中環六游真係好正，佢哋自家製嘅湯底真係冇味精，飲到最後都冇負擔😋之前試過佢哋嘅魚湯，今次特意嚟試下特濃蝦湯手工麵，入面有炸金菇、原隻蝦同埋雞肉丸，真係好滿足，湯底濃郁得嚟又唔膩，蝦肉鮮甜，金菇嘅口感亦都好好，整體來講，真係好味👍另外，我仲叫咗雞湯手工麵，入面有雞胸肉，肉質滑嫩，咬落去真係好有口感，搭配上蓮藕同雲耳，令到整碗麵更加有層次感，真係好開心可以試到咁多好味嘅配料🥢最後，我仲叫咗個小食焦糖番薯，佢將番薯切到一條條，外面焦香，內裡軟綿，甜得啱啱好😎總括而言，中環六游真係值得一試，服務好又有心思，食材新鮮，無論係湯底定係小食，都令人回味無窮，真心推介比大家試下🙌

這間樓上的小店，位置不多，座位只得數十個。主打食自家熬製濃湯上海麵。麵只有四款選擇，配上四款不同的湯底，有蝦湯，香辣雞湯，鮮魚湯及蕃茄湯麵，賣點都是有益無味精湯底。點了一碗蝦湯，一碗鮮魚湯。賣相很有日本拉麵的感覺，擺盤精緻。鮮魚湯十分濃郁清甜不油膩，沒有添加味精，除了用煎香的魚熬成，還有雞骨及豬骨，配上幼身自家麵條，煙韌有咬口，掛湯能力。雞胸、雲耳、蓮藕、洋蔥是指定配料，另外鮮魚湯便有蝦，蟹肉及魷魚，十分豐富。而特濃蝦湯都是以雞湯為基底，再加大量蝦殼蝦頭熬製，蝦味濃郁鮮甜，配料有彈牙蝦肉、自家製雞肉丸及炸得金黃的金菇，賣相加分。餐廳都另外有小食供應，簡單點了蕃茄莎莎及上湯煮菠菜。
