母親大人知我今日出左黎觀塘,佢話好懷念我細個時候同我一齊食既黃錦飯,叫我買盒番黎食,但點知已經執左, 附近我所知有一間米芝蓮印尼菜餐廳,於是買左幾盒外賣番屋企食,順便盡下孝道。我媽係印尼華僑煮得一手好食既印尼菜,舅父亦係印尼開印尼菜店,對於印尼菜我地一家可謂有一定既要求。結果阿媽比呢盒飯唔合格,飯雖軟熟,但椰汁同黃薑味薄弱,呢個我都認同,因為我都食到冇咩味。雞蛋亦冇傳統既辣醬,青瓜係新鮮,但啲炸雞硬邦邦,似炸完又番炸。鹹魚仔花生亦冇甜豉油味道,正常應該仲有辣椒仔炒香。椰絲比較好少少,算幾有香味,撈下飯食係可以既。豆角同豆腐亦冇咖哩香氣,豆角偏軟身。總結黎講盒黃錦飯完全唔正宗,係迎合港人口味,份量少,唔抵食,仲要58蚊。其實街市印尼店賣既黃錦飯都只係20蚊,味道先係真正印尼風味,呢度以呢種魚目混珠水平而得到米芝蓮推介,我覺得唔太值,我會選擇番各區街市印尼店既黃錦飯,好味又平。 continue reading

米芝蓮餐廳喎,試下先!同事叫了印尼雜錦炒飯,咖哩鷄飯,我就選了梭多牛肚湯飯,其實唔知好唔好食,志在試下新野呀!個牛肚湯有芽菜有半個鷄蛋,帶點酸,牛肚很好吃的!個印尼炒飯就什麽都有,有炸雞巴東牛,很香口。食物大家都-致讚好,但飲品好貴,要20多塊呢! continue reading

基本上每星期五都要去觀塘上堂,而Mr.J都會嚟搵我食飯,今晚忽然諗起依間餐廳,就決定嚟食喇。嚟到嘅時候已經接近9點,都有7成滿。餐單係黃底黑字無圖畫,其實有啲都唔知咩嚟,所以無叫,今次叫咗1)印尼炒飯(2)巴東牛肉飯(3)沙嗲豬肉個炒飯份量都幾多,炒飯有啲蝦、雞肉同雞蛋,上面有一隻煎蛋同一堆蝦片。我好欣賞個飯炒得好乾身,而且食到落底唔會見到好多油,重點係夠即炒嘅感覺,唔係翻叮。味道唔會太咸,食完無乜口渴嘅感覺。巴東牛肉飯啱Mr.J口味,夠辣,不過啲牛肉就靭咗少少,而且唔夠汁撈飯。沙嗲豬肉有6串,啲沙嗲醬好特別,應該有花生醬喺裡面,所以食落去有啲花生粒同甜味。豬肉燒得幾好,唔會熟到乾哂。 continue reading

這好友的童年回憶也在官塘。忽然想如果裕民坊、同仁街、仁愛圍和仁信里的街道永遠消失在地圖上,只成為整個商場和平台,觀塘這基層為主的社區又何去何從呢?好運好運反埋黎黃疆飯。好友至愛之一。肉燒烤過,入味的。花生加點糖及魚仔,脆口,配飯yummy。雞蛋炸過的。沙嗲醬汁不辣的。蕉葉燒魚:是燒靖魚來的,味道偏辣,肉質香口,小小魚骨,小心食用。印尼炒面:感覺加了點甜醬炒,伴有椰菜,蝦仁,芽菜。略厭不夠配料。gadogado.印尼沙律,底是芽菜,菜心,豆類等,配合蝦餅沙嗲醬,好食。自製辣醬,加入了蝦米,香口。好友說不夠辣,大家可以試一試。粟米餅,外面吃不到吧。用點薯仔,面粉調配炸起來。今次淡了點,配合泰色辣醬,哈。印泰合璧,好吃! continue reading

約左友人係佢公司附近搵食, 原本已經搵好一間食店. 點知6點多去到先發現無做晚市. 咁已經打算去第二選擇食台灣野, 點知行番落去見到這間印尼餐廳好鬼懷舊再網上見到食評都唔錯仲要係米芝蓮平民推介, 岩晒我這個平民!!! 入到去都係得2枱客, 唔洗等位. 雖然裝備好舊咁, 但感覺都乾淨舒服.2個人加上早開餐大家唔算好胃口, 所以唔叫得多.點左個加多加多, 蕉葉燒魚同埋一個梭多牛肚麵. 另外我再叫左杯青瓜冰試下.個加多加多真係唔錯將多款蔬菜灼後再加入佢地既花生醬汁好香好惹味點個燒魚前店員提點話比較辣既, 不過我地都係想試下. 原本以為好似泰式燒魚原條燒, 點知來到都幾失望. 似一大PAT醬去醃鯖魚. 如果收$78就一D都唔平. 幸好個辣醬又真係好多香料, 我個人就唔覺得太辣, 鯖魚肉質都唔錯, 叫做試過就算.最後個牛肚麵就相當唔得, 個梭多湯似無味既水咁,牛肚又無味.至於我叫既青瓜冰都係一般只係加左糖漿再加青瓜絲的梳打...不過我個人唔識印尼食品所以不知是否正宗, 又或者我唔識叫啦..不過2個人埋單都係$200又真係幾抵既..下次會唔會再來? 經過可以再試不過會叫D大路野比較好.地址: 觀塘通明街46號地舖 continue reading
