To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去南丫島行山,行到下午兩點,大家又唔想食海鮮,揾咗這食店食午餐。我超級肚餓,叫咗個粟米朱扒飯、凍檸茶。叫我驚喜的是,粟米朱扒飯竟然有埋火腿煎蛋!這個火腿蛋並不是早上賣剩的餸,而係熱辣辣、即叫即製😋雖然鄰近碼頭,午餐價錢也不貴,只需$45!唔想食貴價嘢,可以來一試😄 continue reading

放假同屋企人來南丫島一日遊,天氣熱辣辣,想搵個地方抖下,經過依家酒家就入左去。入面環境都幾舒適,最緊要係冷氣開得夠大。我哋叫左幾碟老闆推介,都幾好味!我最鍾意碟黑椒牛肉,老公同細路鍾意碟辣子雞。另外椒鹽鮮魷同薑蔥炒蟹都幾好味。本身入左去之後睇openrice見到啲差評驚驚地,但係服務同味道比想像中好好多!後尾同老闆傾計,佢話原來佢地兩夫婦係上年年中接手嘅,上一手成日比人投訴,做唔落去,所以接手之後花左好大功夫又裝修又換大廚。下次如果再同屋企人來南丫島,會考慮再來食多次😄 continue reading

早幾日入南丫島玩順便食下海鮮啦,原本book左索罟灣果邊食既,但行完榕樹灣唔想行返過去,結果問當地人介紹呢間餐廳,叫左個薑蔥炒蟹,盛惠$910,我都未食過9百幾蚊兩隻既花蟹囉,見你人少少入黎但係當我地遊客係咁劏,仲有扇貝$60一隻都可以接受,碟炒蜆全部都係沙,碟蒜容蒸蝦正常少少,但都收5百幾蚊一碟,6個餸埋單盛惠$2900,呢間黑.店專劏人既,大家千期咪去,d野又難食,去過一次之後我連南丫島都以後唔會再去 continue reading

今日係復活節假期, 同朋友兩個入左南丫島玩, 去到差唔多6點到就係碼頭附近搵到呢間餐廳醫肚啦~可能時間尚早, 一入去就有枱唔洗等位.我地叫左一碟豉椒炒蜆 ($98), 都算大碟, 蜆肉肥美炒得好入味, 而且唔會好多都係得個殼無肉食,另外我地仲叫左椒鹽瀨尿蝦 (例牌, $180), 個人認為呢個大碟夾抵食! 2個人每人起碼食到7隻, 雖然佢有D係細SIZE, 不過都有好多肉同埋好新鮮! 唔會得個咸字.最後我地叫左個咸魚肉餅煲仔飯 ($89), 佢D咸魚唔係乾箏箏個D, 而係好似新鮮魚咁粉紅色好鮮味! 肉餅好滑, 有好多肉汁, 唔洗落豉油都夠哂味!個煲仔飯好大個, 2個人每人食左4碗 (滿滿的)!最後埋單約$200一位 (加一連茶錢$5位), 比係市區食唔係特別平, 不過覺得D食物係新鮮D~ continue reading
