成日都嚟㗎啦不過今次就坐咗係佢個新分店.我幾鍾意佢上菜速度頭,唔會逐碟逐碟食完先上或者一次過上晒嚟其中一樣最吸引我嘅嘢就係佢個鴨絲船河,又平又好味次次我都會飲晒佢啲湯冬陰公OK,偏甜啱香港人口味.自己就鍾意再辣d佢個蒜蓉包係淋身個牛油面係脆嘅我男朋友就好鍾意我自己就errr 我鍾意硬+crispy個姐姐都好Nice會提我地有午市套餐所以我哋帶咗個6咖喱飯👍🏻抵!姐姐好Friendly +有禮貌👍🏻 continue reading

想食泰國菜,驚金寶太多人,所以就行多條街搵隆姐啦,呢間鋪夠光猛,亦都無舊鋪咁窄,坐得係舒服d,但服務就認真一肚氣,我應該唔會再黎...1. 張chair 仲有d餸係度,明顯係執得唔乾淨,咁我就叫佢攞塊紙巾🧻抹抹,侍應居然攞抹枱布去抹,我心諗,你塊布一日都唔知抺過幾多餸頭餸尾,咁油又dirty.坐完我條褲都唔使要啦.....而且抺完成張chair都係濕...點坐呀,我唯有自己用紙巾再抺過. 呢樣野亦令我聯想起佢地嘅衛生方面...2. 叫人落order,侍應A話等陣,點知轉頭又唔記得左走左入去廚房,侍應B同C又一齊執同一張枱,而侍應D就拖地,雖然只得4台客,但都唔使唔理客人做自己野架,基本無侍應聽到你叫落單咁...唯有自己走去佢面前落單...真係笑左.....3. 野食不過不失,炒菜最好味,有鍋氣,海南雞最差,煮太舊肉太老,雞皮又同肉分開左,唔知算唔算係唔新鮮呢 continue reading

沒錯,瓶子細細個就聽過佢個名。食泰國料理,就是人多好辦事。鑑於友人們平日都是吃仙女餐,兩三人吃泰菜,並不過癮。這回集合了五人,大家也是泰菜愛好者。朋友,感情愈深厚,聚會時遲到愈嚴重。先來取位置,點了飲料和青木瓜沙律。原個椰青,很清甜甘香,喝光椰青水後,能吃掉椰子肉。等待,是件漫長的事。忍不住,點了兩客蒜蓉包。蒜蓉包烤得香脆,塗滿牛油及蒜蓉醬,撒上香草提味,咬下香脆爆出蒜蓉香。~~~One eternity later~~~人齊了,能進食了。沙嗲串燒-豬牛雞所提供的沙嗲汁不吝嗇,夠吃六串。雞肉最嫩滑,豬肉最多肉汁,牛肉最入味。小食拼盤-炸魚餅,炸蟹餅,炸春卷上桌時微熱,不會燙口,安心食用。很貼心的剪細份,容易分享。咖哩軟殼蟹原隻軟殼蟹,炸得香脆,黃咖哩汁濃郁,微甜不辣,以蒜蓉包沾著吃最合適。 continue reading

吃泰國菜多光顧隆姐,看到它開了新分店,專程去試一下。等位子有點久,但是服務有點混亂,出現入錯單及漏單的情況,經常上菜食物,連帳單都出錯,這點需要改進一下。但上菜的速度挺快的。【沙爹串燒(豬和雞)】燒得香口,不太油,沙爹汁惹味不辣。【泰式蠔仔煎蛋】至愛這個,吃了起碼一半。蠔仔粒粒飽滿,蛋煎得甘香,蛋味濃郁,厚而不實,軟軟的口感搭配粒粒的蠔仔,超好吃!【泰式生菜包】生菜不算太脆身,裏面的肉碎有點點辣,挺開胃。【泰式炒金邊粉】炒得乾身有鑊氣,蝦肉結實,金邊粉酸酸甜甜的,很容易吃了一大半。【泰式柚子沙律】柚子超多超足料,加上花生的配搭,爽口無比。【泰式鳳爪】超辣,如果不太吃辣的人完全吃不到。鳳爪的口感都挺爽身。 continue reading
