This restaurant was always close whenever I pass by and finally opened! I immediately went in. Remember if you see the crowds outside, just keep walking in, there's quite a lot of seats at the end if eating noodle. We ordered Wan Ton with thick noodle and pork skin, squid and veggies thick rice noodle. There were 4 big wan tons. Each wan ton contained 2 shrimps surprisingly. Wrapping was thin. It was pretty nice. Thick noodle was cooked al dante. Really a surprise. Pork skin was alright while squid was cooked just right. Not rubbery at all but very flavourful. Absorbed the soup. And they did marinate. Overall, not bad.

民益麵家套餐 $40雙餸麵 熱央 超級抵食，但要吾嫌地方淺窄、有啲污糟、所謂冷氣只係風機。Actually i felt ok at all !正所謂食完就撇，幾草野仲想點，味道ok ，足料兩餸蝦和豬肉餡云吞，大粒有質感，吃到爽口蝦肉，not bad 。蘿蔔炆得好入味可惜有渣；幼麵爽口彈牙。熱鴛鴦，茶啡味也薄弱，有啲似用三合一沖出嚟嘅味道，但溫度足，加幾蚊就有杯仲想點！

有時間遠離繁忙市區到赤柱走走～又可以去行下再搵下野食～今次同大家去一間係赤柱多年粉麵店搵食～又可以同大家分享下😎牛腩雲吞河湯底色澤濃～飲落夠味夠清同時味精唔重～唔錯唔錯😍牛腩略為切得散無咩根咬落唔痴牙幾好🤤魚蛋好彈牙·魚香味有不過唔出～好食既👍用上幼身河粉·爽口彈牙亦唔會太淋·唔係一夾就散個款蠔油生菜～炸魚皮魚皮掂👍薄身好鬆脆·唔會炸到痴埋一舊又硬咁～超正🥳🥳碟菜個蠔油汁唔會係好咸咁種生菜唔小亦幾大塊新鮮爽口—————————————————☻非專業食評·純個人口味☻都唔係好差～亦相信係赤柱做到咁多年既原因～環境麻麻但野食ok👍👍有機會黎赤柱又想食粉麵小編推介大家去😎

thats very old restaurant in Stanley.its really hard to find unless u see it poster at the flowest.food are normal but the environment is really bad. there is strong smell when u step in the area. perhaps the shop is located in the middle of the market and lacks of ventilation. the fan blows inward isnot the fresh air. tables are not clean, floor are dirt and wets. really turn down our appetite even thi the foods are ok.we ordered stirred noodle:taste is good, little sweet sauce. beef is soft and juicy, the beef tendon is melting in your mouth which is above my expected. should be a high quality of noodle.curried mixed with fishballs and pork skin and white carrot:curry sauce isnt strong enuf and not enough spicy. carrot is not brined enuf time in curry. and pork skin as well.if u can withstand the strong rotten smell, im advising you to go, if not, please dont get in.

又到咗練習龍舟嘅日子，是日為咗有咪錶位泊車，所以比原定時間早咗個半鐘頭入赤柱等位。由於時間比較早嘅關係，好幸運地一去到就有位。所以有充嘅時間食埋個早餐先。去到喺赤柱大行行咗一圈，原來有D餐廳都未開，近近地就求求其其搵咗間食車仔麵嘅黎醫肚。叫咗碗牛腩麵再加魷魚同埋雲吞，加餸嘅價錢都幾抵，另外再叫咗杯凍檸茶等咗一陣先上杯凍檸茶，一黎到見到有D深色野喺杯茶到飄吓飄吓，望真D原來係兩粒蔥花，我碗麵記得叫走蔥，原來檸茶唔記得叫佢走蔥添！隔咗一陣碗麵都黎到，個賣相就一般，牛腩幾淋，魷魚幾爽口，雲吞就無咩特別。總括，如果唔介意去大排檔嘅人，都OK嘅。埋單$60
