呢排飲咗幾次茶,不約而同食左幾間酒店嘅中餐廳,既然市場咁多唔同嘅優惠,不如就同大家簡單介紹吓。星期一至五,食肆從來都多優惠,酒店中餐廳嘅點心爭霸戰越嚟越激烈,九龍酒店剛推出星期一至五,4人同行$988, 平均每位成人$247,仲係已經包括加一服務費及茶芥,兩個時段有差唔多40幾款點心俾你任食,可以話近來最優惠package。如果你冇四個人,係eShop買coupon,平均一個人都係$272到,同樣包括加一服務費及茶芥。又或者如果你同我一樣,平日要返工,冇可能周中嚟飲茶,星期六、日及公眾假期都只係$ 285.5一位,都唔錯。由好多種唔同嘅即叫即蒸點心到炸物到湯羹到精美嘅前菜小碟再到粉麵飯,仲要有各種唔同嘅中西食甜品,如果你有返咁上下食力呢個絕對係超值嘅Offer,不如一齊睇下有乜食。先講點心蝦餃燒賣當然係首選,不過佢嘅上海小籠包都非常唔錯。腸粉有兩種,叉燒腸粉同上素腸粉都係大件夾抵食。叉燒包同珍珠雞有位都可以試吓。另外上素卷同粉粿都係非常精美,好食得來打卡又適合。如果要講最愛嘅蒸點,一定係蟹肉菜苗餃,蟹肉波濤洶湧咁飽滿,好食。煎炸野方面完全唔輸蝕 ,XO醬炒腸粉同蘿蔔糕都係水準之上。另外沙律醬蝦多士基本上食兩碟已經值回票價。另外叉燒餐包,炸春卷,腐皮卷,鹹水角等等都係愛煎炸野嘅人士必選之作。湯羹相對較少選擇,雪耳魚蓉羹同埋是日湯品得兩種你選,個人覺得魚蓉羹抵好多,又足料。前菜先係重點,叫一碟蜜汁叉燒又係叫你回本了,而且質素絕對唔輸蝕其他五星級酒店嘅酒樓。另外有好多唔同嘅小菜例如椒鹽魷魚酥,小排骨、青瓜、雲耳、豆腐粒、海蜇、醬蹄等等,講真全部都係有板有眼,平時你喺普通酒樓叫都係至少頂點類嘅菜式,你去完食呢個飲食點心,好難返轉頭去嗰啲連鎖酒樓飲茶。尾聲嘅粉麵飯先至正,之前已經食過四川擔擔麵麵,就算你冇位都絕對值得食。最愛佢嘅乾炒牛河同埋麻辣牛鬆茄子炆伊麵,只不過當日真係冇位。靚女K小姐話炒飯都好食,可惜,搵機會下次再試下。中式甜點有例如桂花糕同勁好食嘅燕麥香芒糕。而且仲要有雲呢拿雪糕同朱古力雪糕,如果喜歡西方甜點有意大利芝士餅、芒果拿破崙和藍莓芝士蛋糕。老實講咁樣嘅陣容,兩個鐘俾你任食,絕對係抵到冇朋友。呢啲有今生無來世嘅價錢絕對可一不可再,有興趣就就快啲訂位或者上e shop睇下。龍逸軒 尖沙咀彌敦道19-21號九龍酒店2樓 continue reading

今日係星期日下午時段。本來一早想定要去酒店下午茶。但天氣太熱根本等唔到那個時間就已經無處容身。再加上最近大家都抗疫時期。很多地方都關閉了。沒有任何娛樂的情況下。只好選擇食自助午餐。今日打去訂位。佢哋竟然話還有位置。真係驚訝😦之前很多人都話要提早訂位才可以。但最後還是要坐咖啡廳。窗口位要訂咗才可以擁有。好可惜呀咖啡廳除了窗口位就只有我們。根本都坐唔滿。可能疫情問題大家都變得小心翼翼。選擇原本都以為會好多。但其實大部分都係性價比較低的飽肚食物。還有一點係有點反感的。就係其實佢地提供的餐具整潔度都很低。最後都要清洗一下才過到自已。咖啡廳位和位之間都有段距離。在疫情下感覺都幾舒服。但桌子太細。如果食中菜根本唔夠位。剛好現在有限聚令。所以佢哋將隔離桌子放食物。才可以舒服一點。但其實我都唔係太喜歡。因為次次都要轉一轉去睇和夾食物。