Happy Friday! 每天上班營營役役,到了星期五,又是相約知己朋友到處覓食的日子。Mark One,位於木星街,一共有兩層。下層樓底較高,一樓的像私房菜的格局,並設有兩間VIP房,每間VIP房約能容納十多人。甫進入餐廳,一位女服務生笑臉迎人安排座位給我們。今晚招呼我們的男女服務生,兩位都親切殷勤有禮,細心介紹餐牌上的菜色。蒜蓉包蒜蓉味十分濃郁,又香又脆Laroche Chablis 2015Dry, relatively thin, nice Fruity Aroma with a taste of Apple and lemonade, great pair with fatty tuna and salmon 生蠔 總體來說三隻生蠔也非常鮮甜,蠔邊亦開得乾淨整齊,我也喜歡這裡簡約的presentation。可見小心機。Majestic: 肥美,帶子位極甜,口感細膩La Reine :蠔味濃,帶子為爽甜Gillardeau:海水味和鹹甜適中,有果仁味,長餘韻Scampi深海小龍蝦:整餐飯的美中不足,蝦肉鮮甜,但蝦頭有沙。Salmon belly , Tuna belly , Scallop : 所有海鮮均新鮮,但沒有太大驚喜象拔蚌仔朋友很喜歡這個用冬蔭公湯煮法的象拔蚌仔,鮮甜湯汁味道配合得很好。香芒蟹子沙律凱撒沙律賣相不俗,清新,菜也新鮮爽脆意大利雜菜湯牛肝菌忌廉湯烤燒西班牙黑毛豬配西梅蜜糖汁七成熟肉質細嫩富彈性,看起來呈粉紅色,看起來像牛肉。服務員建議七成熟,建議得很好!爽脆多肉汁,大滿足!燒美國頂級無骨牛小排配燒汁火候控制得適宜,肉質香濃富口感,肉汁豐富,上品。好立克布甸配柑仔有創意,好立克味非常濃厚,好吃,但有一點搶喉,配上柑仔剛好舒緩一下心太軟配雪糕心太軟甜度適中,內裏多一點鬆軟蛋糕的味道會更好,如朱古力內有榛子更滿足。這餐飯給我驚喜,而且很滿足!下次期待再來品嚐其他菜式。 continue reading

天后Mark One我多數夜晚去,下午真係好少去。近排見D食評咁極端,竟然挑起左我嘅好奇心,趁今日放假,加上人一世物一世,一於試下成舊水嘅lunch先。今時今日,D老闆一定話“收你一舊水,俾埋條命你好唔好?!”作為消費者,你俾我又唔拘,不過最起碼你俾個heart出嚟先啦!講返食物,湯~正常,飲完冇口渴;麭~熱甜餐麭;主菜~牛扒medium(一舊水lunch牛扒唔敢食咁生),唔錯!起碼食到應有嘅牛肉味而唔係個汁嘅味道,而且份量唔細。朋友個鷄肉菠菜意大利飯亦都話好味;甜品~今日係桂花糕,ok噃;餐飲~凍檸茶唔洗加三蚊。總括來講,大概一舊水(冇加一)我覺得物有所值,而且睇得出佢地有心改進(個麭同甜品睇到佢地反應幾快,食評嘅功勞也)!收你一舊水,冇俾埋條命你,俾個心你都收貨啦。不過我都係鐘意夜晚去,多D野揀吖嘛!(唔好意思冇相睇,兩個佬食飯仲要映相,太異相啦!) continue reading

平時去 Mark One 多數都係食晚餐,午餐都真係第一次。今次一行五人嚟到,每個人都咁啱叫咗唔同主菜。未上主菜之前,當然係先食蒜蓉包。呢度既蒜蓉包無論係晚餐定午餐,都係即叫即焗即上,又香又脆口。真係怕熱氣都要食多一兩舊!我點既主菜係炭燒紐西蘭肉眼扒伴黑椒汁。出面食扒最怕生熟程度控制得差,特別係午餐時間。呢度就完全冇呢個問題。叫咗三成熟,一切開就見到生熟程度啱啱好,食得出成塊扒既溫度都好平均。陣陣既炭燒味令到個肉眼扒增添一份新鮮感。食完牛扒,當然要食番啲甜品中和下。甜品拼盤有紅豆芝麻、芒果粟子同桃卷。個人就最鍾意紅豆芝麻。芝麻既香伴著紅豆既甜,呢個配搭非常之好,極力推介。整個午餐可謂令人非常滿意。美中不足就係午餐食得有啲趕,唔可以慢慢細味。唯有等下次再試! continue reading
