點咗個餐,杯熱檸水檸檬唔新鮮無檸檬味都算啦,仲苦過飲苦茶,麻煩個侍應幫我換過杯,個侍應就鬧人,又話下次諗清楚先落單呀,又話個個係咁落完單又轉唔得掂呀,又拉開個櫃桶話呢度大把糖,叫我自己落到夠,come on , 點解我要轉呀?如果我要為咗你嗰一杯唔新鮮嘅檸檬落糖嘅話,恐怕唔知要落幾多包,或者不如我直接飲白砂糖加水啦 ! 我嚟食早餐,唔係嚟俾人鬧囉唔該 !

冰室愈開愈多就通菜街已頭尾數間冰室茶餐廳一直覺得餐廳要選好吃的必定以常餐為準好吃的常餐 要有美味煎蛋一碗沒有坑紋的懷舊湯底通粉牛也好火腿也好加上熱騰騰新鮮的牛油厚多士鬆軟之餘要脆口 透出牛油香味要做得到 要數是小時常吃的三盞燈再來華星也還好 但民華的薑牛通卻是令人念念不忘常餐之選薑的味道是不可或缺的牛是有點嚡 但湯底打救湯是會喝去半碗的有點心也有菠蘿油也有盅飯香港人真的很貪心 但我喜歡每樣也試一點也只有在香港茶餐廳才不會被人詬病吧菠蘿油作結又是美好一天

作為常餐熱愛者,由華星食到新康年再黎近日常去的民華餐廳。無論幾點都可以食到常餐,而且配搭豐富,不會悶。話雖如此,但我每天都是點同一樣組合。鮮茄火腿米粉+餐肉炒蛋+牛油多士+凍檸茶鮮茄湯底茄膏比例多,加上鮮茄蓉,稍為偏酸。火腿份量多,滿足。炒蛋質素中上,份量不算多,但完全做到半熟效果,蛋香又滑溜。牛油多士每次牛油份量適中,麵包烘得好平均,而且很脆。凍檸茶就一般般,檸檬有4片合格。但沒有茶香,而且過甜。埋單:$46 一般價錢,但質素俾足。

一心見到推介寫食西多,而且仲有傳統點心食,就滿心歡喜黎試黎到民華,當然要叫常餐試下啦,叫左個茄牛通,配多士同腸仔炒蛋,茄牛通同一般既唔同,唔係一味得茄膏,有新鮮蕃茄,牛肉亦都唔韌,多士好厚身,炒蛋亦都炒得好滑,質素比一般常餐高,絕不hea底之後點左份懷舊點心- 鵪鶉蛋燒賣,同一般舊式酒樓味道差唔多,無特別大驚喜接住落黎就係重點啦! 西多士! 依度比較特別,唔係配糖漿,而係配煉奶,多士非常厚身,炸粉一d都唔厚,切開後,可以清晰見到西多士分3層,上下為炸既表面,中間係比較淋身既方包,外脆內軟,配合埋一大塊牛油係西多左上面,邪惡至極點😈由於份量較大,一個人未必食得晒,建議二人share無咁heavy

之後點左份懷舊點心- 鵪鶉蛋燒賣,同一般舊式酒樓味道差唔多,無特別大驚喜

接住落黎就係重點啦! 西多士! 依度比較特別,唔係配糖漿,而係配煉奶,多士非常厚身,炸粉一d都唔厚,切開後,可以清晰見到西多士分3層,上下為炸既表面,中間係比較淋身既方包,外脆內軟,配合埋一大塊牛油係西多左上面,邪惡至極點😈由於份量較大,一個人未必食得晒,建議二人share無咁heavy

是日胃口麻麻, 想食D開胃D嘅野~又想食常餐~ 所以決定去民華餐廳食茄牛通~常餐($43) 叫左茄牛通, 腸仔炒蛋配多士~ 田走(姐係阿華田走糖加煉奶), 咁樣飲會滑D嫁!~腸仔好食, 但應該係白烚的~ 冇煎炸過嘅~炒蛋好味! 滑, 又香蛋味!我中意放係多士上面一齊食, 牛油多士香脆, 配左炒蛋嘅香滑, 冇得頂!不過如果有人唔中意咁食, 我見佢可以加$2要多隻醬, 姐係可以加果占/花生醬/煉奶~蕃茄牛肉通粉個蕃茄湯! 真心濃湯來! 完全濃到係實色, 冇半點透明嫁!真係勁蕃茄!!!  而且入面都真係有一舊舊嘅蕃茄肉!牛肉, 我諗有5-6舊~ 好食! 係新鮮牛肉來! 冇用粉"也母"過!

腸仔好食, 但應該係白烚的~ 冇煎炸過嘅~
炒蛋好味! 滑, 又香蛋味!
我中意放係多士上面一齊食, 牛油多士香脆, 配左炒蛋嘅香滑, 冇得頂!

不過如果有人唔中意咁食, 我見佢可以加$2要多隻醬, 姐係可以加果占/花生醬/煉奶~

蕃茄牛肉通粉


個蕃茄湯! 真心濃湯來! 完全濃到係實色, 冇半點透明嫁!
真係勁蕃茄!!!  而且入面都真係有一舊舊嘅蕃茄肉!
牛肉, 我諗有5-6舊~ 好食! 係新鮮牛肉來! 冇用粉"也母"過!

位置:3/ 5餐廳位於旺角通菜街位置黎講都幾好行 大家睇完衫 行完街 可以過黎整個下午茶環境:4 / 5餐廳好多位 外面望落好細但入面係似一間有條理 整齊既茶餐廳落單已經進化到用tablet 落味道:4.5 / 5入得黎10個有9個客都係食一樣野就係蕃茄湯底既通粉我就叫左火腿通 個湯底好有味好開胃 而且好多通粉 最後我飲哂個湯了再黎多士 炒蛋 個炒蛋應該係我目前覺得最好食雞蛋 好滑 好甜 價錢:4.5 / 5價錢方面 我覺得同其他餐廳差唔多唔會話好貴