這裡的茶真係失望。茶錢已經額外再分開計。但茶葉質素唔高。味道唔夠香又唔夠濃。在街上買的清茶比佢更高質。大量包點和粉麵。但當中都有些值得點選的好東西。例如有些前菜都值得一試再試。有一個好驚喜的發現。就係原來叉燒都可以任食呀有半份和一份選擇。因為第一次試食的關係。所以都係點半份試一試先。蜜汁很好味。每份都有些半肥瘦。佢每塊都唔會太大塊。吃時唔會太油膩。我地足足點了三個半份。如果唔係太飽。都還想再食㗎⋯⋯令一樣要重點介紹的就係這個虾多士。真係好好味😋還有沙律醬配搭。更加令人難忘。這個茶餐廳的食物,這間高級酒店都算合格。我都點了兩次才捨得收手。高級餐廳食點心當然要選這兩款就算低級酒樓都會注重的點心。蝦餃都交足貨。那些虾肥肥大大很夠味道。但燒賣就比較普通,只是一般酒樓貨式。沒有太大驚喜。排骨味道合格。但本身都係比較肥。骨大肉少又唔夠熱。如果可以到濃味點就更好。其實食點心放題真係無想過會有甜品食。但既然佢哋有供應。又想試吓佢哋酒店嘅甜品櫃。但真係無令我失望。如果唔係截單,我都想再試多幾份。還有這裡會經常「提醒」你要盡快離開。還有其他點心款式。就唔一一介紹了。今次點的東西唔算太多。因為真係時間唔夠。還有都唔想食得太飽。包類和粉麵類又真係無興趣。這個點心放題其實都做咗一段時間。但評價睇返網上反應都係一般。價錢又好浮動。有些時段又唔同價錢。又經常性要人坐咖啡廳。今日來這裡試的最大原因,只係因為佢哋現在已經可以Walk in.假日時間尖沙咀區比較少點心放題。大部分都只做自助餐。但現在疫情蔓延。真係對自助餐無興趣。今次的評語只能就係一般般。服務和食物質素唔夠好。但最扣分就係衛生問題。茶具和食具都唔太乾淨。 continue reading

說起來,龍逸軒近幾個月來真的光顧了不知多少次,由$34一款點心開始,到近日推出的All You Can Eat Dim Sum Brunch,就連太太團都讚不絕口,作為點心控,當然要親身一試!「限聚令」下,一檯最多4人入坐,正好餐廳推出星期一至五4人同行$988,計落每位$250有找,已經茶芥加一全包,真心覺得抵食,如果人數不足,只要係 eshop 買 coupon ,平均都係$272左右,至於星期六、日及公眾假期就貴少少,都係$286左右。可能太受歡迎,所以任食點心都分作兩輪,而最後點餐時間為 12:15  及 14:30。點心紙有前後兩版,總共超過50款鹹甜點心,蒸、炸、湯、前菜、飯麵及甜品,應有盡有,就睇下你食得幾多!蒸點畢竟是大量即製,晶瑩鮮蝦餃的餃子摺紋比較粗糙,但餡料是吃得出的清爽彈牙,有水準。蟹子蒸燒賣吃得出蝦爽肉鮮。另一款蟹肉菜苗餃包得工整,蟹肉的鮮甜跟菜苗好匹配,已有一段日子沒吃過了。而上海小籠包內裡有肉汁,而包皮有點厚,反而啱我胃口。話就話瑤柱珍珠雞,但比起一般珍珠雞為大,餡料跟味道跟平日的相差不大。吃素的朋友都有不少選擇,松子素粉果的餃子皮柔韌有彈性,餡料包至漲卜卜,食落爽甜。兩款腸粉包括金粟米上素腸粉及蜜汁叉燒腸粉,餡料豐富是沒話說,份量足,所以好易飽肚。蒸點仲有竹笙上素卷、蠔皇叉燒包、香滑奶皇包、時菜牛肉球、醬皇蒸鳳爪與及豉汁蒸排骨。煎炸在煎炸類中,沙律醬蝦多士可以話必食,炸得鬆化可口,咬落脆卜卜,蘸點些小沙律醬就更加正。