和朋友晚飯,揀了MAMTOM這間面向尖沙咀海傍的餐廳,有室外及室內座位。天氣有點熱,選坐室內座位好了。室內裝潢別具風格,餐牌上的食物選項同樣新穎。Shrimp Pomelo Salad (大蝦柚子沙律),酸酸甜甜的柚子肉好大件,蝦肉爽口,特別在於加入了炸椰絲、亞麻子,並用話梅糖汁,而不是一般醋汁,味道令人開胃。還用上炸蔥頭,增加口感及惹味程度。Tom Yum Kung (冬蔭公),微辣的酸辣湯底加入青檸葉,材料還有河蝦、蘑菇及南薑,薑味偏重,反而辣度一般。Wagyu Krawpow (鐵鍋炒和牛),本來以為是以鐵鍋盛載送上,以泰式羅勒、辣椒及黑醬油來炒和牛,牛味香,不會太油膩,惟辣度不太夠,所以惹味程度一般,黑醬油味道帶甜。炒和牛面層鋪上兩隻太陽蛋,戳破蛋黃,牛肉配蛋汁,為之滋味。Mixed Malaysian Satay (雜錦沙嗲)的配搭竟然是牛豬羊,而沒有雞。串燒烤得外層微焦,仍肉嫩多汁,羊肉串微微羶香,好味指數拍得住牛肉串。沙嗲花生醬味道濃郁。伴碟有一堆生青瓜、生洋蔥及菠蘿,就只吃了菠蘿,夠甜!Pho Bu Wagyu (越式和牛湯河),另加$75配Roasted Bone Marrow (烤牛骨髓)。湯底是慢煮24小時的牛肉高湯,湯底清得來而味濃,好香牛味!河粉爽滑帶嚼勁,牛胸腩及西冷牛排夠軟嫩。加上牛骨髓的油脂香,令湯河更美味。Durian Sticky Rice & Coconut Sundae,面層的榴槤及椰子雪糕都好香濃,底下的是煙韌軟糯的糯米飯,配上灑在雪糕上的花生碎,又香又好味。Midnight Desire以Vodka, Prosecco及荔枝調配的cocktail,充滿荔枝香甜,Prosessco帶果香及花香,令酒精味不會太強烈,容易入口。朋友點的Vasilia ($98)是Tequila配熱情果及椰子,微微帶點藥水味。整體的食物味道好吃,店員服務亦不錯,只是地段關係,價格稍稍偏貴。Read More
