其實平時我都真係麻麻地車仔麵,覺得自己係屋企整嘅仲好食,但係上次經過見到咁多人排隊我又試下,雖然後期發現原來呢一間係for遊客,原來隔離仲有勁多分店係可以好優雅咁樣點餐慢慢食,但係就無啦啦排咗隊叫點餐用現金俾錢,難怪啲阿姐咁心急,真係叫遲1秒都搞唔掂🫠其實都好耐無食車仔麵,但印象中都真係麻麻地吸引,但估唔到Lee間車仔麵係超出色,個腩汁湯底超級香甜,而且d麵好爽,每注麵加一匙羹湯底真係人間美味🤤其實叫乜餸都真係無所謂😆 continue reading

這是一家有四間分店的車仔麵,但是四間都是在同一條街,而且幾乎是並肩的存在着!生意實在太好了,即便明明有好幾間分店在一起,有時還是需要在門外排隊等候。文記車仔麵可算是數一數二好吃的車仔麵,雖然價錢也不便宜,還好份量也是給得足夠。 我點了牛肚、酸齋、豬油渣、韭菜餃生麵,另一半點了午餐肉、豬油渣、牛筋粗麵。還加了小食韭菜豬紅大腸和炸韭菜餃。其實兩個人吃這些,已經會非常非常飽。我特別大推豬油渣,每次來都一定要點,豬油渣剛上桌時十分香脆,吃到後面浸到湯裏時,會有一點點變軟,配着麵吃,非常甘香。他給的份量非常多,每次都吃不完。另外午餐肉也很驚人,很大一塊不說,而且還切得超厚,名副其實的厚切午餐肉,完全沒有騙人。當然不能忘記提他的湯底,我們選的是腩汁,沒有再加其他醬料,湯底鹹鹹甜甜的,配著麵十分好吃。他們的小食也很不錯,韭菜沒有渣,豬紅也好吃,豬腸則是彎彎曲曲剪成一段一段的那種,不是一圈一圈的大腸頭,雖然我比較喜歡吃大腸頭,但這個還是入味彈牙不錯吃。本身喜歡吃水餃雲吞類的東西,所以對炸韭菜餃也是無法抗拒,餃子皮略厚,但還是炸得酥脆,一點也不硬,即使很飽我們還是把它吃完了。 很喜歡這裏的車仔麵,總是過一段時間就會很想吃。 continue reading

今日和友人終於食到這間車仔面。在食飯時間,太多人等位。今次我們是中午4點左右去食,不用等位!我點了瑞士汁微辣沙嗲湯底,魚皮、陳皮魚蛋和紫菜!個湯底甜甜地、很濃,是傳統車仔面湯底,好好味!餐廳還提供辣菜舖,不算很辣,亦都好好味!雖然我點微辣,但都算辣!我和友人最後發現個湯底本來是不辣,令到個湯辣是因為辣醬!只要落少一點辣醬,就會冇咁辣,可以自己控制辣度!整體來說,是從拾傳統車仔面的體驗,很好味!喜歡食車仔面的,一定要試下! continue reading
