To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去過一次,服務員嘅態度都係一半一半,不但沒有招呼,點左菜上咗之後,叫菜要等好耐,問佢有乜嘢好食,佢叫你自己睇餐牌啦,叫白飯,竟然睇住佢將啲冷飯放入微波爐度叮翻熱,真係接受唔到!連咁低成本嘅兩碗白米飯都求求其其,稍為有要求嘅人都千祈唔好去,我搬咗入嚟錦屏街4年,係初初幫襯過一次之後都唔敢再返轉頭,就算其他鋪頭閂晒門,得返佢一間冇嘢食,我都唔會行入去,佢真係最差嘅一間,仲有一間書局街嘅瓊媽媽,芽菜多個雞,都千祈唔好幫襯 continue reading

因為同事話未試過福建菜,所以特登黎哩間試下。四個人亂咁叫餸,叫左十幾樣食到最後食唔落。最後埋單每人都係百幾蚊,真係好抵食。啲野食又幾好味,特登個五香雞卷,外皮炸到好脆,配埋入面啲馬蹄,食落口感好正,第一推介係哩味送。另外個土芛凍,如果敢食既人都可以試下,食落口好爽。至於其他,其實都唔差既,不過整體都比較重口味,食過一次之後要隔一段時間先可以再試。 continue reading

餐廳附近大把銀行大街好多人,但餐廳位處條街都幾靜下,附近有大家樂中午路經見到食閩南菜好少有,就入去試下唔好預會好好招呼,入去有位就坐低午巿大大碟又唔貴喎,仲包野飲,無加一叫左閩南炒冬粉,有鑊氣,味不咸,幾唔錯最難得係唔鍾意食椰菜的,竟然食晒d 椰菜唔知點先做到~無椰菜的草腥味呢,犀利呀最搞笑入到去講廣東話的,好似變左遊客咁侍應同其他食客唔係講緊普通話唔通係閩南話其實在香港,切切實實咁開餐廳做生意,真係值得支持啦 continue reading

友人想食福建菜,原本想食另一間,但價錢太貴,只好選擇這間小店。店內環境不算太大,剛好有張細枱 大部分食客都似是福建人,像做街坊生意。看看餐牌,有很多是福建菜,價錢合理。我們點了「閩南蟹肉羹」、「雞卷併醋肉」、「香煎蚝仔」及「芥菜炒飯」。平時我們都不太好湯羹的,今次友人興致勃勃地要點閩南蟹肉羹,味道與別不同,清清地,有D碎肉,有口感。雞卷併醋肉,較大塊,不太油,但很香口。這碟香煎蚝仔很特別,同以往的煎蚝餅的口感不同。香口,可送飯 店員推介這款芥菜炒飯,炒飯不油膩,飯粒粒分明,材料豐富,很好味! continue reading

福建炸雞卷同土筍凍,聽就聽得多,香港比較少地方有得食嘅,有一晚行北角發現呢間野,仲要10蚊件土筍凍咁平,就梗係入去試吓。原來佢個形狀成舊砵仔糕咁,又整得幾有喜感,我諗其他地方嘅土筍凍唔係呢個形狀?其實成舊野係冇乜味嘅啫喱黎,靠少少醋黎提味(果然係冷盤吓),啲土筍口感似蜆肉,有好輕微嘅腥味啦,唔算係好食,但都過得去。雞卷真係有啲失望,其實只係肉碎撈馬蹄做餡嘅炸物黎,都足料嘅,不過口感唔豐富,食完會覺得酒樓嘅雞絲炸春卷先至係王道。反而因為想試多樣野,而同雞卷做雙拼嘅炸醋肉係幾特別。佢有啲似上海排骨嘅做法,但上海排骨咸而炸醋肉酸,醋味其實好中和到食炸物嘅膩感,所以食落幾清新。我諗如果可以同上海排骨撈埋黎食就好玩喇。最後嗌多個大路嘅炒粉絲做主食,炒得算有鑊氣,但都係唔夠味,要撈啲豆辦醬先好食,可能呢間野整體都係走清淡路線啦。 continue reading
