One of the first meals back in Hong Kong and in a new area for my work lunch break you simply can’t go wrong with tomato based beef udon, simple yet satisfying! It’s also a place where you can add a lot of toppings, like tempura and other fried goods, but honestly this (large) bowl of noodles was enough for me, more on the thick soup side so depends what your preference is! continue reading

晏咗食晚飯,夜晚7點半先開始搵食🍴今次想食清淡啲,所以揀咗烏冬。哩間分店好得意,招牌雖然喺商場都幾明顯,但行入去係一條長長走廊,好似行去緊急出口咁😂 行過條走廊先見到入口,門面都係一道窄門,感覺有啲細。餐廳內座位都唔算好多,枱之間隔離都有啲近。屬於自助形式,先喺入口位置揀主食,之後再揀炸物,最後就計數付款💵✨腐皮湯烏冬 (大) $48湯底味道較清淡,唔會太咸,食得出唔係味精湯。腐皮帶點甜味,昆布同鳴門卷正常冇咩特別。烏冬食落腍滑,但缺少咗啲煙韌口感,有點美中不足。✨清湯牛肉烏冬(中) $48烏冬同樣係較腍,唔太煙韌。牛肉咬落好腍,唔會韌,同洋蔥都好入味,味道有啲似吉X家😂✨蕃薯天婦羅 $14外皮唔會太厚,蕃薯都幾夠甜,只係大批量炸好放喺度俾客人夾,難免會好快凍,所以食嗰陣就唔夠熱。✨蟹棒天婦羅 $16溫度已經凍咗,蟹棒咬落一絲絲有口感,炸皮亦夠薄。✨炸蝦餅 $18蝦餅反而有點溫度,未凍得哂😂 咬落都有啲脆脆地,餡料夠多又帶點鮮味👍🏻🔍整體感覺:雖然今次晏咗食飯,但客人都唔少。由落單、選擇同攞食物,再排隊等付款到食完之後自己拎返個盤去回收位置,整個過程都係自助形式,所以冇咩服務可言。至於食物味道同質素都唔錯,價錢唔貴,性價比都算高。 continue reading

烏冬方面有冷的,熱的,拌的供大家選擇🤗 今次嗌咗炭燒雞肉拌烏冬🍜(溫泉蛋🥚+雞肉)烏冬十分彈牙,雞肉份量頗多,但味道一般偏乾,配燒汁帶有微甜,個人認為醬汁太多,嗌少汁會比較好😆整體來講幾好的。性價比高👍🏻值得一試🤤🤤🤤 continue reading

由細食到大的日本烏冬,麵質粗度都適中,配合唔同的湯底,感覺好多選擇!有時唔太餓又可以食中size, 加一兩件炸物份量啱啱好!今次試釜揚烏冬,店員再三提醒湯是清水😅當然知道,是沾汁食嗎~朋友鍾意濃味,點了辣肉碎豚湯烏冬!。每次去到夾炸物嘅時候都有選擇困難症,好多款都想食!但一次食太多炸嘢又會好飽又熱氣,所以千挑萬選揀了炸蝦餅和咖喱薯餅,試啲之前未食過嘅,其實炸番薯都好好食!呢間店嘅炸物真係好新鮮,次次都好脆又冇油益味,蝦餅入邊有一粒粒嘅蝦仁,多層口感,雖然蝦味唔算香濃,但係炸粉好薄,入面嘅調味都適中。咖喱薯餅都好好味有香濃嘅咖喱味外脆內軟,熱辣辣,正!另外仲點左關東煮但係款式太少,只揀了一舊大根,但湯底比其他牛丸染污左,所以味道好奇怪,蘿蔔仲要係苦嘅,可以唔洗試! continue reading

Wanted to have a quick lunch and saw that even though the line was long, it moved quickly. Got the pork bone udon and especially appreciated the complementary ginger and scallions. They are my favourite condiments and i added a lot. In the end i also added some of the crispy tempura bits which added an extra nice crunch to the bowl of udon. The broccoli seems a bit undercooked, but overall it was of great value! continue reading
