被精緻的印度食物照片吸引了,餐廳又有不少素食選擇,可在此來個Green Monday!而且透過openrice訂枱有全單7折優惠 入座時說用openrice 訂枱的,印度侍應一直搖手搖頭😅……午餐難道只做自助餐吧🤔他好像想說$110還要7折嗎🤣其實我們是想吃單點菜式,但見自助吧上供應的食物也不錯,有素有葷,所以就了吃自助餐😆 趟坐下,先為我們上一客原味Naan,餅邊做得脆脆的,好吃😋之後再上一客黑松露Naan,黑松露不多,所以味道不大出,而且做成餅身較軟,反不夠原味可口自助吧有兩盆新鮮沙律菜和幾碗醬汁供應試了綠色的,是薄荷味、橙色的,嘩!超級酸醬來😖素吃有4大盆,小吃有烤雜菜和天多利烤薯仔,咖喱有馬鈴薯青豆咖喱和奶油乳酪咖喱,4款食物味道都不錯,咖喱吃時不辣,但有少許事後辣勁,不錯但最愛吃口感似豆腐的奶油乳酪咖喱和後期補上的圓餅烤雜菜😋葷類有天多利烤雞、雞翼、咖喱雞肉和咖喱羊肉,朋友最愛吃咖哩羊肉,他說羊肉入味、酥軟,有水準主食還有印度薑黃飯和印式雜菜湯甜品是豆腐乳酪湯丸,這個真的太太太甜了😖總結來說,每位$110連10%服務費,真的物起所值 continue reading

Authentic Indian cuisine, nice deco, friendly and attentive service, we're so happy to pick this restaurant to celebrate our 17th Anniversary. Good varieties of curries on buffet table, love the butter chicken, fried fish fillets, tandoori chicken.....very juicy and tender, my favorite garlic naan bread, hot and crispy served to our table, very reasonable price with outstanding food quality. 隔一段時間就會同朋友去食下印度野尖沙咀呢帶都有唔少印度野餐廳今次試新野試下位於金馬倫道呢頭的新派印度餐廳MASALA HUT & CAFEmenu上選擇都幾多元化素食的朋友黎到都唔需要擔心Palak Paneer芝士菠菜咖喱 食落香料味都ok重茅屋芝士個size都算幾大粒 仲要係自家製食落口感溫和帶有少少煙韌感配合埋菠菜泥的咖喱成個配搭幾有層次Punjabi Kukkad Makhanwala牛油雞雞肉一d都唔會好鞋身 食落啖啖肉用蕃茄作為醬汁的主調食落又香又濃 蕃茄本身自帶的酸 中和左膩的感覺無論係配飯定係配印度薄餅都是很match的Truffle naan黑松露醬作點綴 食落超香不過呢款naan就唔太適合配咖喱因為咖喱的濃會蓋過左松露的香Garlic naan有牛油的naan食落口感超鬆軟再加埋香草同蒜蓉作調味超香啊Prawn Biryani大蝦香料飯唔好講笑 飯食落的香料味係比起咖喱既重超級多 可以話都幾重手我覺得食落都帶返幾分辣度 (唔食得辣的我)但係辣得黎 又會令人有種上癒的感覺外加印度香米夠哂爽口呢個飯夠哂足料 Mango Lassi食親印度野必點飲品口感幼滑 果香味濃解辣必備見到呢度有搞lunch buffet價錢都幾相宜打算下次再黎搓下 continue reading

