觀塘社區,面目全非。友人跟我說往APM那裡吃飯一聚,但他嫌那裡太吵太擠。我說不如到舊區吧,舊區?不是已全拆掉嗎?熟悉的道路,但周邊已變得十分陌生,昔日的麥當勞,匯豐呢,已換來是一個大型的市建局所樓盤。轉左入長街,再右轉沿通明街上斜,左邊的茶餐廳都要拆掉重建,只剩下老人院和它。一間經營了最少超過三十年的地方。點的是印尼菜,隨口已點了三道菜式,黃錦飯,加多加多,粟米餅,還有炒貴刁。友人看見餐牌全部是中文字及印尼語,沒有食物的圖片,不明白為何我可以飛快的說出來,皆因,就是好吃難忘。加多加多蝦片自家製,十分脆口,依然如昔,內有青瓜混上沙律,辣味適中,又香,菜又清新,水份高,但沙爹又刺激味蕾,十分醒胃。黃錦飯是這裡的得意之作,薑砌得十分細緻,金黃,吃下,一粒粒層次分明。混上花生,小魚,酸菜,青瓜,全碟都十分配合,再加半隻蛋,全部一起吃十分相襯,不落俗套。串燒有羊,牛,豬的。中規中矩,沙爹汁有點冷,肉汁算鎖得住,還可以。炸粟米餅亦一如昔,出色。厚薄均勻,炸出來金黃又香,吃下去又熱又脆,又煙靭。好吃非常,依然保持昔日的味道水準,難得。炒貴刁鑊氣夠,熱騰騰,碟沒有油剩下來,乾濕處理剛剛好,酸辣兩配得宜,很快就被我們掃光。時光飛逝,物換星移,這格局,氣氛,音響,依然十年甚至二十年如昔,檯椅依然,氣氛依然,襯著依然愛聽的七八十年代的音樂,熟悉而催人老的面孔,店主說:「對不起,我們要打烊了。」久違了的語句,賠個不是,要離開了,但願能繼續經營下去。 continue reading

今次黎試呢間隱世小店,有米芝連推介過既印尼餐廳。環境係舊式小小既茶餐廳,讚讚老闆態度幾親切😊印尼炒貴刁 ($68)推介💓佢唔算細碟,炒出黎好有鑊氣,河粉比較碎同幼身,條條都炒到有味,唔算好油,同埋唔會痴埋一舊舊,蛋同簡單配菜,雞肉,蝦肉,已經好惹味👍🏻🍳喇沙雞絲麵 ($55)普通🤔湯唔算好濃,唔算辣,椰味都唔算重,唔似平時餐廳食開既喇沙(平時一般都比較重口味d 既)另外麵身有小小似拉麵質地,整體好普通,下次應該唔會再叫。見到其他人食沙嗲串好似幾正,汁好似幾濃郁,下次黎會試下🌟 continue reading
