因為同事們幫我慶祝生日,所以一早預訂枱。同事見餐廳到食個日都冇confirm,就打電話問,點知佢哋話冇,再問清楚,原來佢哋落錯姓氏,好彩對電話號碼就有,未食已嚇餐飽。但sorry 都冇句。到點菜,通常都要問先俾商務午餐牌你睇。想點肴肉,冇。獅子頭,冇。唔知係未豬肉貴所以冇。終於叫五人餐,前菜要馬蘭頭、醉雞、烤夫同海蜇皮。熱炒:賽螃蟹、蕃茄木耳、糖醋魚塊、醬爆雞丁同A菜。另加生煎包、小籠包同上海粗炒。七個人食剛好。除了餐湯同糖水一般,其他食物仍然有水準。 continue reading

上星期訂咗昨天中午1點一行7人同同事慶生,咋天中午12點,見仲未有人打電話嚟reconfirm ,咁我自己打去啦,好在打咗去,原來佢落錯我個姓,好在電話號碼啱。各位如訂位記得打去reconfirm,如果唔係隨時無得吃😅。去到生日之星叫肴肉無肴肉,叫獅子頭無獅子頭,我唔知係咪豬肉貴所以無,一開始已搞到生日之星掃興,上菜見碟頭真係好寒酸,每碟份量似二人餐多D,食物質素就一般,唔值咁嘅值錢。環境都尚算舒服。 continue reading

已經10年沒有去這店舖,只因香港太多選擇。今年過冬突然回味它的味道,於是幾日前已訂枱,早上從報紙得知它剛獲米之蓮一星,期待它的食物及服務,在店內裝修仍然固我,可能坐無虛席所以待應十分忙碌。當晚我的至愛是蟹粉粉皮,夠鮮味,另外,小籠包肉汁鮮甜,香港少有。至於雲吞雞,雲吞皮很薄,很美味。黃金蝦就有點普通。 continue reading

聚會天選址留園一間從未去過之上海店,老牌店在港僅全無幾、後輩再定位之前已經預訂一份(蟹膏粉皮),今個下午應該是一個最盡的挑戰三高午飯。。。平日下午一位難求, 質素有水準還是老牌店已有一定的捧場客我想兩者也皆時~先來二隻味美燻蛋,煙熏味道從將蛋放入口中已滲溢出來、流心的狀態下更為口感添上另一番層次~黑松露甜豆蝦仁將本身一顆又一顆甜豆拆衣去皮簡直又是厨房部的另一功夫、香濃的黑松露滿滿包封著蝦仁身上,加上爽口的甜豆如果這刻有碗白飯應該更加理想~白飯除了配上蝦仁,以下之幾款亦是配搭在米飯中最為適合、不過我這個聰明人還是留多一點肚用來品嚐每一口的美味。。蟹腿扒蘭度整個碟子都比蟹腿所佔據著,又是一道細心之作、芡汁剛好不糊不稀,好吃!主角終於現身就是今日全餐的焦點所在蟹膏粉皮,鮮黃的蟹膏油以澎湃地在呈上的一刻蕩漾在整個碟邊差不多滲出、一口在內蟹肉與蟹膏夾雜著糾纏間又發現口中有一、兩絲粉皮,那份微妙關係實在難忘~細時很喜歡走上佐敦一帶吃上上海平民化的小菜館現在已日久息微,今日重遇實際難忘、重點係沒有遷就香港人所以上碟期間整碟清炒鱔糊除了澎湃還有滔滔不绝的油光满碟、雖然邪惡但好正宗~整頓午餐從嘈吵聲中渡過,但無阻那美味的一道又一道上海美食、大堂大部份餐枱都全院滿座,嘈吵總是少不免的、整餐飯都是有一位元老級的侍應招呼,服務與禮貌都周到,走出街外還是想想下次要來吃甚麼、暗地笑了好一個為食厨娘。 continue reading

我一向不太喜歡上海菜因為樣樣菜式都偏油較膩但這間的餸菜都沒有油膩感 已經加分這店亦出名食大閘蟹本身唔太好蟹的我都叫了個蟹粉炒粉皮果然名不虛傳❗️真材實料 滿滿的蟹粉充滿濃濃的蟹鮮味配粉皮索哂蟹粉真係一流🤩絕對係必食推介脆鱔係我至愛 微醋酸配超級脆口的鱔真係一食上癮鎮江肴肉亦做得唔錯烤夫就較為失望 味道偏甜較淡小籠包幾出色 皮薄餡靚 湯汁清而濃百頁結烤肉 百頁做得好出色烤肉夠腍 醬汁香濃不偏甜 超惹味原條松子魚 真係功夫餸 炸得香脆魚肉依然嫩滑 最重要甜酸醬汁調得剛好 非常好味香蕉高力豆沙即叫即做 超級熱辣辣抵讚可惜蛋白唔係發得好好 比較重實唔夠鬆餡料味道幾好唔會過甜大部分菜式價錢偏貴 碟頭細性價比不算特別高 但勝在食物質素好依然值得一試既抵讚的係有人等位都沒有催促我們離開服務亦算是唔錯 整體晚飯都滿意 continue reading
