這間日式烏冬店在香港已經有好幾間分店,剛剛進駐在沙田新城市廣場。冷扁冬(中碗)🍜炸蝦餅、海老天婦羅🍤、茄子天婦羅🍆黑咖啡☕️冷烏冬夠煙韌,醬汁鮮甜微冷很掛汁。炸蝦餅很鬆脆,而海老天婦羅🍤好大隻又彈牙,茄子天婦羅🍆外皮香脆內裡軟綿綿。和風蜆肉烏冬(中碗)🍜野菜魷魚🦑、蔬菜天婦羅紅茶花伝—檸檬🍹和風蜆肉烏冬湯底清清甜甜,蜆肉份量很足加上海帶很鮮甜。野菜魷魚🦑很煙韌鮮甜,蔬菜天婦羅卜卜脆。

叫咗依個蜆肉烏冬$53,另外再加咗一個魚肉棒(約$20),蜆肉嘅份量都算係咁雖然有幾粒會咬到啲沙,但係最接受唔到嘅係最基本嘅嘢都做唔到,就係碗嘢完全唔熱只係微微暖咁…另外買嘢嘅時候係流水作業式,自己或者捧啲嘢上盤,然後最後俾錢,但係當中啲炸物完全冇嘢蓋住,如果其中一個客人打個乞嗤就會污染晒,感覺有啲唔衛生,希望店舖更可以改善,另外六點幾去食都要等位,仲要係自己企喺人哋側邊等,個感覺唔係幾好,不過香港地平少少嘅就要接受,始終羊毛出自羊身上……

今日同阿女去食丸龜烏冬,平時好鍾意食烏冬嘅阿女好喜歡這店的炸物同蜆肉烏冬,而且面質十分彈牙。佢哋除咗熱烏冬外仲有冷烏冬選擇。烏冬仲分大碗細碗,價錢大眾化。份量亦多,湯底仲重木魚味。佢哋全自助形式,乾淨非常座位亦多,出面所有乾蔥,薑蓉同天婦羅碎任加的。我地仲見到師傅即製做面過程。感覺十分正宗新鮮,唔怪之得D面質咁有口感👍
