前幾日假期又去開紅磡個邊諗住encore呢間,不過諗諗下都係想試下其他餐廳,所以最終都係冇二訪到😳第一次同朋友去食係幾有驚喜,因為之前都有食過其他日式家庭料理餐廳,但以cp值來說都真係覺得呢間係最好🥰而裡面既裝潢都係偏日系一點🇯🇵比人一種好舒服既感覺~-我最鍾意就係佢個menu可以自由組合,可以隨心係「米」、「主」、「冷」、「溫」到去拼湊出屬於自己既定食🍱-🎈「米」醬油蛋 $22生雞蛋同醬油撈飯成個組合冇得輸,係望到都忍唔住超想食😋如果要挑剔可以加多少少醬油,因為食到最後其實都冇咩味🙈-🎈「主」紅酒汁煮牛肋條 $48好食❤️牛肋條炆到好淋好入味,不過仔細品嘗時略嫌紅酒味唔夠濃~-🎈「主」南蠻炸雞 $42份量幾多,味道就正常發揮,而佢個千島醬再加上少少洋蔥粒係成碟既加分位😌-🎈「主」月見博多地雞團子 $46幾鍾意佢既口感係裡面除左有雞肉外仲食到雞軟骨~而且仲加埋生雞蛋係中間🥳-🎈「冷」醬煮糖漬紅薯🍠 $24其實味道來說幾好的,但真係每食一舊就覺得好乾,乾的程度係有少少黏住喉嚨既感覺!-🎈「冷」松葉蟹薯仔沙律 $24朋友大推好食喔,是好清新既感覺~-🎈「溫」炸蓮藕脆片 $18炸得超香脆同埋勁薄身,呢款係不自然地會令人有一種想繼續食既意欲🤤-🎈「溫」蔥燒牛舌 $32個人幾喜歡食,牛舌燒得好爽口,最欣賞係佢配搭埋蔥粒👍🏻成個感覺好match!-🎈「溫」忌廉蟹肉餅 $26本身鍾意食忌廉既人不要錯過了😍食落忌廉味好濃真心好好食❤️-🔸米気📍紅磡黃埔天地百寶坊(第3期)地下G32號舖 continue reading

呢間日本料理餐廳係黃埔好受歡迎,主打日本家庭料理,長期都會見門口有堆人等緊位,黎開黃埔點都要去試下啦以日系簡約為主調,坐位唔算太多但尚算坐得舒服,呢度係以米+主+冷+溫既自由組合形式落單,鍾意點配搭都得,我非常欣賞米+主+冷+溫醬油蛋+紅酒汁煮牛肋條+帆立貝裙邊海藻沙律+有子醬油煎鴨胸醬油蛋:日本國產米撈埋生雞蛋同醬油,黏黏地帶點煙韌既口感,不期然會越食越多紅酒汁煮牛肋條:牛肋條炆到好淋又入味帆立貝裙邊海藻沙律:成個沙律好有咬口,沙律帶甜味,都幾開胃柚子醬油煎鴨胸:柚子醬原來唔係韓式個隻甜甜酸酸既柚子醬,所以食落係偏咸味,沒有太大驚喜米+主+冷+溫+溫海苔醬+八爪魚沙律+牛肉壽喜燒+牛油醬油煎安格斯牛柳+蔥燒牛舌八爪魚沙律:番茄、青瓜、蘿蔔片、八爪魚粒,味道清新牛肉壽喜燒:有菇、豆腐、蛋 & 牛肉,都幾豐富,好有住家壽喜燒鍋物既味道牛油醬油煎安格斯牛柳:望落似煎得岩岩好,食落係有d韌,可能部位唔算肥所致蔥燒牛舌:好韌,應該overcooked,味道亦都偏淡米+主+冷+溫+溫醬油蛋+牛肉壽喜燒+松葉蟹薯仔沙律+明太子雞翼+ 牛油醬油煎安格斯牛柳松葉蟹薯仔沙律:日式冷盤常見既一球薯仔沙律,加入松葉蟹,一樣咁夾咁好味明太子雞翼:脆得香脆,雞翼個餡都有唔少既明太子甜品米氣雪糕:雪糕帶點煙韌,第一次食雪糕入面係有米粒架,成個雪糕好香米味蜜柑白玉:寒天、白玉、紅豆 & 蜜柑,成個配搭都接棒日式,味道唔太甜款式選擇太多,樣樣都想試,仲要食埋甜品,最後真係飽到一個點,非常滿足既一餐 continue reading

約了小機食飯,揀了黃埔的米気,日本料理餐廳,要主打家庭料理,因為冇得BOOK,人氣店,要等位,攞左籌之後周圍行下都得了,大約等左40分鐘到入座。餐廳裝潢以木系為主調,和風之感,暖色燈光感覺柔和,卡位座位寬敞,坐得舒適,而且靠窗邊,感覺寫意。日式家常菜定食,一汁多菜,餐牌有個建議組合:米+主+冷+溫,不過果刻對冷盤冇愉興趣,係等位時已經有心水食咩,揀左:米+主+溫+甜。月見博多地雞團子及醬油蛋飯必食,牛舌及明太子雞翼,一於大家些牙。以為係茶,其實係水。漬物/味噌湯+醬油蛋飯+月見博多地雞團子+明太子雞翼+米気雪糕,我的。醬油蛋飯+月見博多地雞團子+蔥燒厚切牛舌,小機的。漬物/味噌湯,$8,硬係有埋佢地成日SET先滿足,味道正常。醬油蛋飯,$22,醬油醃製的日本雞蛋,色澤較深質感比較稠密,食落更有蛋香,拌日本米飯食味道值得一讚。月見博多地雞團子,$46,都係有個蛋黃嘅,免治雞肉質尚算嫩,有蛋汁之下口感更滑,不過唔算好惹味。明太子雞翼,$38,雞翼幾惹味,有大量的明太子,味道不俗。蔥燒厚切牛舌,$32,口感比較韌,同唔太有香味,味道一般。米気雪糕,$28,好奇咩味,面層有米粒口感爽脆,雪糕有米香,內裡都有少許米粒,口感煙韌,少甜,值得一試。蜜柑白玉,$30,小機的。食物正常水準,坐得幾舒服。幾時再可出去食晚飯-0- continue reading
