🇭🇰Mashi No Mashi🍜最近食到好好味嘅日本過江龍拉麵必須要推薦俾大家😝暫時喺香港食過最好食嘅拉麵,台灣篇都未寫好,就寫咗先🤣Mashi No Mashi喺香港有2間分店,分別位於中環及灣仔,我當日就去咗中環怡和大廈分店,剛好星期六人流不多,剛好有位唔洗等🤩終極和🐮拉麵 $180和牛即場燒至半熟,口感充滿鮮味😛拉麵質地剛好,柔軟度適中!👍糖心蛋用曉🥚有誠意!湯底採用牛骨淆製而成,無油膩感!加上碎洋蔥,湯底口感有層次👍整個拉麵都配合得剛剛好,令到我呢個唔鍾意食洋蔥嘅人,食哂d洋蔥同飲咗大半碗湯,食哂成碗都唔覺得膩,好食到想同日本店員講o-i-shi😌👍希望@mashinomashi會喺九龍區開分店啦!可以方便九龍區嘅拉麵愛好者都品嚐到咁美味嘅拉麵!🍜 continue reading

和牛丼入面有七八片牛肉,配上可生食嘅雞蛋同埋白飯。牛肉嘅質素唔錯,食起身唔會柴口。但其實份量亦都唔算好多。特制牛和拉麵 🍜我揀嘅唔係辣嘅口味,食落有啲覺得有少少咸。好在個面好有韌道,食起身好爽口。鐘意食辣嘅朋友,可以試下佢哋嗰個地獄辣🔥。收銀員話嗰個辣度超級誇張,我都唔敢挑戰。我個人覺得拉麵比飯好食😋。呢度嘅員工基本都係用英文溝通。而且上菜之前,仲會好主動幫你將食物擺到靚靚嘅造型,呢個服務細節都幾有趣 。 continue reading

今日終於同朋友食到呢個牛肉蛋飯,見到好多朋友之前都有食過,打咭都好靚一流🙈🙈 整體個飯既分量唔算係太多,我都食完之後都唔係太飽🙈🙈 不過要讚既係本身個飯上面加咗好多塊和牛, 每一件嘅質素非常高,食得出本身餐廳嘅原材料食材非常高質🙈🙈 餐廳一個黃色嘅碗,非常有本身餐廳嘅個人風格,顏色亦都非常特別,其實成個牛肉飯嘅present都非常特別,整體其實我覺得成碗飯都幾好食🙈🙈 除咗價錢係有少少貴之外,不過我覺得都值得一試,如果飯嘅份量多番少少就更加完美🙈🙈 continue reading

身為WagyuMafia的副線拉麵店以更親民的價格吃到優秀品質的和牛本人就是牛肉+沾麵的愛好者 一定要來嚐嚐這碗誘人的沾麵這次來到basehall分店吃 雖然沒有手捧拉麵打卡服務但至少不需要排隊 位置更寬敞舒服🤫沾麵的基地有點偏洋蔥壽喜燒的感覺湯底走的是濃郁路線 裡面也有一些洋蔥和牛肉塊麵條是我喜歡的口感 很有嚼勁 也很掛湯和牛本🐂也是很優秀的!半熟狀態讓整片和牛軟軟嫩嫩的大讚他們家的高麗菜!有先過冷水 所以很輕甜爽脆🫶🏻▻ Tokusei Wagyu Tsukemen ($165) continue reading
