開業咁耐第一次嚟試食, 門面好似好懷舊既茶餐廳FEEL, 被安排坐近玻璃窗既2人枱, 午餐餐牌有六款揀, 價錢偏貴, 最低消費都要$83, 另仲有三款特餐選擇, 但真係好難揀, 最後揀咗2個午餐餐包 - 外層好似焗過咁硬硬地, 裡面就軟熟, 需要有牛油, 可以自己搽上, 但口感麻麻是日沙律- 賣相唔算吸引, 味道還可以, 啲汁係酸酸地, 但落晒碗底, 面層既菜係唔覺有汁是日餐湯 - 忌廉磨菇湯, 普普通通凍檸茶- 一睇茶色就知茶底濃, 檸檬應該唔多新鮮, 第一啖入口已覺得好難飲, 唔知佢地用咩茶沖既檸檬茶, 又唔似係紅茶底串燒牛柳配磨菇飯$88 - 賣相嘩一聲....點解啲牛柳可以黑到咁, 雖然食落去牛柳係軟熟同淋, 但佢既外貌係奇差, 底層飯超多, 加埋啲磨菇, 味道都還可以香煎比目魚配薯蓉及雜菜$128 - 賣相還可以, 但比目魚分量太少, 相比咁既價錢, 不如我去食法國啦, 人地都係分量少, 但人地果啲係食得又睇得, 以一個細食女仔既食量嚟講, 食完仲要係唔飽既總結 : 食物種類唔多又唔吸引, 餐牌係普通茶記既食物, 但中午既午餐餐牌又要西餐廳既食物, 但又唔係有水準, 價錢又唔係平, 好坦白講, 我唔會再幫襯囉! 特別一提, 埋單仲要收加一添 continue reading

呢晚本來想去另一間食西餐,不過睇完menu覺得唔太吸引,所以轉陣來到呢到,曾經Lunch來過都覺得唔錯,我地一同都覺得可以試下晚餐喎!我地2人7點半來到,餐廳尚未爆滿,有位唔使得,不過其實當時都有幾多人架喇,眼見好多人都係揀Dinner Set,但我唔想叫Set想試下其他野,最後我地點了以下食物:① 西班牙蒜片蝦配多士 Garlic Prawns with Toast ($63)② 晚餐E: 肉眼扒拼大蝦配薯條 Surf & Turf (是日餐湯-羅宋湯) + 一杯紅酒 ($178+$35)③ 野菌沙律 Mushroom Salad ($53) Total = $32910% Service Charge Total = $361.9餐包:原來係每位客人都會附送一個,本以為只是叫Set才會有,原來又唔係喎!餐包翻熱左,軟熟,味道同茶餐廳食的一樣嘅。是日餐湯-羅宋湯:湯內有蕃茄、芹菜粒、紅蘿蔔同少許牛肉,入口唔太酸,都幾濃稠,唔錯。紅酒:跟餐加$35有50ml份量,都OK啦!!西班牙蒜片蝦配多士:虎蝦被大量橄欖油同蒜片炒香,雖然只有4隻,不過煮的熟度都幾好,伴碟的多士如果可以脆身返少少,吸橄欖油食就更好喇。肉眼扒拼大蝦配薯條(黑椒汁):我地見到有好多人都係叫扒食喎,友人就叫左呢個,一來到見到個賣相係有少少失望嘅,肉眼扒明顯比鄰座的安格斯牛柳遜色,可幸大蝦煎得十分香口,配菜都唔算十分有味、薯條幼身幾脆口,整體OK啦。野菌沙律:雖然份量唔大,不過野菌份量比蔬菜多,其實都幾飽肚嘅,沙律菜好新新鮮,雞脾菇、香菇、車厘茄同青瓜被沙律汁撈均,微酸幾開胃,好食。 continue reading

一家人聚會通常都會選擇食中餐,第二個選擇可能就係日本菜、韓國嘢等等!但係有時都想食下西餐。尤其是喺接近一啲節日嘅時候,真係好難搵到一間係唔使排隊。當然搵到一間唔係點使排隊,你自己都心中有數啦!環境不錯,唔迫,但D梳化有野咬。食物不過不失,但牛扒失不少。對間食店期望就真係唔好太在意啦!眼見呢間港式西餐,都只想食得飽,大家傾得開心就夠啦!估唔到今次有人等到頸都長先有得食,眼見隔離枱都2轉,而D食物都未到,真係餓到人都癫。今以叫左三個雜扒餐,牛扒分别五成、七成、全熟。但五成熟個餐,等了45分鐘都未到,其他都差不多食完。睇見其他人的雜扒都上枱,我地開始討論及猜測餐廳是做不到五成熟?可能每次過熟就給了别的枱。終於問下侍應,他幫我地問完,就話因為塊扒太熟,所以再整。我們說如整了咁多次都不成功可通知先不用我們等。最後,都來了。(五成熟雜扒,等到了)但這次經歷確是令人覺得很不愉快。 continue reading

工作同居住都係官塘區,所以APM呢間Made In HongKong 成為我平時不趕時間的早餐必然之選,環境舒適感覺亦乾淨,不過停咗一排冇嚟,今次再食番,真係好失望......選了沙嗲豬腩面,跟炒蛋厚多士厚多士得個厚,焗得不脆而且好硬,不過炒蛋仍然出色!沙嗲豬腩面,沙嗲味夠,不過面就好「林」好似煮耐咗拱,但係問題係啲豬腩肉,一陣雪味,除咗雪味,再冇其他味,好似白灼拱,而且偏肥.......四十多元一個早餐,但係水準就......我諗我就真係冇下次順帶一提,侍應服務好好,不過黑色外套個經理定部長,服務就真係.....放啲碟落枱好似拋落枱面拱,埋單找錢就放係枱中人就走咗,呢啲係今時今日佢地的服務態度? continue reading

話說全日都未食野,而且又趕時間,咪求其經過就走入去食個tea la……點知,失敗……徹底失敗~食野~ 🍝🍝🍝1. 雜菌肉醬意粉……基本上賣相正常,一眼望落去就知d餸超級多,後期發現意粉同餸既比例唔太平衡,意粉分量唔算小,但肉醬多左小小lo……結果整體感覺雖然味道ok,但有d....“留” lo,食太多會有d想嘔好味指數:👍👍2. 另外同行朋友點“瑞士雞鎚意粉”,炒蛋,多士,雞鎚得2隻,體型細小,但味道唔錯,意粉湯底正常不過………………😑😑😑😑炒蛋完全冇調味,多士係超級普通,雖然多士上塗滿牛油,但大家唔需要有任何期望,完全唔掂呀(炒蛋,多士)難食指數:👎👎👎👎👎😌😌又貴,又唔好食,點解仲要浪費自己既時間呢?~環境~🏡🏡🏡其實環境係舒服,乾淨既……不過野食真係冇眼睇🙈🙊🙉**佢d碗筷可能基於質料既問題,所以有d位置花左,變左黑色,而且洗唔甩,但俾客人見到,感覺就唔多好lo💙💚💛💜💟如果大家想知多d美食資訊,就快d follow fatdog1234 la😋😋😋 continue reading
