最近在中環蘇豪區有家日料,以懷舊雜誌《龍虎豹》做店名,吸引到不少人前來打卡📸。店舖是酒吧風格,有雜誌裡人物在牆上做裝飾,有吧枱和餐桌用餐。吃著日料享受Cocktails,跟朋友是挺享受的🙈。-▪︎Pornstar HKD$110|Kabuki Mule HKD$125兩杯也是有酒精的雞尾酒,分別用高杯和鐵杯裝著。兩杯飲品味道較清新,酒味不會太重,挺適合女生飲用的☺️。較喜歡 Kabuki Mule,清新得來感覺像飲Mojiti。-▪︎炸明太子粟米粒 HKD$68賣相特別味道挺香的小吃,做到外脆內軟的口感。先吃到微咸的味道,再吃到香辣味,感覺挺惹味的。這個用來拌酒談天很可以😎,還有醬汁拌著中和了油膩感。-▪︎鰻魚牛油果卷 HKD$138長木盤裝挺特別的,面層有惹味的沙律醬。用燒鰻魚、牛油果及玉子製成。鰻魚挺有咬感,牛油果質感軟滑,拌著吃不會感覺邪惡🥰。-▪︎哥斯拉卷 HKD$98賣相有點像炸壽司,這個顏色較吸引😚。用脆炸、三文魚、忌廉芝士及意大利刁草製成。外層微脆內裡軟滑,芝士跟三文魚挺配合的,是個口感豐富的經合。-▪︎火焰三文魚壽司 HKD$58看著廚師製作很治癒,炙燒過程中味道很香。三文魚半熟的質感,感覺較有咬感😚,油脂味挺香的。面層放在調味,感覺微辣挺惹味的。-▪︎火焰左口魚邊 HKD$108這款是刺身,一份有五片,擺盤賣相精緻☺️。炙燒後魚油滲出,肉質嫰滑吃起來挺香口的。面頭放在微辣的蘿蔔蓉,令到刺身較惹味。-▪︎大蔥雞 HKD$48 這款串燒用燒汁調味,所以味道挺香的😆。雞肉肉質煙韌,大蔥口感爽脆。醬汁味道濃郁,咸中帶微甜拌酒挺好😗。- continue reading
