在黑雨下只可以將原先預訂12:00改為2:00,由於天雨加上唔熟路又要上到蘭桂坊斜坡頂,結果五分鐘前到達舖面分開兩邊,安排入座靠門口之鐵板檯。靚仔師傅頗為健談又風趣首先上檯之開胃前菜(季節漬物三品)用長方形盛器分開三格,忘記了侍應之介紹跟住係(煙燻挪威三文魚有機沙律菜卷)。食材實在新鮮,入口後咀嚼菜卷會聽到聲音味道好非常清爽。再嚟嘅(花膠燉湯)要海帶片,大家都覺得略為咸了,應該可以調較一吓。(極品刺身兩品)鯛魚+澳洲藍生蠔,鯛魚厚身鮮甜魚味重。特別一讚係藍生蠔,大大隻。入口食到淡淡海水味(唔太濃),反而食出蠔本身嘅味道肥美香滑,口腔內滿滿海產嘅鮮味(鐵板海鮮二品)係燒鰻魚+鮑魚,睇住師傅足足用咗差不多廿分鐘煎鰻魚。佢話鰻魚帶厚身但又要做到皮脆肉嫰,只可以花時間慢火煎。鰻魚的確煎得好香脆,可惜魚皮刀叉都切唔斷鮑魚好新鮮,烹調火候剛好。入口肉身帶脆唔韌,份量亦恰當(是日主食)係和牛柳,好厚身大件亦係燒到外脆內軟。入口一咬肉汁流出,容易咬亦有少少咬口,加埋伴碟調味好快清晒(極品壽司三貫)中間嘅和牛好嫰有油香,連帶醋飯非常配搭右邊海膽壽司勁濃味,入口直情感受到口腔滿滿嘅油膩感海膽愛好者一定唔會

(鐵板海鮮二品)係燒鰻魚+鮑魚,睇住師傅足足用咗差不多廿分鐘煎鰻魚。佢話鰻魚帶厚身但又要做到皮脆肉嫰,只可以花時間慢火煎。鰻魚的確煎得好香脆,可惜魚皮刀叉都切唔斷
鮑魚好新鮮,烹調火候剛好。入口肉身帶脆唔韌,份量亦恰當

師傅做法好特別,將蟹膏加入牛油,乾蒜粒,豉油調勻後淋上蟹身。全部蟹都已經剪開晒好容易打開,帶埋手套食得非常乾淨又方便
蟹嘅火候時間亦值得一讚

基於燒板有200幾度高溫先可以鎖住蟹嘅肉汁唔會流出,亦唔同一般酒樓嘅清蒸方法咁樣帶水份。所以食時入口比較乾身,真正時到皇帝蟹柳嘅原汁原味。加埋滿滿淋上嘅蟹膏包住每隻蟹腳,個個都食到讚口不絕。真好食

總括黎講真心唔抵食,經過餐廳回覆,是因為套餐的內容是不可以更改的,我們應該感謝餐廳已經盡力滿足客人,作為一間在中環Omakase 是這樣的食物質素,真是無言以對。選擇餐廳時,除咗想食到喜歡嘅食物,亦都希望感受到服務質素和熱誠。套餐20品的菜式,六點入座,九點幾才離開,中間大部份時間都在等待食物。冷熱盤掉轉上,而且在book枱的時候已經知道我們有一位BB,但把我們安排在門口的位置。

今晚同同事食飯. 一行14人預訂咗嗰個海膽和牛龍蝦套餐 仲加錢每加多一隻瀨尿蝦. 圍起每人$1000 . 已經係冇叫到酒. 但係的確係我有生以來食過最難食嘅一餐. 我只可以話影相用嚟打卡成件事係一流嘅. 但係食落去真係好難食. 我哋成餐飯$14000左右嘅話其實有好多好選擇. 喺一間四星酒店食自助餐都仲得. 首先佢嗰個頭盤當中有醃咗嘅三文魚面珠墩肉. 三碟嘢都有醃製過嘅,但係面珠墩肉係腥個喎. 醃完都仲有浸腥味. 第二道菜. 海膽玉子豆腐三文魚子. 海膽係新鮮嘅 豆腐都OK. 敗筆之處喺啲三文魚子度. 一味死鹹. 鹹死到. 要不停飲水. 其實以呢個鹹度嘅話基本上落四五粒已經好夠. 唔使一個湯羹咁嘅份量俾我嘅. 係好食嘅話一個湯羹梗係冇所謂啦. 最衰唔係呀嘛第三度菜. 三文魚沙律. 佢嘅擺盤擺得好靚. 不過拎出嚟令我覺得咁似IKEA嗰個三文魚沙律卷嘅. 少咗塊皮 第四度菜. 佢話係法國生蠔配海膽同埋三文魚子.. 拿. 拿拿… 三文魚子又係你呀,又係咁多嘅?好鹹喎!搞到個生蠔變得唔好食 . 法國生蠔本身海水味都已經濃. 一個死鹹嘅三文魚子仲有一個濃味嘅海膽,我唔知自己食緊乜第五道菜. 蘭

