前牌同朋友們食飯揀咗一直有聽過但未有機會試嘅辦館,新開無奈嘅分店開咗係銅鑼灣嘅商業大廈入面,主打fusion麵食。不過食物份量認真平平😣,亦都唔系真係咁特別😶,主要係性價比😨真係唔合格。似乎都係食輕食比較抵風乾火腿蒜片辣椒意粉 ❤️ ($128)評分:7/10.其實味道真系可以的,辣得嚟唔嗆喉嚨,意粉炒得乾身,同 一般creamy 意粉有啲對比。不過份量我唔接受蒜香明太子意粉 ❤️ ($138)評分:6.5/10.明太子意粉當然係點整都好食啦,結合咗蒜香味炒嘅明太子意粉都比較乾身,其實我鍾意 creamy 嘅明太子意粉多啲,但份量完全又系敗畢位 😥 實在太少喇和風海膽意大利飯 ❤️ ($148)評分:7/10.Risotto 多數用白汁忌廉汁蘑菇汁,海膽做主調嘅令我好奇味道會係點,食得出有海膽鮮味嘅其實 🤓 所以都算係成功嘅菜式啦,不過份量都系小得可憐沙嗲安格斯牛肉撈丁❤️ ($88)評分:7/10.最後一個主菜叫咗呢個港味濃嘅撈丁,沙嗲醬其實幾好食嘅,都幾濃郁,公仔麵一份反而份量比較正常 (?) 🤔 但安格斯牛肉實在太 gimmicky 喇,冇人食得出,😅 亦都冇幾多舊,似安格斯肉碎多啲巴馬算芝士松露薯條 ❤️ ($78)評分:6.5/10.薯條炸得幾脆嘅,份量都還好啦,但真係冇咩特別嘅地方,薯條都係用出面小食店嘅普通薯條,黑松露味道唔明顯惹味雞軟骨餃子 ❤️ ($68)評分:7/10.餃子點日式醬幾惹味 👍 雞軟骨有啲爽爽哋嘅咬口唔錯 😌 價錢最實際一亦都一定係佢 continue reading

用openrice搵左呢間野,上到去見裝修靚靚地,咪入去試下,一入去發現全場冇得兩枱人,已經知伏伏地,打開餐牌一個出前一丁要88蚊,咁冇理由叫出前一丁啦。 結果叫左個諗住最安全嘅卡邦尼意粉128蚊,心諗應該都有會太差。野食嚟到份量少就算啦,點知一食落口。。。wtf..凍嘅,d面硬到爆,好似哽住喺喉嚨咁。。 落7仔叮個飯都好食過佢! 覺得超唔抵, 食完後唯有再去其他餐廳食過。絕對以後唔會再嚟,其實平時好少用open rice, 今鋪係用openrice去搵呢間野食,點知一試就中伏。。。。 失望到爆。。 continue reading

以食物的味道和份量, 收費實在過過了, 性價比低。我星期六訂7點半位, 早到。但我竟是第一枱客。至好結賬為止也沒有多於5枱客。因 open rice 和 Asia miles 的推薦而前往用餐, 但竟然未能順利享用優惠。點了海膽 risotto, 上菜只見飯, 幼幼的露筍和蕃茄粒。我個人吃不到海膽的味道, 但同行友人說還可以。又點了一個漢堡扒飯, 我和友人的討論是有否加入過多豆粉。牛肉味尚可, 但咀嚼感頗差。最化算的, 算是點了$68 的 all day happy hour 的 cocktail, 當中包括了威士忌梳打 high ball, 雞翼兩隻和以兩條蟹肉春卷代替了燒賣兩粒。 continue reading

幾星期前,貪新鮮,走到銅鑼灣新落成的商廈度試試新餐廳,走到辨館去。看到環境寧靜,在鬧市中,人不多,枱和座位都屬舒適濶落,於是我地就坐下吃午餐。由於是週末,午餐又冇優惠,飲品及甜點的收費基本是逐項計。貴到堅離地!😤😤😤我地三個人點了兩個叉燒炒出前一丁,一個cabonara, 一個松露薯條、一個雪糕甜品,三杯飲品,已經要$6xx埋單。真係想像唔到價值$70左右的炒出前一丁,竟然可以非常難食,麵質非常淋,我自己煮,都好食過佢啦。叉燒又唔算多,你都有非常一半。之後,carbonara味道就比較合理,可惜份量極少,四啖已經食完, 極之失望。至於個松露薯條,只係一般貨色,份量又係唔多,同事整間餐廳只有我哋一台客,上餐速度極慢,上餐速度竟然需要20分鐘,都唔知佢哋係咪做生意。呢間餐廳,我絕對唔會再幫襯! continue reading
