To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Chicken feet and honeycomb tripe is a must order for us and this place combines both of them in one dish. Chicken Feet and Black Pepper Honeycomb Tripe ($42) . This was actually really spicy. Spicier than I had anticipated so be forewarned. The chicken feet was braised for a long time so the skin literally melted away. The tripe was soft and tender.

We ordered a couple of dim sum platters to sample a bit of everything. The Lung Siu Mai Platter ($42) included four different siu mai. From top clockwise: Marinated Quail Egg Siu Mai, Pickled Peppers Siu Mai,  Cuttlefish Siu Mai with Lobster Sauce, Spicy Beef Siu Mai. The marinated quail egg was lightly marinated in soy so it gave it a bit of extraa flavour. The pickled pepper one had a slightly numbing sensation and was like having pickled fish. The cuttlefish was firm and fresh. And the spicy beef had a numbing sensation as well.

The other was the Premium Dim Sum Combo ($62). From top clockwise: Truffle Assorted Fungus Dumpling,  Pea Mash Bun, Pickled Vegetable and Fish Dumpling,  Crab Roe and Spinach Dumpling, Shrimp Dumpling with Bamboo Shoot,  Salted Egg Cuttlefish Siu Mai. The most surprising was the salted egg cuttlefish siu mai. Popping the flag off, it leaked out salted egg sauce. It went well with the filling. The crab roe and spinach was our favourite.

Deep Fried Bun with Pork and Cheese Burger ($46) were adorable. The mantou was crispy. There was a smear of mayo and the cheese was slightly melted. The pork was juicy.

Steamed Rice with Giant Garoupa ($76) was a generous portion. The fish was steamed perfectly and very  fresh. Gai lan, cordeyceps and black fungus was also included.

Steamed Rice Roll with Beef in Teriyaki Sauce ($52) was interesting. Instead of the mince beef we expected in most rice rolls, it was actually a whole slice of tender beef. The wrapping was thin. The sauce provided was super sweet. Obviously the teriyaki.

Creative dim sum using combinations that were not of the norm but truly worked. Price is a bit more than the most all day dim sum restaurants. I liked the dim sum platters so you can sample a bit of everything and especially good if you are dining alone.

今日中午同行三人想去灣仔龍點心; 之前已去過多次,知道除門口㩒飛外,亦可遙距攞位,於是上App排隊。App顯示叫緊6號,自己拎左11號。之後約12:45pm去到龍點心門口,叫緊10號,自己拎住11號,覺得時間剛剛好。心想等多十分鐘應該有枱。灣仔鋪面積不大,大概坐30人,四人枱有5張左右。見到有張四人枱埋單,諗住會叫自己號碼。點知伙記走埋另一堆客,帶佢地入座。好奇問下收銀,佢話人地電話book左枱。Ok,一行三人門口再等。過多十分鐘,又有四人枱埋單,心諗終於可以坐低。點知伙記又走去另一班客,帶人入座。心覺有伏,去收銀再問,原來又話係電話booking客,而且仲有兩三個booking客優先。一肚火,即走。茶記式點心店,搞乜電話booking呀,你又無人門口安排先後。門口可以㩒飛,又可以遙距排隊都仲要畀人咁插隊,而又唔同其他攞飛嘅客溝通。完全浪費客人等候時間。就算電話booking高級d優先,其實都可以安排梅花間竹咁派枱。至少app排隊嘅客唔使永遠等待。呢d安排真係好趕客。
