海南雞浸得剛剛好,唔會過熟唔會梅柴。個油飯好香,粒粒分味,調味啱啱好,配埋啲豉油辣醬薑茸係一絕。最正係可以拼碗喇沙仔,一次過滿足你兩個願望,雖然去唔到新加坡,都叫可以止止痕喇。喇沙湯好香,椰奶味剛剛好,仲有粒半熟蛋,真心正。

Summary: I think it's ok if you're craving for Malaysian / Singaporean food, but it's not the best. Damage: We (2 persons) ordered 2 dishes and it came up to HKD 160 (SC included) for lunch set. That's inclusive of +HKD3 per head for cold drink. We ordered cold milo and cold tea (sorry forgot to take photo).

Buk Kut Te lunch set comes with fried dough, which is a nice tough but unfortunately the fried dough is very oily (not that bad but also not great). I think the portion is good for the price. It can have more flavour to be honest, and perhaps can add mushroom for nice touch, but ultimately it's really the price that dictate the variety they can have, so not really complaining here.

Hai nan chicken and Lak Sa lunch set is good for variety, but I honestly think that Lak Sa is too strong with lemon grass. The chicken is not too dry even if it's breast meat so that's a good thing. I also like their choices of sauces (sweetish dark soy sauce, vinegary chilli sauce, and garlic oil sauce). On the rice (the chicken broth/oil rice), I think it's a bit too wet for my taste.

Pandan Kaya Toast $28: they got nice toast with different favour. I ordered a set of toast with pannam sauce, it’s really awesome with quite a lot of butter inside haha. Singapore Laksa Blending with Chicken $76: They have a really nice lasha with chicken, the chicken is super soft and juicy (boneless!!!).These 2 are the most recommended!!

試下佢個招牌海南雞飯先,油飯暖暖地,唔會太乾,連唔太食飯既我都食左大半碗。啲雞既份量都好多,不過啲肉唔夠滑,三款醬汁無咩特別,仲有一碗冬瓜湯,清熱☺️

加左$16 一個白胡椒肉骨茶。
我個人喜歡無藥材味既肉骨茶,呢個肉骨茶就勁有新加坡風味,好重胡椒味,勁辣勁爽😍湯飲落去又唔會太油膩,仲有大大條肉骨,啲原粒蒜頭煲到林晒勁香好入味👍🏻(推薦!)

係西灣河第一時間就想起太安樓,但今次想食下其他野就去左海南雞既鋪頭啦,係泰安樓後面坐低食既。個到有set dinner既幾抵,大概八十幾。我同個朋友就分別叫左個海南雞飯,但我個個就係套餐,有個小食馬拉盞通菜。 馬六個海南雞飯係無骨,就甘睇分量充足,切得分明又乾淨。雞肉嫩滑,有小許肥膏幾有雞味,當然跟足傳統有三款醬料薑蓉、辣醬、豉油,辣醬比較特出,比起出面辣d惹味d。至於個湯無咩特別,唔會有強烈既胡椒味。 套餐既馬拉盞通菜有鑊氣,幾大碟適合兩人份量,建議另外一個人叫其他小食。(可惜無影相) 馬來手工拉茶,奶味濃。拉茶同樣也是南洋特色,有小許茶香但比較重奶味,口感順滑。

跟朋友行完山回到西灣河,因為太累了,所以就在附近找東西吃,在openrice上隨便找找到這家吃東南亞菜式的餐廳。那時候還是5點多,餐廳還在下午茶時段,看完餐牌發現挺便宜的,還可以把晚餐一拼解決,就選了這家餐廳了。入座以後,看到有客人點了一個超大的雞腿,馬上吸引了我的目光,所以我趕緊在餐牌上找出來。由於餐牌上有每一份餐點的相片,所以我很快找到出來,這個設計真的是好評 ,所以那個是沙巴燒雞古法秘漿拌摻摻。所以我就馬上點了這個餐,問了店員什麼是摻摻,他說是兩種麵條混合在一起就是了,但我忘了是什麼麵條就是了...當餐點送上來的時候,那個雞腿真的很大, 雞皮還是脆的,感覺不錯!不過雞腿沒什麼味道,而且有點乾,沒什麼肉汁,這個要扣分!麵都拌在一起後,挺惹味,有一點點辣,但濃味人士表示不夠!還差點味道。另外他還有一碗湯送,但不知道用途,是拿來拌麵還是直接喝的...但我就是直接喝的,希望沒錯吧。最後跟餐還有杯飲品, 我選了咸柑桔水,味道還好,咸咸甜甜的。

西灣河太安樓附近都有幾間不錯的東南亞餐廳,今次就試左馬來西亞菜先!摻摻湯底濃郁帶椰汁味,一開始食落不算辣但後勁比較凌厲。餸料款式都幾多,有魚片、蝦仁和肉丸等等,食哂成碗都幾飽肚。米粉口感彈牙有咬口,唔會煮到太腍。朋友則點了肉骨茶套餐配白飯,一碗肉骨茶的份量都幾多,藥材味唔算太重所以比較易入口。豬肉軟腍好易咬開,豆腐卜吸收左湯汁的味道特別好吃。另外再多點了一份馬拉盞炒通菜,炒得不算太油膩,比較健康。
