經常都會黎幫襯。有地面同一樓舖比較易有位。午餐menu每過一段時間會換一換。都係會有spaghetti/risotto/steak揀。而lunch set包左soup+bread+main+drink。$6x-$1xx不等。算係十分抵食。之前試過佢個牛肉石頭鍋飯味道麻麻。今次都係揀番sirloin steak穩陣啲。除左紅湯。另外會有一個soup of the day白湯揀。白湯日日唔同。非常有誠意。餐包雖然係來貨。不過每次都會整番熱先上枱。今次舊牛整得好高質。medium煎得十分恰到好處。雖然肉味唔太濃。但肉質嫩得黎有啲爽口位。仲可以揀配飯/意粉/薯蓉。餐飲凍飲都唔駛加錢。$128 full set lunch。性價比十分高。 continue reading

今日約咗舊同事食午餐,於是就去我哋嘅老地方”mark one”食。以前我仲喺炮台山返工嘅時候成日都同同事嚟哩間餐廳食,我哋嘅例牌係牛扒,其實餐廳每隔兩個月左右就會換新Menu,不過食材主要都係嗰幾樣,只係通常煮法會有少少唔同,或者醬汁會唔同。今個月原來係炭燒紐西蘭肉眼扒,而是日餐湯係南瓜忌廉湯,我order 左哩個湯同五成熟嘅牛扒,薯菜轉左跟飯。佢哋先上餐湯再上餐包,餐包係有焗過,所以外脆內軟仲有少少熱,而牛油可以自己選擇搽幾多。今日個南瓜忌廉湯同平時飲嘅有少少唔同,我覺得有d甜味,似乎落左甜粟米但係打碎左,好飲!牛扒的確做到五成熟,而且放落口真係食到炭燒嘅味道,之前幫襯過好多次都係order牛扒,次次都保持到水準,永無失手,超讚👍🏻反而今次嚟,覺得個服務差左,除咗因為人手唔夠之外,有個侍應好似唔知自己做乜咁,要收嘅碟又唔收喎,成日掛住睇電話,我地等左兩分鐘先至叫到佢埋單。 continue reading

雖然好耐冇去,值得一讚👍🏻食物水準唔錯,老闆娘亦都好好人😊今晚嘅蠔好新鮮,我哋四個每人order左兩隻。之後我選擇咗香煎鱸魚配檸檬牛油汁同牛肝菌忌廉湯。我朋友就叫咗黑毛豬鞍配龍蝦湯,出乎意料之外非常好味😋,另外炭燒羊架亦都唔錯👍🏻。最好就係我哋自行帶酒冇開瓶費。今晚全場爆滿,最好氣氛亦好澎湃😂😂😂老闆娘同我地有傾有飲,所有人都好開心🥳如果要包場搞Events, 三,五知己開間VIP房食飯亦都係一個好選擇😉 continue reading

2019年2月14日到Mark One 慶祝情人節。職員安排坐在地下樓層對街景位,沒有任何窗簾裝飾,令一心希望有西式氣氛慶祝情人節的我,感覺置身於大排檔之中。因受到對面藍燈招牌影響,會影到成個人好紫色,完全無心機影下去。訂位時職員沒有提出最低消費,去到餐廳點菜時,侍應卻說因情人節關係,每人最低消費$600。情人節套餐$1288,心想2人的話也差不多價錢,就直接點了情人節套餐。一開始的頭盤,湯,小食,公道點說是很正常的。主菜就真的令人非常失望。因男友不吃牛羊,在點菜是特別說明要將其中一道主菜改成豬。第一道主菜來的時候,是一道牛。我們向侍應查詢,說明我們點的是豬不是牛,她卻指住牛扒說是豬肉。我們再向幫我們下單的侍應查詢,她非常有禮貌,說是廚房出錯,會幫我們更換。第2道主菜來了,是金目鯛,賣相非常差,零擺設技巧,魚質非常「鞋口」,基本上唔覺得食緊魚。食香味皆無。等了一會,豬的主菜終於來了,很驚訝,一切下去,入面還未熟,是生豬肉,還有少許血水滲出來。我們立刻向侍應(不是下單那位)反映,她好像若無其事似的,施施然收回碟未熟的豬肉。再等,第三次上碟,只是用同一塊豬再煎,這次是熟了,因為直接翻煮,整塊豬直頭變焦黑!連配菜都有一陣陣怪味食食下突然上甜品,餐單上的曲奇雪糕,在冇通知下變成了朱古力雪糕。那份士多啤梨慕絲好難食,心太軟其實是「心太硬」,沒有流心效果,比雪芳蛋糕還要差。$1288未加一,感覺很對不起我的情人,因為是我提議來慶祝,我之前都未食過MarkOne,仲諗住開開心心一齊食。可惜,無論是環境,氣氛,食物質素都配不上這個價錢。 continue reading
