呢間餐廳通常每逢大時大節,都會同親戚過嚟食飯。水準次次都保持得非常好,海鮮非常之新鮮生猛,海鮮調味全部都非常滿意。今次母親節大餐一行4人叫咗上湯龍蝦伊麵,酥炸生蠔,椒鹽瀨尿蝦,白灼蝦,蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,豉椒炒蟶子。最鍾意係佢嘅上湯龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦非常新鮮彈牙,大大嚿啖啖肉!酥炸生蠔炸到熱辣辣,好juicy!點埋個篋汁真係一流!豉椒炒蟶子真係好正!好有火候,脹卜卜聖子啖啖肉好新鮮。呢間酒家要行得入啲先至會到,我諗喺入邊食嘅通常都係熟客,總之真係大推!!啲人成日話鯉魚門啲酒家呃遊客,但呢間真係老實唔會呃秤或者換貨俾你! continue reading

三年冇得出去食飯,終於今年公司團年飯可以拉大隊去鯉魚門食海鮮🦞老細book咗龍騰,係一間比較舊式嘅海鮮酒家,室內環境撲實不華,第一印象已經覺得老實唔劏客。墨魚刺身,生鮮爽口,墨魚鬚比較硬所以再加工椒鹽炒,炒過即刻變得爽口(唔記得映相)。牛油蒜蓉焗蝦,極度香口但又唔覺熱氣,連蝦殼蝦頭都食埋。上湯焗龍蝦煎米粉底,每人半隻龍蝦用刀叉食好爽,但估唔到主角係煎米粉,大家爭住encore。一魚兩味:炒球和炆頭腩,炒球食到塊魚皮啖啖骨膠原,個炆頭腩同平時出邊酒樓唔同,炸過再炆,所以有外脆內軟嘅效果,讚👍酥炸生蠔,同事點名要食,炸漿薄身,蠔有蠔味,可以連食3隻都唔覺漏。薑蔥鮑魚煲,一開蓋香噴噴,不過食落味道冇想像中入味,又或者已經食到好飽食慾開始下降。另外叫咗上湯浸菜心和招牌生炒骨,唔記得映相。甜品有脆麻花同木瓜,人均大約$600連海鮮,大滿足🥰 continue reading

今日與好友相聚,同往鯉魚門吃海鮮。這家店是朋友介紹的,水準穩定。餐廳是一貫海鮮飯館的格局,沒有富麗堂皇,就是樸實企理的模樣。椒鹽瀬尿蝦:這瀨尿蝦炒得相當香口,蝦肉剛剛離殼,蝦肉相當鮮甜,肉質爽嫩,又帶鹹香,比斑馬瀨尿蝦好吃得多。豉椒炒蟶子:蟶子啖啖肉,炒得爽口,還有貝類獨有的鮮甜味,配上惹味香口的豉椒,味濃而不過鹹,配白飯一流。鹽水魷魚:這魷魚相當新鮮,只是用簡單的鹽油水,已經吊起了魷魚的鮮味,魷魚肉質柔軟,完全不費勁去咬,不錯。花甲粉絲湯:這花甲有驚喜,估唔到花甲咁鮮甜,有少少清酒煮蜆那一種風味,粉絲索了鮮甜的湯汁,十分滋味,正呀!蒸魚:這蒸魚蒸到剛離骨,火侯剛剛好,魚肉又鮮甜又嫩滑,加上甜豉油的加持,鮮上加鮮。椒絲腐乳通菜:吃晚飯少不了青菜,這通菜帶腐乳的香,帶一點油亮,唔韌無渣,是正常水平。豆腐海鮮湯:呷一口海鮮湯,原來是豆腐魚湯,呈奶白色,湯汁充滿魚味,但又唔腥,有少少大頭菜吊味,十分順喉滋潤。蒸奄仔蟹:一年只有兩倜月吃到奄仔蟹,現在正值時令,蟹膏又多,蟹十分肥美,充滿黃油,蟹膏的甘香加上鮮甜的蟹肉,甘香鮮美,太滋味了,失儀態也要黏手指。最後送上的甜點是夏威夷木瓜,十分香甜,果肉結實。這一天的海鮮晚餐十分豐富,四大一細埋單二千七,約六七百一位,味道相當不錯,今天捧腹而回。 continue reading
