🧧農曆新年又到啦,熊妹放假無無聊聊,就搵埋𡃁妹去staycation。當然梗係搵間包埋high tea set嘅五星級酒店啦!《 港島香格里拉酒店》竟然會做呢個套餐,仲要好抵,𡃁妹都一致認同。📌Staycation 前就先睹為快,試下個 afternoon tea先。📌酒店大堂位於6樓,樓底好高,天花吊掛住亮晶晶嘅水晶燈,令到成個環境頓時變得雍容華麗✨,大堂雖然唔大,但係坐得好舒服。📌睇吓餐牌先,基本包上五款鹹點五款甜點兩款鬆餅同咖啡或茶,農曆年期間係新年餐單,攞盡新年嘅意頭。🎉📌經典三層架擺放著14件下午茶茶點,簡直琳琅滿目,花多眼亂。👀上層-甜點層新年喎!梗係搞搞新意思。甜點層全部都紅噹噹,以新年為主題,以好多新年嘅賀年食品做為茶點款式,非常特別。香料朱古力慕絲配雜莓果醬(左一)嘩!呢條咁長一碌嘅紅噹噹甜點,熊妹第一眼睇以為係年糕,精靈嘅靚妹一睇就覺得梗係炮仗啦🧨!外層包裹着一層紅色嘅糖漿,朱古力幕絲好濕,味道又唔算好出,口感麻麻哋,仲要偏甜。新春馬卡龍(左上二)紅噹噹嘅馬卡龍係藍莓味,唔係太甜喎,中間仲有藍莓果醬酸酸地,細細地一件,一啖份量啱啱好。合桃碎配雲呢拿忌廉(左上三)一塊印有牛仔樣嘅白朱古力牌,畫工好精緻。雲呢拿忌廉,牛奶味好香濃,質感唔會好濕,啖啖cream口感唔錯。桂花黃金糕配柑橘及伯爵茶慕絲(左下二)桂花味、柑橘味、伯爵茶味、黃金糕全部都食唔到,可能因為太多味道夾埋一齊,所以味道有啲奇怪,慕絲口感一樣咁濕,得個甜字,慕絲就真係唔係幾好食。白朱古力芝麻芝士蛋糕(左下三)芝士蛋糕口感幾好味喎!蛋糕質感好厚實,仲有幾粒藍莓陪襯,淡淡嘅芝士味仲有藍莓嘅清新,味道非常夾。中層-鬆餅層正呀!又有四件鬆餅喇!經典牛油味同提子乾味,一貫地熊妹都會食晒提子口味,因為有提子乾加多重口感同味道,牛油鬆餅好鬆化,就算放涼了,淡淡嘅牛油味都係口腔徘徊着,質感仲保持住鬆軟,果然係《香格里拉》,出品果然非同凡響!醬料方面,比較特別嘅係除咗一般選用嘅士多啤梨果醬同埋Clotted cream之外,仲有柑橘果醬,可能係襯返新春Menu,味道都幾清新喎!唔係嗰啲好難入口嘅橙橘味,都可以試吓!下層-鹹點層每人五款鹹點,的的式式擺喺碟上面,細細地一件放入口又唔會太過飽肚。望落去,用上嘅材料都好似唔惹少。珍珠鵝肝醬(左上一)又係熊妹最怕嘅鵝肝醬啦!但今次細細粒嘅珍珠形式呈上,而唔係一Pat嘅鵝肝醬,可以試吓嘅!好味喎!鵝肝醬味唔算太濃,冇熊妹最怕嘅內臟味,再配合埋側面嘅牛油撻皮食,脆脆地幾夾,唔錯!煙三文魚配蟹肉及鱒魚籽(左上二)煙三文魚同蟹肉嘅配搭一定冇得彈啦!上面仲有幾粒大大粒嘅魚子咬落去噗噗聲咁標晒啲汁出嚟,非常貴氣嘅食材。香脆乳豬配香蔥及紅菜頭法式軟包(左下一)乳豬脆皮放涼左就唔算太趣啦!入邊嘅乳豬肉有驚喜喎!揸埋甜醬喎!紅菜頭法包係上下色姐,味道就冇乜。紅噹噹一件,真係啱晒新春嘅主題。鮑魚酥盒配自家製XO醬(左下二)鮑魚切粒,放喺牛油酥盒入邊。鮑魚粒口感都幾彈牙,XO醬又唔係好食得出,不過份量真係好少,想食多啖都冇。有機蛋沙律配青瓜三文治(中)軟綿綿嘅白麵包中間夾雜着碎蛋沙律同青瓜絲,就係好典型嘅蛋沙律青瓜三文治🥪。伯爵茶超級驚喜嘅係竟然用上茶葉而唔係一般酒店用上嘅茶包!真係好驚喜!因為熊妹成日覺得用茶葉先會泡出真茶嘅味道🍵!非常窩心地仲有埋隔茶渣篩,呢套茶具真係好多地方都買少見少啦!值得一讚!用熱水泡出嚟嘅伯爵茶真係好濃味,熊妹都不禁加了幾轉水。📌好快地,伴隨着大堂優美的西洋樂隊表演🎻,演奏出各種中西合璧的新年歌曲🎵🎶,令到成個大堂都洋溢着新年的氣氛。📌就咁樣享受了兩個鐘嘅下午茶時光,臨走前記得圍住門口擺放嘅桃花樹走兩轉,行一行新春桃花運。🌸📌熊妹拜個早年先,祝大家牛年快樂,心想事成!㊗️ continue reading