第五道菜. 蘭王溫泉蛋配海膽. 呢一碟. 冇投訴,因為都係整隻溫泉蛋同埋擺啲海膽上去.


第六道菜. 呢個就係我哋加錢嘅瀨尿蝦. 我唔識講佢係咪新鮮. 我只係話佢嘅肉質比較削. 明明訂之前講到明價錢$100隻. 嚟到佢話$130. 同佢講唔係喎,佢再check吓又去返$100. 唯一我有少少意見既係.. 我唔係食緊鐵板燒咩? 我食緊BBQ咩?鐵板燒唔係應該你同我起埋啲肉出嚟切到一嚿嚿俾我嘅咩?食咗大半個鐘都係凍嘢. 第一碟熱野. 算啦. 實在太肚餓


第七道菜. 主菜終於嚟啦. 龍蝦. 帶子. 鮑魚. 佢話龍蝦同埋帶子鮑魚上面都掃咗一層海膽醬. 佢啲擺盤真係懂得包裝. 但係一食落去就知道係雪藏龍蝦

我未試過食鐵板燒係食雪藏嘢. 同埋龍蝦冇幫我起肉. 咁我終於明點解上面要掃啲海膽醬落去. 因為濃味嘅嘢冚住陣雪藏味. 搞咁多花臣,不如搞好啲食材先啦


第八道菜. 和牛配海膽. 呢個味道終於正常.
不過我有期望以為佢會煮之前問吓我哋每一位食幾多成熟. 最後都係一次過機械式咁做晒出嚟. 是但啦,去到呢個位我已經想快啲食完快啲走

第九道菜. 黑松露炒飯配蟹籽三文魚子. 親眼睇住師傅將炒定咗嘅冷飯再放上鐵板加蔥加熱!
鐵板燒嘅炒飯唔係應該將白飯(冷飯)開始炒嘅咩?粗製濫造到咁呀?炒完之後將滿滿嘅蟹籽鋪上飯面. 再加埋佢兩湯羹嘅死鹹三文魚子. 再加海膽同埋一隻蝦喺上面. 隻蝦都係雪藏嘅. 另外真係要撥開啲三文魚子先至搞得掂. 不過如果可以嘅話其實將啲蟹籽炒埋落去會好啲. 事關啲蟹籽係凍嘅. 個飯食嗰下有啲微凍同埋微暖嘅口感. 記住唔係即由白飯炒. 係純粹喺鐵板上面加熱㗎咋!


第十道菜. 侍應問我哋使唔使落吓格先至上個湯?呢個舉動係溫馨嘅. 但係我哋一致決定唔使啦. 上埋啦,反正都係知咩料㗎啦. 嗱嗱林,你上哂d 菜我哋俾錢走人啊⋯⋯果然嚟到不出所料. 佢話係花膠湯. 但係啲湯稀料料. 我比$60 健康x 房仲開心. 唔講以為係塊嘢係腐皮. 同埋個湯係有出前X丁 味精湯嗰種感覺.


第11度菜. 終於等到甜品雪糕. 應該唔會有問題拿啩!佢柚子雪糕係正常嘅,但係做乜喺上面又放啲海膽呢?其實成晚食咗咁多海膽嗰把口已經好膩. 食返個雪葩定係雪糕係合理嘅.
套餐有gimmick 係好事,但係唔使做得太過分. 如果成餐飯我真係用嚟打卡之用嘅話係冇問題嘅,真係唔好攞嚟擺入口. 仲要講緊$1000一位. 返到屋企,我仲有啲肚餓. 事關每一道菜都係食咗少少,真係好難食.
