以往在葵芳覓食不是新都會的連鎖就是葵廣掃街。自從發現老鳳就多了一個選擇。特式的裝修下食物有不普通的焗芝士海鮮保齡球、黑松露炒蛋多士,也有常見的西多士、撈丁,飲品名稱有點玩味,飛仔華田、奶茶仔溝咖啡妹,我們每次都看menu看很久。黑松露芝士火腿奄列蛋汁多,松露味濃流心西多士咸蛋味的流心很邪惡芝士牛肉濃湯通粉湯很濃蕃茄味,未食通粉已經飲了幾啖湯,芝士也很香濃,反而牛肉好像沒甚麼印象最後在收銀處看到老鳳從今個星期起每天兩小時派飯給有需要人士,低調做好事👍🏻 continue reading

好耐都無post食評。依排疫情有改善就出來食lunch,唞唞氣😚最近愛上左依間裝修特別又有舊式酒家look嘅茶餐廳🍴食物配搭都幾特別,尤其係佢嘅沙律套餐我最欣賞,亦有多種選擇,而且味道不錯👍🏻還有我家先生最喜愛食既半肥瘦叉燒,雖然係一間茶餐廳,但係叉燒嘅質素都非常好,沒有乾爭爭的口感☺️非常特別提一下,佢地有個名叫保齡球飯,係一個好大既麵包夾住雞髀,仲裝住入個飯响下面,都非常好味,不過份量極大。我地食到忘記咗影相🤣😝🤣大家可以去其他post睇下,直得去試吓😋 continue reading

話說我細個唔識煮野食,會拎樽茄汁再倒落啲水,再放個烏冬入去煮,最後加片芝士,咁就整成左芝士茄湯烏冬,啲朋友都笑係劣食。今日黎到呢間懷舊主題的餐廳,叫左個「蕃茄芝士牛肉湯通粉 配牛乳炒蛋&薯泥」。驚而不喜既係,我喺碗湯尋回了昔日既味道,個蕃茄湯同我細個煮既好似😁唯一唔同既係佢有洋蔥同茄肉,或者我小時候枝茄汁都用左好多蕃茄製成😊炒蛋係出色過大部分普通茶記,而且四十幾蚊有薯泥食 都幾開心除左呢樣,仲叫左黑椒蜜糖薯仔牛柳飯。幸好我唔係一個人食晒全碟,否則我怕我糖尿病,真係甜到漏,大廚你實在too sweet了☺️ 不過薯仔幾好食餐廳主題係懷舊,員工衣服上印有好多年前流行的粗口諧音(咁又係呀 如果未out又點叫懷舊),牆身塗鴉寫住啲押韻字句,我唔知佢想扮九龍皇帝定咩,我就諗起松島安。另外又有啲共產黨畫風既野,又有啲懷舊香港特式擺設/物品。淨係個餐牌及放餐牌的信箱,我都feel到舊,掂完我都要消毒雙手👍🏻總結,呢間餐廳的環境好適合打卡,價錢亦唔貴。 多謝佢,讓我找返回憶 continue reading

近年香港周圍都越開越多冰室,但有咁特色裝修嘅少之又少。炒蛋同多士本身已經非常有水準,炒蛋好滑身,亦都有適當調味。而多士有少少似蒜蓉包,唔似坊間其他茶餐就咁一塊烘多士。沙嗲牛肉湯麵嘅湯底亦有好香濃既忌廉湯味,加埋香濃沙嗲醬,非常咁夾,湯麵麵質偏硬,而牛肉都俾得好梳爽,有4,5塊,岩曬中意食牛肉既我。個麵一上枱已經聞到好濃濃嘅蕃茄湯味,呢個蕃茄湯底比起其他餐廳嘅都要濃郁,仲有少少蒜蓉嘅味道,配埋芝士一齊食,非常出色。 continue reading
