮入邊嘅薯粉好滑好有口感,用嘅應該係唔錯既來貨,比起出邊只有硬嘅感覺優勝好多。其實只要一個好味既菜式就可以攞到一個好評 continue reading
