今日我既lunch係呢間個名都幾搞笑既夜功夫餐廳! 早前朋友推介話呢到真係即烤上碟! 好新鮮!我當然係叫佢個招牌烤香飯~我揀左豬頸肉~有D朋友叫左雞扒~可以互相share下 ^^可能因為真係即烤! 等既時間又真係都幾耐~15min以上@@不過食左就覺得係值得既! ~首先當然係食左個開胃沙律先啦~~~估唔到又幾清甜! 幾新鮮!豬頸肉個量都ok~唔算少~烤得好香好好味~完全唔洗點醬都已經覺得好好食!不過最令我驚喜既係佢個飯~ 好有心思~ 唔係齋配碗白飯or 炒飯底就算!個飯好香~油油地既感覺 我估係落左某種調味料焗過~~~ 同佢個即烤豬頸肉一齊食簡直係絕配!!!飲品我揀左凍柑桔青檸!幾大杯 咸咸酸酸既感覺 配即烤豬頸肉飯!爽呀! continue reading

去到筲箕灣唔知食咩好,見到呢間野係行仔到就試一試下。烤肉香飯+烤雞扒 $54個雞扒好正,烤得好脆,味道岩岩好。個飯好香,味道好似海南雞飯啲frd。佢仲有啲配菜有蜜桃同啲菜食下冇咁滯👍👍。菊花茶 跟餐就free佢個啲菊花茶唔同出面,好似係自製,飲落唔會太甜,唔會好假,有種好清新既感覺。配埋知雞飯就好消滯😁。 continue reading

今天吃了雞扒飯,五十四蚊,飯有加炸香了的蒜片,兩舊番茄仔同小量菜,味道不太差。而雞扒有煎香,都合格。而我也幫襯了這家店數次,所以之後發生的服務態度真的令我感到可惜。由於跟友人一起付帳,為減小他們工作量,所以我先代他付,並是要求黑衫男性收銀員給我找零錢給我方便找續給友人。但他約用了半分鐘,還考慮好如何找續給我,於是我好心地跟他說:「你找一張廿蚊紙,其他十蚊就可以了。」但他竟態度惡劣地回覆說:「我地都無散紙,找左比你咁我點呀?」我心底想,你沒有零錢,今天生意不多,問題不在我這兒吧,無論如何也不可以拿客人出氣吧!我來光顧,你說沒有零錢其實都沒大問題,只要態度正確,有什麼事情不可以討論及解決呢,但連最基本服務態度都沒有,我一定不會再光顧這家店! continue reading

太古與筲箕灣之間確實有一段距離,能夠將我從太古召喚過來筲箕灣的美食,絕對有一定水準。小店座位不多,午膳時間需與其他食客搭枱為平常事。同事介紹,這裡的扒類全部都以即叫即烤的形成處理,甚具土風味兼帶炭香,好吧讓我嚐嚐招牌烤肉香飯配烤雞扒。以炭火即席烤好的雞扒已經預先切件,方便食客。外層經炭火烤至微焦,有脆口感。雞肉部分並沒有因炭火處理過而乾身,反而尚帶肉汁,甚有驚喜。香油飯具油香而不膩,米飯粒粒分明,不會有預先做好一大批量冷卻後黏住一團飯球的感覺。季頭工作未算繁重,時間許可下必會再來。 continue reading