原先以為XO醬蘿蔔糕及XO醬炒腸粉都是大路口味,但發覺炒得好乾身,外層有微脆的口感,辣辣地好香口。脆皮炸春卷毫不覺油膩,反而覺得好酥化。酥皮叉燒餐包,但賣相有點似墨西哥包,而不是傳統中式包點賣相,但個人幾鐘意。而香煎牛肉包煎得少許焦香,牛肉餡料可以多些少,略嫌肉汁未夠多。金勾鹹水角即叫即炸,賣相飽滿,食落煙煙韌韌。滄海遺珠仲有珍菌上素生煎包及海鮮腐皮卷,因為無食。湯羹湯品共有兩款,雪耳魚蓉羹質地細滑,沒絲毫魚腥味,加點胡椒粉提鮮一流。若然不喜歡魚蓉羹,亦可簡單的來個是日廚師湯品。前菜雖然是任食點心,竟然有蜜汁叉燒出現,而且份量十足,蜜味重,有嚼口,絕不比坊間名店比下去,必食。可能椒鹽魷魚鬚炸得太乾身,咬落幾結實下,算,放棄。椒鹽小排骨炸得酥香入味,最啱送啤酒。因為4個人,所以鎮江肴肉都有4片,建議食之前蘸點一下陳醋,肉味更鮮。脆皮素鵝卷炸至色澤金黃又脆口。至於黃金豆腐粒,又係佐酒菜。其實真係無可能全部點一次,所以放棄了五香牛腱、京式醬蹄、貢菜海蜇、白灼時蔬、涼拌青瓜雲耳同埋燒汁燴冬菇。飯麵單尾首選了乾炒牛河,食落有些少鑊氣,而且好乾身,醬油分佈平均,蛋絲令色澤豐富,但個人覺得無必要。至於四川擔擔麵,就一人份量,可能掛住影相,麵條有點稔,非戰之罪,而醬汁調教出色及惹味。想不到麻辣牛鬆茄子炆伊麵有點驚喜,麻辣度輕盈,反而激烈了食慾,伊麵柔韌,沾上了肉鬆就更可口。其實仲有皮蛋瘦肉粥、翡翠嫰雞絲煨麵及叉燒金粟炒飯,但幾款之前都食過,今次算了,而且真係要食得晒先好叫,一定不能眼闊肚窄浪費食物。甜點甜品夾雜了中西式,在眾多的甜品中,最得我心的必定是燕麥香芒卷,外層是煙韌的糯米,內裡是甜美芳香的芒果肉,兩者可以說是絕配,必食。另外意大利芝士餅及芒果拿破崙,都是從自助餐那邊凍櫃取來,有種一個價錢,就連Buffet都可以享用的感覺。而雪糕更有藍莓芝士蛋糕、雲呢拿雪糕及朱古力雪糕三款口味,早前天氣尚熱,吃著消暑也不錯。至於杞子桂花糕及冰花雪耳燉萬壽果,胃納太細,實在是撐不下了。計落超過50款點心,就算每款一件都要食50件/碗,就算胃納有如焚化爐既我都未必得,睇下邊個可以掃餐牌!P.S : 飲茶食飯都試過,外甥的婚宴因疫情一拖再拖,最終於9月圓婚,是晚菜單相當出色,容後再作分享! continue reading

一年食一次奶黃月餅🥮, 一向鍾情九龍酒店, 但因朋友送贈, 終有機會試食左半島酒店嘉麟樓奶黃月餅。嘉麟樓月餅盒很漂亮, 未食已很吸引。 心形月餅很有心思,很給睛喔! 用微波爐叮30秒, 拿出來已很有餅香, 蛋黃味一般, 月餅皮係曲奇皮, 比較乾身, 奶黃餡亦比較乾,像沒有油份,吃完一啖, 要立即飲水, 我本人不太喜愛這種質感。 聽聞炒價是成千蚊一盒, 值不值得見仁見智。 九龍酒店的奶黃月餅, 一向是我摯愛,今年新出伯爵茶奶黃月餅, 令我喜出望外。 用微波爐叮45秒, 餅皮油份剛好, 看上去有油份, 不會太油膩, 另伯爵茶奶黃茶味剛好, 不會奪去奶黃味,吃後茶味在口腔內回甘, 吃完不會有口乾的感覺, 正呀喂!奶黃餡來講,九龍酒店冇得輸, 還有他們奶黃煎堆, 超級超級好食, 試過在其他地方食, 都比不上九龍酒店喔。 continue reading
