同朋友外出一整天,中午吃了肥膩的西餐,晚上想吃得清淡點,於是想吃素!身在灣仔,即時短訊給我的吃素朋友,問她有沒有好的素食餐廳介紹給我,她叫我試試麗姐!芋頭魚:通常芋頭魚都是做一尾魚的模樣,而這裡的芋頭卻是4條小魚,做型可愛!脆皮做得很薄,內裏的芋頭蓉新鮮好吃,完全不油膩👍🏻雙併餃:包括流沙餃和梅菜餃兩款。流沙餃餡其實是蕃茄蛋,喜歡吃蕃茄煮蛋的朋友一定要來試試😻 梅菜餃選用靚梅菜,味道很好,餃皮煙靭😋黑醋咕嚕:黑醋香味濃郁,伴著炸得金黃色的咕嚕(腐皮),除減去了油膩感之外,更提升了這道菜的味道,整個菜酸酸甜甜,很醒胃😻黑松露牛油果炒飯:炒飯端上來時,已經香氣撲鼻!飯炒得夠乾身,配料有黑松露醬、雞蛋、牛油果及紅蘿蔔揍拼一起,味道很好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

My first try of this restaurant and of any vegetarian restaurant in Hong Kong as it's a holiday and i don't feel like cooking at home for myself.    Decor rather simple and dated, old waiters quite friendly, food tastes fine and the portion size is very generous.  I had the mushroom boiled soup - clear consomme type with various slices of mushrooms, lotus seeds etc.  delicious!Ginger fried sweet potato leaves also very appealing in the healthy green and taste good too, though i suspect some addition of msg as it tasted just too good; a piping hot claypot stew of "lamb" was full of flavour and texture also spot on;  my bowl of plain unrefined rice provided a healthy option to go with the dishes.  I ended up putting half in my lunch box for tomorrow.  Could come back to try other dishes next time, but preferably with friends.  continue reading

呢間上樓既素食店係我朋友介紹既,喺上樓的,下面又冇乜招牌真係唔覺眼,但食過就知好野今晚叫了黑松露牛油果炒飯好香黑松露味,但唔太覺牛油果既蹤影,炒飯炒得唔油係乾身既,所以食完唔會成口油,今晚仲叫左個西蘭花卷,又好好食喎,錫哂你其實仲叫左一鍋牛乳菜心粥,第二度好難食到牛乳呢個順得名物啦 continue reading

舊同事聚餐,選擇咗地點方便而且健康嘅素食餐廳。餐廳主打中午飯,晚飯比較少人,今晚大概只有三、四枱客。炸藕餅:外皮香脆,不過餡料就唔似蓮藕,比較綿。蘿蔔炆羊腩:像真度非常高,''羊腩'' 口感真實,調味香濃,味道好。回鍋肉:偏甜無辣味。''肥肉''有啫喱部份,不過''瘦肉''就似午餐肉。黑醋咕嚕肉:醋香味足,酸中帶甜,非常醒胃。''肉''有真實感。雜菜粉絲煲、椒鹽豆腐:正常素食店會出現嘅菜式。味道比較清淡。今次新體驗令我知道素食好可以好多變化,唔係淡茂茂。 continue reading

與朋友今日到灣仔睇drama, 朋友問可否跟她食少肉多菜餐, 所以她就帶我到齋菜館, 我對上一次幫襯齋菜館已是8年前, 還是去那些老排齋菜館, 一入到這一間素齋菜館, 感覺似樓上既cafe, 空間感不錯而且它還提供西式素菜選擇, 如果你要守齋期(朋友是天主教徒因守齋期而找到呢一間餐廳), 這一間素菜餐廳會係一個好選擇😊;我地兩個人叫左3樣野, 有餃子、芋頭魚及藜麥配牛油果、焦糖無花果、羊奶芝士多士;素菜餃子皮夠薄足料味道配搭剛好剛好;芋頭魚一般,因為油多了一點;最推薦係藜麥配牛油果、焦糖焦花果及羊奶芝士多士, 雖然他們未必好夾, 但分開食而言, 佢地三樣野都好好食 continue reading