一直都好鍾意食印度菜,但係好難搵到朋友陪我食。 難得搵到朋友就上網搵咗間睇落唔錯嘅印度餐廳食。我地先叫咗d前菜食下。其實都要d時間睇下餐牌,因為睇完菜名都唔知係咩,好彩每個菜名下都有少少英文介紹有咩食材。Dahi Golgappe 好得意嘅前菜,佢係一個炸嘅空心麵團,入面係滿滿嘅醬汁,酸酸辣辣,一食落好似飲緊湯咁,入面仲有少少薯仔蓉咁。重口味嘅人應該會鍾意食。可能因為有薄荷青醬嘅關係,食落其實又唔會好滯。好有特色!Tawa Fish呢個魚整得好好食,雖然外面睇落係有少少燶,但食落入面係好滑,魚肉白雪雪,仲有少少濕潤,一d都唔乾。配埋橙綠色嘅青醬同埋辣醬,感覺好開胃。去到主菜,由雞、牛、羊、去到魚蝦,肉類嘅種類多到令人選擇困難症發作。最後睇咗OpenRice推介叫咗一個Punjabi Kukkad Makhanwala。 超!好!食!其實佢係類似butter chicken, 冇諗過會咁好食,朋友食到唔停口。佢個汁一啲都唔辣,好creamy, 蕃茄嘅鮮味令到佢食落好開胃,好啱送薄餅。個雞肉又係好滑,呢一個餸係令到我哋會想再encore依間餐廳。另一個主菜點咗Nalli Nihari佢落咗成條羊骨喺入面,肉質嫩滑,羊肉味唔算好重,個燴汁亦都係用咗好多香料,味道濃郁。包都有好多選擇。我同朋友比較重口味,就揀咗一啲有味多啲嘅包。Truffle nanButter nan兩款nan都好軟身,新鮮整好熱辣辣。當然truffle nan會比butter nan入味。從來未喺香港食過,用蕃紅花整嘅雪糕,入面落咗啲果仁同埋開心果,一粒粒咁食好易入口好特別。原本以為印度嘅甜品都會太甜, 可能佢都就咗香港人口味,唔會太甜。整體來講係好滿意嘅一餐,會再幫襯。 continue reading

朋友幸運地抽到平安夜演唱會飛,我就成為被邀請一齊睇嘅幸運兒🤭。但要喺大時大節當日預訂餐廳真係一個困難呀~西餐日本餐一早滿座,最後用openrice碌到呢間印度餐廳,難得仲接受網上訂位,即刻㩒左先😆。 餐廳喺金馬倫道樓上鋪,Royal blue嘅主題顏色令我以為自己去錯歐洲餐館,感覺好decent😳。 晚上7點左右,我地係第一檯客,侍應好熱情招待,而且餐廳一直播住聖誕歌,好有氣氛🥳。直到8點左右陸續滿座,入面有一半係印度人,其餘都有唔少香港本地人幫襯。 ❤ Christmas welcome drink($0)店員話呢個係聖誕節送嘅無酒精特飲, 細細杯紅色有氣飲品,加上新鮮薄荷葉,味道甜甜地,真係令人感到驚喜同愉悅呀☺️。 ❤ Dahi Golgappe($68)網上介紹呢個係印度好受歡迎嘅街頭小食,所以就嗌一個試試~ 外層係薄脆波波,波入面大概一半係薯仔,然後有少量洋蔥,其餘空間注滿酸辣醬同乳酪醬汁,一口咬落去首先係香脆酸辣嘅味覺衝擊,然後係薯仔嘅軟綿感覺,係好開胃嘅一款小食。不過食嘅時候要小心,因為好容易爆汁🤣。 ❤ Fried Prawns ($78)一上檯其實睇唔出係蝦,因為醬汁太多😆,但聞到好香嘅蒜蓉味。蝦都幾大隻,外面煎過,肉質彈牙,伴隨蒜蓉粒粒真係有層次又好香口。 ❤ Chicken Koma($128)黃咖喱雞,咖喱只係少辣,容易入口,而且有比較重嘅椰香味,質感亦都較為creamy。雞肉都唔少,雞胸同雞腿部位加埋有4~5件。 ❤ Butter Naan($38)牛油味好重,但係又唔油膩,熱辣辣咁而且外層脆脆地,點咖喱汁食味道好夾。 所以最後嗌多左一份食🤭。 ❤ Tequilla Sunrise($78)幾Fresh同好大杯嘅cocktail,橙味同龍舌蘭酒味都好濃郁,有夏天熱情嘅感覺🍹。下次要試下埋佢嘅特色飲品Mango Lassi先。 Openrice訂座埋單仲有8折,真係好抵,值得再黎😚。 continue reading
