原先想係虎年第一篇講下開心事,但疫情下所謂低處未算低,12/6/4 變成 4/2,同多兩個friend食餐飯隨時竹蒿灣見,唉!反正6點後食飯免問,造就了Early Dinner的出現,又或者下午茶食得豐富些少。近日九龍酒店龍逸軒推出以中式點心主打的「精緻點心下午茶」,兩個人食可以,一位更加無問題,相當靈活。供應時間為下午3點45分至5點45分,原價是$294.8,如果經 eshop 訂位,可享8折優惠,算起來不過是$241.2/位,計落都化算。下午茶共有14款食物,已經包埋茶芥加一,仲要有鮑魚燒賣、蝦多士、蝦餃,單尾仲要係鮑汁撈麵,加埋4款甜品,莫講話女士胃口細,就連自己食完都覺飽,因為可以外賣,或者可以考慮做晚餐。餐廳家陣有C同D區,而且酒店衛生條件會較好,坐位間寬敞,食落都安心。前菜分別是鎮江肴肉及涼拌海蜇,都是常見的小食,肴肉味道及質感恰如其分,海蜇亦清爽彈牙。蒸點最有回本氛圍當然係原隻鮑魚燒賣,鮑魚絕非手指公大小,食落柔韌滿有彈性,豬肉鬆軟富肉香,好味。而晶瑩鮮蝦餃的餃皮通透,看得到蝦肉色,摺紋清晰分明,口感清爽,有水準。同行朋友C君最欣賞的香茜素魚翅餃,雖然未夠飽滿,但荽茜的香氣不俗。煎炸炸物中竟然有沙律醬蝦多士,上次 a la carte 時炸得啱啱好,而今次就稍微過了火,不過食落都仲好香脆可口。至於XO醬蘿蔔糕,煎得工整,個人貪心一點,XO醬可以下得更重手。金勾鹹水角反而炸得幾好,口感煙韌。香煎牛肉包就要趁熱食,煎得微焦幾香口,而且好似上海生煎包的感覺。麵點單尾是鮑魚汁寬條麵,原版本是預先撈好,但個人覺得醬汁另上,任由客人調教醬汁份量效果會更好。好開心麵條的鹼水味輕盈,拌起鮑魚汁好惹味,滿足。甜品甜品都有4款,包括燕麥香芒卷、流沙奶皇煎堆、懷舊芝麻卷以及冰花雪耳燉萬壽果。其實太太幾鍾意香芒卷,軟糯而香甜,芝麻卷無須多講,是童年回憶。可惜煎堆未夠流心,但都做到外層脆香的感覺。而冰花雪耳都幾大碗,相信是原本份量上,絕無將價就貨,呷一口,清潤甜美,好啱近日天氣。講真,200幾蚊已經可以充當晚飯,就算無時間堂食,外賣都係一個不錯的做法。 continue reading

👯因為朋友月租咗住九龍酒店而酒店住客有九折及優先訂座所以去試下🥰雪耳魚蓉羹上枱夠熱,但是淡淡的冇乜味道☺️貢菜海蜇白灼時蔬鮑汁豬腳仔鮮蝦腐皮卷沙律醬蝦多士這兩款是唔錯嘅選擇夠熱及皮夠脆口xo醬蘿蔔糕一粒形狀入口感不俗但略嫌唔夠惹味蟹肉菜苗餃餃皮較厚菜苗分量少晶瑩鮮蝦餃蝦餃皮比較厚身还好蝦肉質有彈牙口感蜜汁叉燒腸粉鵪鶉蛋燒賣迷你臘腸卷👍燕麥香芒卷在酒店內的中菜廳來說看似款式多,其實所有食物與一般酒樓無異☺️✨優點是任點任食點心🥢適合每人唔同口味喜好去點選數量而唔需要浪費👍 continue reading
