The 108-seat Lobster Bar and Grill offers a convivial atmosphere to unwind and savour a series of innovative cocktails and seafood dishes. Every Monday to Saturday, the warm and enthralling live performances by talented jazz vocalists complete the venue's sophisticated vibe.
Lobster Bar and Grill's decor features a long bar of mahogany timber, leather and stylish fabric upholstery, floor-to-ceiling windows and two beautiful marine aquariums that aesthetically enhance the bar and dining experience.
Seafood creations are made with market fresh ingredients and ingenious twists to culinary classics. The menu also features pastas, grilled meats and vegetarian options, as well as a variety of desserts and snacks. Every Saturday and Sunday, Lobster Bar and Grill presents a weekend brunch that encompasses a seafood appetiser platter; signature Lobster Bisque; a carving station; all-you-can-order main courses; a dessert buffet, as well as free-flowing champagne and wines.
Lobster Bar features a series of innovative cocktails crafted by a team of talented cocktailians. Its constantly rotating list of libations includes classic and creative cocktails with artistic Asian flair, artisanal spirits, fortified wines and liquors that have been arduously aged in oak barrels. A trendsetter in the city’s cocktail scene, Lobster Bar has been named one of the “Asia’s 50 Best Bars” and “World’s 100 Best Bar” by Drinks International. 第一次來,周六午餐時間,地方高雅,待應有禮。但發覺周六沒有了慕名而來,陣容浩大的weekend brunch,改為龍蝦配搭自助沙律,飲品 free flow的午餐,甜品是餐車中選。沙律 bar 略為簡單,鯷魚,鴨胸,西班牙火腿,芝士盤等,味道倒是不錯。主菜我選了傳統法式焗全龍蝦,同伴選了半只燒龍蝦配牛柳,龍蝦相當出色,牛柳相對普通,餐包了紅,白酒,普通,也包了分別兩款 cocktail 和 mocktail,杏味香檳和芒果烏龍都很不錯,聽說這兒曾拿過world best 50 bar 的銜頭。最後的甜品,雪糕也是非常好,帶醉回家去😂 continue reading

Recently Golden Circle members can enjoy a 20% discount for their signature set menu so I decided to go. I ordered champagne but while I was still only half way through, the first glass of wine was already poured(as I chose the wine pairing). The service seemed a bit too rushed especially since there weren't too many people there.Back to the food, the crabcake was seasoned lovely and actually the extra sauce at the side was not really necessary.The lobster bisque was creamy and rich with many chunks of lobster in it.The lobster and medium rare tenderloin was cooked perfectly. Despite it is called the lobster bar, I felt the tenderloin was the star in this dish being juicy and tender.Last but not least would be the chocolate fondant. It was at just the right temperature with a molten centre. However, the pistachio ice cream was a bit overshadowed by the fondant.Overall, it was a great dinner. I would wish the service can be less rushed in the future so the customer can thoroughly enjoy the meal. continue reading

相信一眾龍蝦迷見到呢個名都應該會有興趣去試吓嘅餐廳, 我也不例外一場來到龍蝦吧餐廳當然要食龍蝦啦, 點了傳統的芝士焗龍蝦, 用了香檳汁和大量芝士鋪面, 西式做法焗烤, 只是單單的一隻龍蝦並沒有任何的配菜是否有點過份簡單呢..?話晒都係五星大酒店入面既西餐廳再點了一份香煎鵝肝牛柳, 鵝肝味道不錯, 外皮煎得香脆, 但不油膩, 牛柳亦屬高尚品質, 兩者一拍即合, 底下還配有一些不同種類的配菜, 顏值高, 相對主角龍蝦, 牛柳明顯稍為出色 continue reading

We wanted to grab some quick dinner around PP and since we tend to stick with the same old, I thought it might be nice to try something new. Famished and hoping to have some seafood, I thought of Lobster Bar. Partner agreed. Lobster Bar it is, then.The dining room is at one and the same time imposing and cushy. It's a place that's somewhere in-between a casual hang and a white tablecloth joint. The menu appears to be Chinese-inspired "Western", with locally perceived Western classics that should nevertheless satisfy an international audience (we are, in a hotel, after all). Aside from a selection of specialties from the grill, appetizers and other mains feature lobster and other seafood. If you're hungry, you are going to be tempted by something from pretty much every section of this menu.I decided to go for a garden salad and a boiled lobster. My partner went for grilled lobster. Apart from boiled and grilled, one could also have it Mornay or Thermidor style. That would be a little heavy for us, so we went for plainer.Our stay at the restaurant was very brief, but the experience was pleasant overall. Servers were polite, though there was very little interaction between hosts and diners.
