今日午飯同同事黎試下,訂左10位大部份人試左12貫壽司$278魚生不新鮮,海膽臭,魷魚又咬唔到,極失望冇得自選壽司更加差👎🏻 12樓果間仲好,上次又係同事生日飯試左同左男侍應講件魷魚切得唔好咬唔到,佢話冇魷魚和,係八瓜魚,新鮮架!我地全部人呆左,食左魷魚同八瓜魚都唔識分?有影相架!食物都要催幾次先上,食熱食既同事食曬,食壽司既同事先有得食。間鋪頭唔full然後到叫餐飲,有位同事叫左熱檸茶,然後個男侍應講,我頭先講既都冇熱檸茶,如果我比熱檸茶你,呢到同茶餐廳有咩分別?茶餐廳冇得同呢到比我地呆左,冇咪冇囉,個同事唔記得menu包咩姐,唔使咁講野呀?我地冇出聲喇,由佢自己喺到驕傲,頭先既食物,服物都已經知你咩質素茶餘飯後,同事們討論緊d人去餐廳唔叫野食係到坐,或者叫杯野飲係到傾野。我地成班同事討論好moderate, 都係吹下水個男侍應又再搭汕,仲要企係到發表偉論,都幾分鐘,仲話:我歧視賓妹架,因為成日都係到唔比錢阻住餐廳做生意,好難做架生意!佢講完歧視賓妹,之後就話:你地冇菲律賓人呀可?我地冇出聲,心諗咁講野都得係客人面前?我地唔想知你既意見,唔想我地既午餐比人騷擾,呢間冇下次!!!!唔會推薦任何人去食想食去12樓果間仲好!起碼唔使比侍應打擾! continue reading

我同老公都非常鍾意食日本菜,尤其係廚師發辦 (Omakase) 更加可以睇得出師傅既刀工同餐廳係咪會俾特別同新鮮食材。係我地既結婚週年紀念老公帶左我黎呢度, 我地㨂左中間價錢既餐,大約$1,200 一位,以晚餐黎講價錢絕對不算貴。係咁多款壽司裏面,我最鍾意佢個紫海膽壽司,非常鮮甜。其實自己鍾意紫海膽多個馬糞海膽。另一個驚喜位係鮟康魚干,口感軟棉棉入口即溶。大致上所有菜式都可以用出色黎形容,絕對係值得再幫襯既餐廳。 p.s. 師傅非當細心介紹每款魚生 continue reading

最近天氣又凍又熱非常反覆 搞到個人都好攰好無心情😕 所以前幾日就抽時間去咗銅鑼灣嘅舞鶴食咗我第一次嘅廚師發辦 真心癲覆我對壽司嘅印象!!🤪.下午接近兩點去到餐廳非常爆滿 被安排坐喺bar枱前面 咁就可以近距離睇住師傅手握壽司😛 LunchSet嘅前菜有黑醋沙律、茶碗蒸、蜆肉麵豉湯 特別喜歡個茶碗蒸好多料而且好鮮味👍🏻 .然後就正式開始我嘅第一次壽司馬拉松😂 十二件包括有: 深海池魚、依左目魚、野生油甘魚、吞拿魚拖羅、俄羅斯海膽、吞拿魚、熟成鯛魚、春魚、沙巴魚 仲有三文魚籽軍艦、紫菜配燒特上吞拿魚、一件手卷 仲影漏咗件望落似魷魚嘅鳥貝魚壽司😅 坦白講吞咗落肚之後都唔記得邊件壽司係邊條魚 但感覺師傅好清楚每款魚嘅屬性 有啲要切間紋加醬汁 有啲係配果味 甚至有啲係加酸瓜/薑蓉 第一次食咁多款魚都無覺得有怪味同腥味 反而感覺好新奇滿足😝.最後仲有冷熱烏冬/蕎麥麵 再加飲品同甜品 真係飽到捧住個肚落樓啊! continue reading
