打邊爐最緊要新鮮大圍文記火鍋出名新鮮,今日網上訂座又有折,一於走去試下先。一行入鋪,原來樓上仲有一層,正都謂打邊爐要食好野,當然要食牛肉🐂什少見到有牛邊抓,一於就試下先!一食落口,就知道牛香肉嫩一間火鍋店,食材新唔新鮮,當然要食埋海鮮🐟🦐🦞,響聆/魚皮原來都即叫即炸桶蠔都好飽滿,田雞都即叫即劏仲有其它食材都未能盡錄我本人打邊爐最要夠精😋總括黎講打邊爐必食我都覺好好味,食材好新鮮,店員都非常細心,收得哩個價錢都好合理埋單平均每人$3xx! continue reading

疫情持續大半年,現時稍為緩和,.限聚令放寬為4人,"火鍋"便成為我倆的不二之選.今次揀選了大圍積信街的文記火鍋,從大圍港鐵站,步行約6分鐘便到達. 鋪面不算很大,坐下後,店員便遞上餐單,供我們選擇.桌面放置了醬料架,給我們自行配搭合適的調味料.我們揀選了"香茜皮蛋鍋"作為湯底,接著店員奉上"前菜",先來的是"手切雪花牛小扒PRIME",牛小扒雪花分佈平均,稍為在湯內拖一拖便可進食,口感不錯.再來的是"爽脆白膳片",膳片新鮮嫩滑.接著是"花雕野生田雞",看見碟子上的田雞尚會跳動,感覺有點殘忍.田雞肉質鮮嫩,味道不錯.緊接的是"蘇格蘭聖子,鮑魚",店員叮囑我們烹調的時間."蘇格蘭聖子"是半分鐘,"鮑魚"則是2至3分鐘."蘇格蘭聖子"彈牙爽口,鮑魚"肉厚肥美.跟著的"雜菜",包含不同款式的蔬菜,解除食肉類的油膩感.最後再渴一杯"竹庶茅根",預先雪凍的杯子,加上冰涼的"竹庶茅根",即時清除火鍋熱氣的感覺.總括來說,食物材料新鮮,質數有水準.店員的招待週到,不時為我們加添火鍋的湯,值得推薦給您們一試. continue reading

今次食飯人數就唔多,因為臨時決定想食火鍋,只有3個人有空閒可以馬上去。坐了一張4人枱,有extra空位放配料,鬆動D仲會舒適一點。我地3個都唔食得太辣,當然唔會點麻辣啦,要咗沙嗲拼番茄薯仔鴛鴦鍋。打邊爐就一定係以海鮮或者牛肉做主角啦,今次主力食牛肉,點咗牛魔王三拼,有齊3款牛肉,新鮮唔韌又唔太肥,牛肉質素唔錯。其他配料中較有印象嘅包括新鮮海蝦、雲吞併水餃、酥炸魚皮。整體都還可以,下次可以再去過,希望冷氣可以再開大D就舒服啦。 continue reading

My family haven’t had hotpot for quite a long while. After discussing with my sister, we decided to go out for dinner and would dine at a nearby hot pot restaurant. We've been to this restaurant and before. Their prices are not too expensive and the quality is quite good.The soup base we ordered was the coconut chicken pot. It’s good as you can drink the soup, eat the chicken and cook the other ingredients with the hot soup. Coconut chicken is one of the soups that I like to drink a lot. I enjoyed 2 bowls of soup before I started the hotpot session.We ordered a plate of beef short rib and it wasn't tough. Shrimp balls and beef balls had good texture and the beef balls got a black pepper taste to it. The cheese sausage was of a good quality brand and the skin was really crispy. Fish skin dumplings, udon and lettuce were normal. continue reading