來到聖誕月,不少酒店都推出節日相關的Afternoon Tea Set位於金鐘的香格里拉也是其中之一 話說很喜歡這裡的環境和氣氛,周圍都有聖誕裝飾!還有一棵很大的聖誕樹而且在享用Tea Set 時還有樂隊現場奏樂,聽了不少迪士尼的歌呢Festive Afternoon Tea ($588 / For Two)每人可選一杯咖啡或茶~咖啡的奶是分開上,不加糖的話會有少許苦茶的話可以飲完後再加熱水。鹹點有五款~雖然貌相一點也不聖誕,但有用上聖誕中常見的食材像是 - 烚聖誕火雞配鵝肝凍及紅莓果凍,四層都有不一樣的口感,是麵包部份乾了點風乾火腿配無惹果紅菜頭法式麵包 也是相同的情況時令櫻桃蘿蔔配牛油果迷你撻 - 脆甜的蘿蔔加上creamy的牛油果,一小口不會很膩另外還有蒔蘿醃三文魚配醃製蛋 & 龍蝦卷配檸檬及香蔥個人喜歡龍蝦卷那個,吃落清新且龍蝦肉幾彈牙喔! 中層放的是 原味及合桃英式鬆餅,每款口味各兩個!配忌廉和果醬來吃。話說這也太大個了吧?吃完一個已經半飽 ... 值得一提的是,有提供三隻匙勺來搽果醬和忌廉~平時吃開的酒店都要混來用!鬆餅外層有少許脆身,內裡的濕潤度剛剛好~不會很乾的。甜點方面,每款看起來都很有聖誕感!但整體都很甜 要說最不甜的就是 - 黑加侖子紫羅蘭蛋白杏仁餅,因為中間那醬是頗酸的喔然後 柑橘朱古力撻、紅森林蛋卷、朱古力聖誕樹 都甜到非喝水不可稍微好一點的大概是 - 聖誕芝士蛋糕配椰絲柚子 continue reading

本來我冇好期待食呢一個T set但係食完之後又覺得幾驚喜喎因為比我想像之中質素好 我只係覺得士多啤梨味嗰舊甜品好難食星期六日同公眾假期afternoon tea 係由2:00開始我大約1:45去到由於早到嘅關係所以佢幫我掉喺窗口位坐❤️❤️558$/2 咖啡同茶都係有指定嘅俾你揀有分中式茶同埋西式茶,70$以下就可以任揀咖啡就係$80樓下如果揀其他就要另外加錢我嗌左一個阿拉伯之夜嘅西式茶佢係果味比較重首先講咗鹹點先鹹點其實冇一樣野吾好食但係佢全部都係以麵包為主咁我個人覺得最好食就係鵝肝多士鵝肝嘅味好濃烈而且加埋薄多士同埋一粒合桃香口個口感好豐富scone 嘅外皮好脆入面就係比較濕潤嘅感覺有兩款jam 第一種係橙味;第二種係士多啤梨兩款jam都係有果肉喺入面個人比較喜歡士多啤梨嗰款甜品方面最喜歡就係開心果脆脆開心果嘅味好出而且加埋crispy甜到啱啱好第二鍾意就係咖啡朱古力撻佢嘅撻皮係比較鬆散,唔知係咪因為我最尾先食佢佢已經係室溫擺咗好耐嘅關係所以有啲溶咗,唔夠實柚子嗰舊嘅甜品其實幾好食因為佢酸味味好解膩而且入面真係有柚子嘅果肉好清新個舊士多啤梨就真係令我超級失望佢本身粉紅色已經冇咩期待但係食入口真係想吐返出嚟入面似紅豆嘅嘢跟住面頭又有啲藥水嘅味道好奇怪 continue reading

今次同朋友黎香港香格里拉酒店staycation,有幸試到依個新春tea set,takeaway上番房食。分左五種甜點五種咸點,我地跟menu第一樣講起:珍珠鵝肝醬鵝肝醬味道,一入口唔會食到,要慢慢先出黎,有少少咸點還咸點,鵝肝醬還鵝肝醬既感覺,少少失望鮑魚酥盒配自家製XO醬非常香口酥脆,同鮑魚粒好夾,層次分明煙三文魚配蟹肉鱒魚籽食落去濃濃既煙三文魚味,配合蟹肉同鱒魚籽帶出鮮味香脆乳豬配香蔥及紅菜頭法式軟包乳豬脆香味配法式軟包帶出層次感,個人覺得最好味既咸點有機蛋沙津三文治冇咩特別,面包有少少乾身SCONE係原味同提子味,配左忌廉及果醬(strawberry同bitter orange),非常好味之後講埋甜點,甜點既造型更加有心思,充滿新年喜慶既感覺新春馬卡龍冇咩特別,馬卡龍式甜味桂花黃金糕配柑橘及伯爵茶慕絲造型十分,比起其他甜點味道清香d白朱古力芝麻芝士蛋糕芝士香味濃郁,味道唔錯香料朱古力慕絲配雜莓果醬好濕,甜到食唔到朱古力味合桃碎配雲呢拿忌廉頂上牛牛花紋變好精緻,有合桃碎更加有層次,個人覺得最好食既甜點總體黎講中意咸點多過甜點,食完有意猶未盡既感覺,而甜點味道太甜,好彩佢份量唔大同造型精緻。想體驗下五星級Tea set既話係值得試下。 continue reading
